What Porn XXX Jobs is
Porn XXX Jobs is an adult talent management and modeling agency that recruits amateur models, mainly women, for adult video and modeling work. Its pages name Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, Orange County and Phoenix as its markets. A model earns here through jobs with production studios that the agency arranges, not through a storefront of her own. The site says it offers "Female Adult Models ages 18-29 porn modeling jobs in the adult industry." No joining fee or agency commission appears on the site.
The agency calls itself "a premier adult talent management agency and Porn Agency providing adult models professional representation and management in the adult industry." Other pages call it an adult talent agency, an adult modeling agency and a porn agent, and one older post claims to be "the #1 porn agent and porn agency" in its cities. Those are the agency's own descriptions. Its posts are dated 2013 and 2017.
How earning works here
This is an agency, not a platform. A model does not sell subscriptions or keep a fan page here; the agency finds her work with studios and manages her as talent. The Become a Pornstar page says it can help applicants get their first porn jobs with top adult video production studios in LA, Miami and Vegas, and invites applicants to "Call us today and get your career as an adult model and porn actress started immediately!" No studio is named.
The range of work it says it handles is broad. The modeling agency page offers "Adult Modeling Jobs for Adult Models, Pornstars, Nude Models, Bikini Models, Lingerie Models, Swimsuit Models and Amateur Girls," and says it offers jobs to "amateur girls and FTV Girls for their First Time Video and future adult industry work." The application form's list of work types runs from glamour, promotional, event, magazine and nude modeling through webcam, prints and stills, soft-core and solo work to a long list of hardcore scene types. A model ticks the types she will do, so the agency knows from the start which bookings fit her.
Beyond bookings, the agency describes a development role. The Become a Pornstar page says "We create future pornstars from the ground up and show you How To Be A Porn Star with step by step guidance," and "We help build your social media presence, website, adult industry and adult video connections for only one reason – so that you can become a famous porn star!" That covers help with social media, a personal website and industry introductions, alongside the studio bookings.
There are two ways to apply. The short route, repeated on every page, is an email with the applicant's name, age ("Must be 18!"), stage name, cell phone, a good time to call, "5-7 recent natural photos" and "1 'Dated Nude' photo holding a piece of paper with todays date on it." The dated photo shows the pictures are current and of the person applying.
The longer route is the online application on the Become a Pornstar page. It asks for legal name, stage name, email, phone, the nearest city and a birthdate, then gender (female or male), age, nationality, height, weight, measurements, cup size, eye color and hair. It asks whether the applicant has adult industry experience, which work types she accepts, and how she heard of the agency. Photo uploads include a picture of the applicant's ID, a face shot, a fully clothed full-body shot, bikini and lingerie shots, and optional nude shots from four angles.
The form includes a section headed Mental Health Check. It says the decision "can be extremely life changing" and asks whether the applicant feels excited to begin, what made her decide to enter the industry, whether she has thought about how her family will feel, and what effect the work may have on her personal relationships. For a first-timer, that is the agency asking her to think the decision through before it books her.
Money and rules
Pay comes from the studio jobs the agency arranges, and the site publishes no commission, split or per-scene rate, so pay terms come up after an application. The contact page calls adult work "a lucrative career." The one money statement, read on the home page in October 2026, is "Top Models can make over $10,000 the first month with our Adult Modeling Agency in LA Miami and Vegas." That is the agency's marketing claim about its top models, with no conditions attached, and not a figure an applicant should plan around.
The rules the pages state:
- Applicants must be 18 or older; every application block says "Must be 18!" and the form will not accept an age under 18.
- The online form requires a picture of the applicant's ID.
- The applicant confirms "that I am over 18 years of age and that any images sent feature a model that was over the age of 18 at the time of photography."
- The recruiting text targets female models aged 18-29.
- Serious applicants should not make "any body modifications (intentional or unintentional) following your application," including "tattoos, piercings, bruises, scrapes," and the applicant acknowledges these "may affect my ability to be booked."
The modeling agency page also points visitors elsewhere: in Miami to "Miami's Models Adult Modeling Agency" and in Los Angeles to "LA Adult Models Adult Modeling Agency." It does not explain how Porn XXX Jobs relates to either.
Who it suits and who it does not
The agency suits a woman between 18 and 29 with no studio contacts who wants to start in adult video or modeling and can work in or travel to Los Angeles, Miami or Las Vegas. The site is written for exactly that person: no portfolio is needed, only recent photos, a dated photo and ID, and the form lets her mark the work types she accepts from glamour and bikini shoots through to hardcore scenes. The mental health questions and the body-modification note show the agency expects applicants to be new to the industry.
It does not suit someone who wants to run her own storefront, set her own prices or keep a subscription audience, because nothing here offers that. Male applicants can pick "Male" on the form, but every other line of the site speaks to women, so men get no described route. A model who wants to know the agency's cut before applying will not find it on the site. The home page's first-month earnings line is a claim about top models, not a guide to what a first month pays.
