What Crystal is
Crystal (crystal-agt.com) is a Japanese-language agency for chat ladies, the women who earn by serving male members of live-chat sites over video. It calls itself a general agency for domestic sites, and says that registering with it makes all the major domestic sites available to the operator. It pays operators a share of the points their members spend: the pay page gives the formula as points earned multiplied by the reward rate. The starting reward rate is higher for at-home work than for commute shops. Applicants are told that age and the type of ID can limit which sites they can register on.
It is built for women who can handle the application and the work in Japanese. It runs commute shops in several prefectures, a headquarters at-home program with no support, and at-home production offices with support, so the choice of how supported you want to be is part of the product.
How earning works here
The operator sells time and attention on live-chat sites. A member browses, connects, and pays by the minute, and the operator is credited with a share of what he spent. Crystal sits in the middle. It registers the operator on the sites, supplies the working environment for commute staff, and settles the pay.
There are two job types. Commute operators work in a shop, and the listed shops are in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Ibaraki, Chiba, Nagano, Ishikawa, Osaka, Miyazaki, Fukuoka, Kumamoto and Kagoshima. The Mito station shop page describes a mansion-type building with a female owner, completely private rooms, free drinks and snacks, a rest area with beds for naps, makeup support, rental costumes and wigs, and free parking. It also mentions transport allowance for commuting. Female staff who are themselves working chat ladies help with makeup, camera framing and angles.
At-home operators work from their own place. The home page separates two routes. The headquarters at-home route is described as the top reward rate in the industry with a "slide method", and it comes with no support, so it is aimed at people who prefer to work alone or already know the business. The other route is a "support at-home production", where a female owner or manager with chat lady experience is always on the team, which the page says makes it safe for beginners. The home page names two such at-home offices, Lesca and daisy, and shows blogs for each. A commute operator can also combine commute work with at-home work.
The style of work is the operator's choice: adult, non-adult, a mix, or virtual. The pay page says there is no restriction on the number of days, the hours or the category (adult or non-adult), no shift submission, face showing is optional, and virtual appearances are allowed. It adds that these terms differ by shop. At registration the agency says it always confirms the content you will appear in, and that if you ask for non-adult you will be registered as non-adult.
Crystal also sorts the sites it places people on into younger-skewing sites and sites it calls madam or married-woman sites. It says members on the madam sites are often in their 40s, 50s and 60s and want to chat with an adult woman of their own age or younger, and that for this reason it actively recruits women in their 30s to 50s, including housewives and office workers. The Mito shop page says its staff range from 18 to the 50s.
The menu also links pages recruiting affiliates and agencies, but the home and shop pages carry no terms for them, so the offer the pages spell out for an earner is the chat work itself.
For reading before applying, each shop and at-home office publishes blogs written by working operators and by staff. The agency says its staff blog promises to be frank and not to hide the hard parts. The home page also carries interviews with working operators, each with an average hourly pay given by the interviewee herself, and the page presents them as individual cases with ages and months worked, not as a promise.
Money and rules
Reward rate. Pay is a share of the points an operator earns, with a starting rate set by work type. In October 2026 the home page lists 30% or more at a commute shop and 50% or more at home. The Mito shop page repeats the commute figure and says the at-home rate is by consultation. The headquarters at-home route uses what the home page calls a slide method, without setting out its steps. The formula shown is points earned multiplied by the reward rate, and the Mito shop page mentions special rewards, or bonuses, that follow effort, as well as an hourly pay system, training and an original manual.
Settlement. The home page lists "日払い・即時払い or 月払い", meaning daily payment, immediate payment or monthly payment. Cash by hand is offered for commute work only, and bank transfer is the other method. The Mito shop page lists daily or monthly and bank transfer, and says same-day daily settlement is possible. The site does not publish a payout minimum or a transfer fee.
Operating standards. The home page publishes a headquarters set of standards, revised on June 20, 2021, and says they exist to remove lies and exaggerated advertising from the trade. They include confirming the appearance content in advance, disclosing all bonuses, no poaching or holding people back, no forced work, measures against being recognized and alibi measures, no forced face showing, no shops in dangerous nightlife areas, an itemized statement of the reward, and processing a request to delete your registration on the same day you leave.
Schedule. The Mito shop page says 1 day a week is fine, shift submission is optional, face showing is optional and there is no quota. Its owner, the page says, can be consulted at any hour.
Privacy. The agency argues that being found on a live-chat site is much less likely than in local work, because members and women come from all over the country, and that video effects, lighting and wigs change how you look. That is its argument, not a guarantee.
Who it suits and who it does not
Crystal suits a Japanese-speaking woman who wants to be registered on several domestic sites through one agency, and who wants a say in how supported she is. A first-timer who wants a room, equipment and a female owner nearby can pick a commute shop. A woman who needs to keep it from family can pick at-home, ask for non-adult registration or no face showing, and rely on the published promise of no forced face showing. A woman in her 30s, 40s or 50s is explicitly welcomed.
The limits are real. The highest rate on offer, the headquarters at-home route, comes with no support, and its slide method is named but not explained. The commute rate is the lowest of the figures shown. Pay depends entirely on member spending, there is no pay floor, and the interview figures are individual cases. Everything is in Japanese, so an operator who is not ready for a Japanese-language interview has no route in.
