What Lesca is
Lesca (office-lesca.com), described on its own page as a "liver office", is a Japanese agency for at-home chat ladies, women who earn by streaming live to male members of live-chat sites from a phone or computer. It recruits women aged 18 and over who work from home only, and it pays them a share of the points they earn, by bank transfer, with stamp and event bonuses on top. The page states that there are no registration or other start-up costs. It is written in Japanese and was produced by a working, top-ranking chat lady, who writes the welcome text in the first person.
The page describes the women it has in mind: someone who wants a steady income from home work alone, someone with children who finds it hard to go out, someone who wants to work between household chores, and someone for whom fixed hours or a fixed place would be a problem. It says women in their 20s to 40s are active in the office. The founder writes that she has never once commuted to an office herself, and presents her know-how as a technique for earning from home only.
Beyond the operator program, the same page advertises an owner management program for people who want to set up their own live-chat office.
How earning works here
The operator sells live video time on the major domestic live-chat sites. The page names FANZA, Angel Live, ChatPia, Jewel Live, Madam Live and Live de Go Go among them, and says an operator can change or add sites later to suit her. Members connect and the operator earns points while they are in the room. Lesca registers the account, supports the operator and settles the money.
The page compares the work to real-time streaming like TikTok LIVE or Instagram Live. It says anyone who likes to talk can start with a computer or smartphone and no fixed working hours, and that the work can fill gaps in a day. The page adds that an operator never has to meet a man in person or exchange contact details. Face showing is not required. The page says masks and mouth-only streaming are possible, and a testimonial from an office worker says she was told there are ways to earn without showing her face.
For women who do not want any camera presence, Lesca offers virtual live chat, which the page compares to a virtual YouTuber. The operator builds a 3D avatar and streams as the avatar, so she is not on camera at all. The page says the chance of being recognized is as close to 0 as it can be, which is its own claim. It has also started a free rental of a high-spec PC suited to virtual streaming, for women who want to stream from home but do not own a computer.
Staff support is built on the founder's method. The page says staff were taught the whole know-how and teach newcomers from scratch, and that the office offers one-to-one video lessons from a top monthly ranker on one of the sites. It lists monthly ranking results for its members on several sites, and it sets against the more rigid, systematic ways of large offices its own motto of building the environment each woman finds easiest to work in. For women who need less help, a scheme the page in October 2026 calls "自立55%" (independent 55%) is offered. The page says Lesca aims to raise chat ladies who can earn on their own, that a worker who feels ready can move to this scheme, and that one who wants no support at all can start on it, with an anonymous open chat reserved for the people in it so they can help one another.
The page sets out its extras as four items: staff support, a monthly income guarantee, a stamp card and a first-time bonus. The details are in the next section.
Business hours for questions are 21:00 to 9:00 by LINE, with phone consultation outside those hours by arrangement, while the work itself can be done at any hour.
Money and rules
Payout model. Lesca pays a reward rate, a share of the points an operator earns on the live-chat sites, and adds stamp bonuses and event bonuses on top. There is no joining cost. The page itself notes that a chat lady's income falls when no members enter her room, which is the gap the office's monthly guarantee is meant to narrow.
Settlement. Money is paid by bank transfer, and the operator chooses between two methods. Month-end automatic settlement closes the month and pays in sequence by the 15th of the following month. Same-day settlement pays the previous day's earnings, up to 23:59, in the morning if the request is made by 9:00 within business hours. The page says the actual arrival depends on the receiving bank's business days and hours, and that the transfer fee is free for both.
Applicants. A woman aged 18 or over, high school students excluded, with a photo ID: driver's license, passport, student ID, My Number card or residence register card. On some sites a health insurance card works. The steps are LINE application, showing the ID, work guidance, account issue and start, and the page says work can begin as soon as about 1 hour after applying. The page links to terms of use from its application block.
Reward rate. In October 2026 the page gives the rate as 50%, plus stamp bonuses and event bonuses, and says up to 60% in total has been paid out. It says 50% is the top level at large offices.
Monthly guarantee (月収高額保証制度). This is a conditional rate floor, not a salary. As of October 2026 the page says that a worker who logs in for 100 hours in a month gets a substantially higher reward rate that month, with a maximum rate of 60% guaranteed, on all sites. Its two worked examples show the guarantee topping up the reward of an operator who logged the hours but earned few points. The office also advertises monthly income figures on the strength of this scheme and of its staff support. Those are the office's marketing claims, tied to the login hours, and not a promise of income.
Stamp card and first bonus. The stamp card gives one stamp for a set number of points, which the page describes as an amount reachable by logging in only in spare time, and pays a small cash bonus for every 5 stamps. The first bonus, read in October 2026, is 6,000円 for 2 hours of work, and the page says it depends on the site registered.
Referral. The October 2026 page offers 1万円 to the person who refers and the same amount to the person referred. The referrer need not belong to Lesca and may be male or female, and is paid by gift card or bank transfer. The person referred must be a woman, is paid by bank transfer, and also gets the newcomer bonus separately. The condition is that the newcomer period, a total of 12 to 24 hours, has been completed and that she reports it.
Who it suits and who it does not
Lesca suits a Japanese-speaking woman who wants to work only from home, who has a phone or computer but no audience, and who likes the idea of a rate floor in a slow month. The virtual option is for someone who does not want to appear on camera. A university student and a single mother of 2 are among the testimonial writers. The student writes that she is paid for logging in even 1 hour a day, and the mother that she can break off work when a child wakes or cries, so the page is not only about big numbers. The same-day settlement with no transfer fee helps someone who needs cash quickly. The referral bonus is open to people outside the office.
The guarantee has strings. It depends on 100 hours of login in the month, and the page's own examples show it lifts the rate rather than paying a fixed salary. The testimonials and top-earner claims are the office's own and are not typical. Questions are answered in the evening and night by LINE, in Japanese. A woman who wants a room, equipment and staff beside her will not find that at an at-home office.
