What it is

Da Chatdeife is a German-language remote work agency with 3 routes. It hires self-employed flirt-chat moderators and OnlyFans account managers, and it offers management services to creators, models and AI models. It also sells chatting and sales work to OnlyFans management agencies. The site is written in German and asks for very good German. Anyone working from the DACH region is told they need a trade license (Gewerbeschein) from week 5 and must pay tax on their revenue.

How earning works

The homepage sorts visitors into 3 entry points: flirt-chat moderator, OnlyFans account manager, and creator or model. It says it separates application, support and collaboration for each from the start.

Flirt-chat moderator. This is the entry job. The site describes it as text-based dialogue: the moderator entertains customers and creates pleasant chat experiences, working anonymously through an online work mask (Arbeitsmaske) on assigned, moderated profiles. The candidate needs only a PC or notebook, flexible scheduling, and at least 15 hours a week, as the homepage tile says. A moderator should enjoy chatting, entertaining and selling, which the FAQ phrases as "Spaß am Chatten, Entertainen und Verkaufen". Pay depends on the project. In its own words, for IN-chats the pay follows the customer answers received, and for OUT-chats it follows the messages the moderator wrote.

OnlyFans account manager. This role is aimed at people with sales talent. The site says the manager looks after professional creator accounts, handles fan communication, spots sales potential and supports chatting, sales and customer retention. The homepage tile sums it up as the moderator role plus sales and communication, professional account care and "Top Umsatzbeteiligungen", meaning top revenue shares. The FAQ says account management usually works with revenue shares or project-based pay models, with the details discussed transparently before the work begins. The same site says the pay is performance and revenue dependent, so the better a person communicates, sells and looks after fans, the more the work can pay off.

Creator, model and AI model management. For the people on the other side of the chat, the agency offers strategy, account management, social media expertise, content planning and monetization. It also pitches AI expertise, for example in making high-quality AI images, which the site says can cut time, production effort and expensive shoots. The creator route has its own start: a request, a reply within 24 hours, a personal call, a digital contract and strategy talks. Terms for the creator service are settled in that call and the digital contract that follows it.

Agencies. A separate block is aimed at OnlyFans management agencies that have strong creators but not always the right chat structure. The agency says it specializes in professional fan communication, sales processes and account care in the OnlyFans market, with clear processes, trained staff and a focus on revenue, quality and data protection.

How a worker gets started is the same for moderators and account managers. They send an application. The site answers within 24 hours by email. A virtual info call follows, then the worker submits data and a contract digitally and completes an online video training, and then starts earning. The training is done from home, and admins stay on hand during the work. Daily support is available from 10:00 to 23:00 by phone, email or WhatsApp.

Money and rules

The agency pays self-employed workers per message or by revenue share, once a month, by bank transfer. The FAQ, as read in October 2026, sets out these terms.

  • Compensation: IN-chats pay on customer replies received, OUT-chats pay on messages written, depending on the project. Account managers work on revenue shares or project-based models.
  • Payout schedule: once a month. A credit note arrives by email around the 10th of the following month.
  • Payout method and threshold: the FAQ says payment goes out by bank transfer by around the 15th of the following month, "ab 50,00 Euro Monatsumsatz" (from 50 euros of monthly revenue).
  • Earnings guide: the FAQ's own claim is that, "als Richtwert" (as a guide value), its flirt-chat moderators can earn "zwischen 200,00 Euro und bis zu 2.000,00 Euro" a month (between 200 and up to 2,000 euros). This is the agency's figure, not a promise. The site adds that revenue depends on personal commitment and that newcomers should start realistically and learn the processes first.
  • Status: self-employed. In the DACH region a trade license is needed at the latest from week 5, and the applicant must pay taxes correctly. A tax number is also required, and the application form has a box confirming the person understands the work is self-employed.
  • Time: at least 15 to 20 hours a week, and ideally 2 to 4 hours every second weekend. The form asks if the applicant can chat for 2 to 4 hours at a stretch.
  • Equipment: a stable internet connection, a desktop PC, iMac or notebook. The site says tablets, smartphones and Chromebooks are not enough. The worker also needs the Google Chrome browser and a Signal Messenger account for internal communication and training.
  • Age and language: a moderator or manager should be an adult, with very good German spelling and grammar.
  • Privacy: the site calls itself fully DSGVO-certified and under constant external monitoring, and says a worker's identity stays protected from customers.

The site does not publish a rate per message or the percentage of any revenue share. The application form asks for first name, last name, e-mail, mobile number, place of residence and country, date of birth and how the applicant heard of the agency, and it asks the applicant to tick a box confirming they understand the work is self-employed. An AI assistant named Sepp answers questions in an applicant chat on the site.

Who it suits and who it does not

Da Chatdeife suits a fluent German writer who wants structured remote chat work, who can commit to 15 to 20 hours a week, and who is willing to register as self-employed. A person with a sales background can aim for the account manager role. A creator, model or AI model who wants help with strategy and monetization can ask for management, and an agency that needs chat staff can approach it directly. The training video, the daily support hours and the clear next step after each application make it easy to see what happens next.

It is not for someone who writes in another language, who has only a phone or tablet, or who wants weekly cash. The FAQ puts the transfer around the middle of the following month and ties it to a minimum monthly revenue. The agency's own guide range for moderators is wide, and the site itself tells newcomers to start realistically. The self-employed status brings tax and registration duties that fall on the worker, and the account manager's revenue share is agreed before the work begins rather than printed.
