What Impact Solutions is
Impact Solutions is a chat moderation agency that hires remote moderators for adult-natured text chats. The home page says it "was founded in 2019" and calls itself "one of the faster-growing, most successful and thriving chat moderation agencies operating worldwide". It pays a "fixed monthly salary" plus spiffs and incentives, and its contact address is in Florida (2880 W Oakland Park Blvd, Suite 225C, 33311). English is the working language, applicants must be 18 or older, and the site says it never charges moderators any fee.
Moderators work as independent contractors, either part-time or full-time. As of October 2026 the site says payments are made only in crypto. That one line decides whether the job works for many applicants.
How earning works
The About page explains the daily routine. Moderators "simply log in online via our chat interface anywhere in the world and instantly communicate with our subscribers". The home page describes the work as text-based chats on "one or more online social community platforms", where the aim is "to animate those communities, stimulate conversations, and thereby cultivate long-lasting relationships". The About page adds that moderators "should be open to engaging in high-quality dialogues of an adult nature". The company provides the interface and the subscribers. The moderator provides the writing.
It is a salaried-style model, not a per-message one. The "Let's talk money" section of the home page lists three items: a fixed monthly salary, "Excellent spiffs & incentives" and "Working contract key features". The site does not publish the salary amount. The company says it will "guarantee you a regular income, long-term employment & opportunities for professional growth and advancement", and under what moderators can expect it lists "On-time monthly payment", a flexible schedule with shift planning and a long-term working relationship. Those are the company's own promises.
Scheduling works through shift planning. According to the FAQ, "each moderator fills in a wish list indicating which shifts they prefer and if there are any particular days/times they cannot work. The shift schedule is created on this basis." Vacation can be requested at any time, and "the earlier you submit your request the higher are the chances for it to be approved", because the company has to fit all requests into its shift planning. The workload expectation is stated plainly under "What we expect from you": "The ability/willingness to work 8 hours per day, 6 days per week". The FAQ adds that moderators need "the ability to work in US timezone", so the hours follow a US clock whatever the moderator's country.
Support and training are described in several places. Training is mandatory "before you can start to work and earn", takes "only a few hours" and is done online in "a fully automated way". After that, the About page says moderators benefit from "regular and qualified training by our team of coaches" and from a "dedicated team leader for each respective language", reachable by phone, email and chat. Experience in customer service or sales is "advantageous" but "NOT mandatory". The home page lists sales experience as "a plus" and asks for "proficient English".
Who can apply is broad. The FAQ says applicants can work from anywhere in the world given a PC or laptop, a stable internet connection and the ability to work in US timezone. It adds that gender is of no relevance to selection. Moderators remain anonymous: "No, you don't have to reveal your identity to anyone. You remain completely anonymous to the customers." The home page asks for an "Open-minded character, that doesn't mind 'unusual' chat topics", and describes the moderator's job as entertaining customers, building rapport and making the customer feel good about themselves.
Money and rules
Pay: a fixed monthly salary plus spiffs and incentives.
Schedule: "Payments are made within the first 10 business days of each month, for the work done in the previous month."
Method: "Payments are currently only made in Crypto, but bank transfer and PayPal will be available soon." Until that changes, a moderator needs to be able to receive crypto.
Fees: "Do I have to pay any fees before I'm hired? No, absolutely not! We never have or ever will charge our moderators any fees, for any reason."
Age and ID: "Minimum 18 years of age". The FAQ asks for ID: "Yes, as we need to both confirm your identity and that you are over 18 years old." It states that the data is stored only for internal employee records and not shared.
Status: "For now it is only possible to work as an independent contractor (freelancer)."
Notice: the contract "can be cancelled by both parties, effective on the last day of each month, with a prior notice of at least 15 days".
Contract signing: the contract arrives in digital form through an online signing platform after the hiring process, and the moderator can download and print it.
Hiring response: because of high volume, "if you have not received a response from us within 15 days of submitting your application, please consider that you have not been selected."
Countries: the FAQ says applicants can work from anywhere in the world, with the ability to work in US timezone as the condition.
Privacy: the FAQ says applicant information is fully safe and not shared for any purpose, which is the company's own assurance.
Who it suits
The job suits an English-speaking adult who wants a stated monthly salary rather than a rate that varies with every message, who can hold a US-timezone schedule and who is comfortable with adult chat topics. Someone with no sales or support background can still apply, since training is built in and the site says it charges no fees. Anonymity toward customers and the absence of any fee make the entry cost low.
The caveats are significant. Payment in crypto only means an applicant needs a wallet and a way to turn the money into local currency, and the promised bank and PayPal options have no date. Without a published salary figure, the offer cannot be compared with per-message employers before applying. The expectation of 8 hours a day on 6 days a week is a full-time load, and it sits beside the part-time positions the home page also advertises, so the two descriptions pull in different directions. Monthly payment, up to 10 business days after the month ends, means the first money can come well after the first shift. And only contractor status is offered, with no employee option for now.
