What this is

Partnersoft is a chat operator program. It recruits independent contractors to answer messages that users write to fictional people on a fantasy chat platform, and it pays them monthly in euros through an online payment service. The work is text only, with no video or voice, and applicants must be over 18, hold a government-issued ID and be native speakers of the language they apply for. The application form lists the markets to apply for, from the United Kingdom and the Nordic countries to Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the United States, Ireland and Australia, and the site does not publish a per-message rate.

The business describes its own purpose in a sentence worth quoting: "We help thousands of lonely people every day to have a more meaningful everyday life by expressing themselves online with anonymous fantasy characters." That is the site's claim, with no figure behind it. For an earner, the point is simpler. This is a chat job paid by message volume, with the operator's hours and workload left to the operator.

How earning works here

The operator's task is stated plainly: users write online text messages to fictional people on a fantasy chat platform, and "your job is to answer them and make conversation." The topics run from everyday subjects such as sports or the weather to dreams, fantasies and other topics, and the site says an open mind is needed. Operators are anonymous. The site lists "remain completely anonymous, text-based communication only, no video or voice" as the first point of the agent role.

Partnersoft calls the worker a chat agent or chat operator. Agents work independently, with full flexibility and their own schedule, and can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection and a PC or laptop. The earnings section is entirely effort-based: you decide how much you earn by choosing how many hours you work and how many messages you reply to. The site says rates per message depend on various factors such as message traffic, holidays and experience, among others, and it leaves it at that. No rate, tier or example figure is published.

Two further claims come from the site's own pitch. It says Partnersoft strives to pay its chat operators equal or better than other chat operators' services, and that it has the biggest chat volumes to work with, which it presents as the route to a great salary. Neither claim is accompanied by a number or a named comparison.

The page also tells applicants what the job is for: it names providing meaningful support to individuals who need someone to connect with as one of the agent's duties, alongside working independently and increasing earnings with the time and effort put in.

Bonuses are mentioned, with examples: an employee of the month bonus and a recruit a friend bonus, plus other incentives. Their amounts are not stated.

Onboarding has three steps on the page. First an application, then ID verification, then online training: once the application is approved and the operator is verified, the training has to be completed before work starts. The site says no prior knowledge is needed and that it teaches everything about working as a chat agent. The page also carries an interview with an operator, presented as a day-in-the-life piece. That operator describes starting around 9 in the morning, working about 4 hours and logging on again in the evening to raise her daily message count, says payments come monthly, says an advance can be requested twice a month, and says she has referred friends who now work as operators. This is one operator's account as the site publishes it, not a stated term of the program.

Money and rules

Pay is monthly. The page says payment is in euros through an online payment service, with Yoursafe given as an example. As an independent contractor the operator is responsible for their own taxes, pensions and other legal considerations. The site does not publish a payout threshold or a per-message rate.

The age and identity rules are the most detailed part of the page. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and show proof of age, both to meet legal requirements and to process payments for work done as an independent contractor. The page explains the ID requirement in two reasons: it cannot legally let anyone under 18 work as a contractor, and it cannot send salary payments through a payment service provider unless it can confirm the money goes to the right person. The only accepted method of verifying identity is a valid government-issued ID, such as a passport, a driver's license or similar. Partnersoft says it does not store the ID for any purpose other than meeting legal requirements and getting the operator started.

Language is a hard requirement: applicants must be native speakers of the language they apply for, and written language must be impeccable, since all communication is text-based. The site explains that operators will chat with local native speakers who want to chat with other local native speakers. The application form's "Countries you apply for" list names the markets: United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, United States, Ireland and Australia. Country of residence is a separate field with a long list of its own, so where an operator lives and which market they chat in are two different questions on the form.

Equipment is the operator's own: a functional laptop and internet access, plus, in the requirements section's words, "a backup internet solution, such as a mobile hotspot" to cover outages of the main provider. Applicants must also accept the privacy statement and contract terms, give their availability according to CET (day, night or both), and tick a box confirming they are at least 18 and accept to work with adult content. The site also states the freelance status in the closing summary, where it says the agent is working freelance, is helped to get started and is fully independent.

Who it suits and who it does not

Partnersoft suits a native speaker with clean written language who wants chat work that can be fitted around other commitments, and who is comfortable with a monthly euro payment via an online payment service. Someone who needs a fully text-based, anonymous role with no camera and no voice will find that written into the job description. Newcomers are accepted, since the page says no prior knowledge is needed.

It will not suit someone who needs to see a rate before applying. No per-message rate, tier or threshold appears anywhere on the pages, so income cannot be worked out in advance, and the pay cycle is monthly rather than weekly. The ID requirement is firm, and so is the age line, with the page telling anyone under 18 not to apply. The markets on the form are English, German and Nordic ones, so a speaker of another language has no project listed to apply for, and the requirement for a backup connection adds a cost some applicants will not have planned for. Taxes, pensions and legal considerations are the operator's own, and the site does not offer guidance on them.
