What Trabajo Flexible is
Trabajo Flexible is a Spanish-language recruitment site for chat operators who write adult fantasy conversations with clients. It pays freelancers once a week through an online payment provider, it requires fluent Spanish and an age of at least 18, and it asks for no experience. The site's headline is "¡Conviértete hoy en operador de chat!" (become a chat operator today), and its about page says the site is "A part of EnterTalkPro Ltd", a company with a Hong Kong address.
The work is text only and the applicant needs no camera. It is a job with an application, an ID check and a confidentiality agreement, not a creator platform with a storefront. Nobody here sells content or builds a following. The operator writes as the clients' conversation partner and is paid for the work, and the main question for a reader is whether the stated pay and the conditions fit.
How earning works here
The site describes the role in its "Lo que podrías hacer" (what you could do) section: "Como operador de chat, responderás mensajes casuales en una plataforma de textos basados en conversaciones de fantasía" (as a chat operator you will answer casual messages on a text platform based on fantasy conversations). The operator must be able to talk to clients about all kinds of topics, and is assigned different roles depending on what the client wants.
The path to work has four steps, all described on the home page.
First, register: create an account and confirm the email. The site says its system checks the registration automatically to make sure the data is valid.
Second, set up a profile: enter personal information and configure the workspace, give additional data and complete identity verification. The information is reviewed by the system and by a member of the team.
Third, once every check is complete, the operator receives a confidentiality agreement to sign.
Fourth, after signing, the operator has full access and can start working.
Equipment is modest. The operator needs a desktop or a laptop. The site says the device can be basic and does not need a camera. A reliable internet connection is also required, and the site says the more stable it is, the better the experience. Work is done online, and a mobile phone is not mentioned as an option.
Language is the real filter. The site says "Debes dominar el español" (you must be fluent in Spanish) because the operator writes texts aimed at native Spaniards ("españoles nativos") and has to write fluently, and that a basic test of Spanish level is part of the application. No prior experience is needed: "Te enseñaremos todo lo que necesitas saber" (we will teach you everything you need to know), and a support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while the operator works. The site adds that it does not ask for a CV during the application.
Operators work as self-employed people. "Trabajarás como autónomo" (you will work as a freelancer), the site says, and it promises help to get organized so the operator can receive payment for the work.
Timing is left to the operator. The closing section invites the reader to "empieza a trabajar cuando quieras" (start working whenever you want), says the application takes only a few minutes, and adds that the company "siempre necesitamos operadores de chat en nuestro equipo" (always needs chat operators on its team). The home page also carries full-score labels for flexibility, salary, simplicity and interest. These are slogans, not terms.
The work is not tied to the operator's own traffic. Clients come to the company's text platform, the operator answers them in whatever role is assigned, and the site describes no promotion tool, referral program or affiliate offer for operators to use.
Money and rules
Pay is stated in two places. The requirements section says: "Todos los pagos se realizan una vez por semana por medio de un proveedor de servicios de pago online de renombre" (all payments are made once a week through a well-known online payment service provider). The provider is not named. In October 2026 the closing section says the operator can earn "alrededor de 200€ semanalmente" (around 200 € a week) in this role. That is the site's own claim and the site gives no per-message, per-minute or hourly rate, no hours assumed and no formula behind it.
The ID check is explained on the home page. The applicant needs a current personal identity document, and the site gives three reasons: to check the applicant is old enough (over 18), to prevent fraud, and to confirm identity so payments reach the right person. It is done through an external identity verification service, and the applicant is asked to register with the name exactly as it appears on the document. The application form has a checkbox: "Tengo al menos 18 años y acepto trabajar con contenido para adultos" (I am at least 18 and agree to work with adult content). A separate rule says the chat platform accepts no one under 18 and that age verification is part of the application. The site adds that once the external check has confirmed everything, the applicant is allowed to continue with the application, so the identity step comes before the confidentiality agreement and before any work.
Other conditions: a signed confidentiality agreement before work starts, fluent Spanish confirmed by a basic test, and the self-employed status above. The form asks for first name, last name and email, plus acceptance of the terms and the privacy policy.
The site does not state a payout minimum, a per-message rate or which countries it accepts. The about page gives the company details for EnterTalkPro Ltd: 8th Floor, China Hong Kong Tower, 8-12 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, company number 3264433, and the site shows a 2025 copyright line.
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits a fluent Spanish writer who wants flexible work from a computer, with weekly pay and no on-camera exposure. A person who is comfortable with adult fantasy topics and with playing assigned roles will meet the job's description. Support around the clock and training from scratch lower the barrier for someone with no previous chat experience, and the application does not require a CV. The weekly payout is a plus for someone who needs money to arrive without long waits.
It suits less well anyone who cannot meet the Spanish requirement, since the test and the native-reader audience rule out learners, or anyone who works only from a phone or tablet, because the site asks for a desktop or laptop. A person who dislikes uploading identity documents will not clear the application, because the ID check is a compulsory step, and the confidentiality agreement has to be signed before access is granted. The weekly pay claim is one number with no rate or hours attached to it. Creators with an audience of their own gain nothing here, because the site is an employer of operators and offers no storefront or referral tools.
