What it is

CreatorFlow is an Instagram DM automation platform for creators and small businesses. It turns Instagram comments and story replies into automated direct messages, and its guides and a dedicated solution page are aimed at OnlyFans creators who use Instagram to send followers to a subscription link. It does not pay creators and it is not a subscription platform. It is a tool the creator pays for, or uses on a free plan, and it also runs an affiliate program that pays people who refer paying customers. The home page FAQ says over 20,000 creators use it without account issues. The pricing page lists a free plan with 500 DMs a month and 2 paid plans, Pro and Growth, and every paid plan opens with a 14-day free trial. The site says it is built on Meta's official Instagram Graph API and describes CreatorFlow as a Meta Tech Provider.

How earning works

CreatorFlow does not sell the earner anything that earns directly. Its job is to move Instagram followers toward whatever the creator sells, so the earning happens on the creator's own platform and the tool only handles the conversation that comes before it.

The core mechanism is comment-to-DM. A creator sets a keyword trigger, and when a follower comments that word on a post, CreatorFlow sends a direct message, usually containing the creator's link. The site also lists story reply automation among its features. Setup takes under 2 minutes according to the home page, and a real-time phone preview shows how the DM will look on mobile, so the creator can check formatting, links and emojis before turning it on.

The platform's own blog guides for OnlyFans creators add advice about what to put in the message. One guide says a link sent without context performs worse than one that explains what the subscriber gets, such as how often the creator posts and whether DMs are answered. Another recommends a 24-hour follow-up message for people who asked for the link and did not subscribe, and points to the blog's guide on DM automation for the setup.

Beyond the DM itself, the paid plans add tools for building a contact list. CreatorFlow can require an email address before it delivers a link. Collected emails are saved in a built-in Contact CRM and can be exported as CSV to Mailchimp, Kit, Flodesk or any email platform. The pricing page also lists link click tracking, follow gating, CSV export and geo analytics, and the home page shows a sample dashboard of link clicks, leads and click-through rate. Every plan, the Free one included, has unlimited automations.

There is also a set of free Instagram utilities on a tools page: a grid maker for 3x3 posts, a carousel maker, a carousel text splitter that turns long text into slides, a Reels safe zone checker that shows which parts of a Reel are covered by interface elements, and a media downloader for the creator's own photos and videos. These do not need a paid plan.

To use any of it, the creator needs an Instagram Business or Creator account, because Meta's API restrictions require it. The site says switching from a personal account is free and takes about 2 minutes in Instagram settings. The help center says sign-up is with Google, then entering the Instagram username and clicking Allow on the permissions screen. It also says there is no browser automation and no unofficial method involved.

Compared with ManyChat, the site's pitch is flat monthly pricing with no per-contact fees, unlimited automations on every plan, and a tool built for solo creators and small businesses, not enterprise marketing teams. Its own comparison article describes CreatorFlow as an Instagram-only tool and describes ManyChat as charging by contact tier.

Money and rules

CreatorFlow is priced as a flat monthly subscription with a DM allowance, with no per-contact fees. Its affiliate program is a revenue share: a percentage of each payment a referred customer makes during a fixed first period, cleared after a holding window and paid by PayPal. Plans can be changed or canceled at any time, and the company named in the terms is CreatorFlow Labs S.L.

Free plan. 500 DMs a month with unlimited automations. The alternatives page calls it a permanent free plan.

Pro plan. As read in October 2026, Pro is listed at $15 a month, with a yearly billing option, 2 Instagram accounts, 5,000 DMs per workspace a month, an email gate, a follow gate, link click tracking, CSV export and geo analytics.

Growth plan. In October 2026 the pricing page lists Growth at $30 a month, again with a yearly option, with 10,000 DMs per workspace per month, 5 workspaces or accounts for agencies, 5 team seats and priority email support. The site says most solo creators start with Pro, and that agencies and multi-brand creators choose Growth.

Top-up packs. The terms say Pro and Growth subscribers can buy one-time DM add-on packs in 4 sizes; the pricing page says they never expire and stack on top of the plan. A pack is refundable within 14 days only if none of its DMs has been used.

Limits and cancellation. When a monthly DM limit is reached, automations pause until the next billing cycle. A warning arrives before the cap, no messages are lost, and automations resume at the cycle reset or after an upgrade.

Affiliate program. The program approves partners on audience fit rather than size, with no minimum follower count and no exclusivity. The affiliate page, as it read in October 2026, says affiliates earn 30% of every payment a referred customer makes in their first 12 months, with a $25 minimum payout and a 60-day cookie. The page gives these terms:

  • Link and cookie. The affiliate link works on any page of creatorflow.so and sets a 60-day cookie. If someone clicks two different affiliate links, the first click wins. Every affiliate also gets a promo code that tracks the same way, no link needed, and gives new customers a discount on their first payment. Clicks, trial signups, conversions and earnings show in a Rewardful dashboard, with logos, screenshots and post copy ready to use.
  • Attribution. Once a person signs up, they are permanently linked to the affiliate, and every qualifying payment in their first 12 months counts.
  • Commission size. The FAQ works the rate through for each plan: on monthly billing the commission accrues payment by payment over the 12-month window, and an annual plan pays its commission for the full year at once. Free-plan users earn nothing until they upgrade, and commission stops when a customer stops paying.
  • Trials. A referred person who starts a free trial shows up as a lead at once. The commission starts when they make their first real payment, which for trial signups is when the 14-day trial converts. The page says a short delay between signup and a first commission is normal.
  • Payout. Each commission clears 40 days after the customer's payment, which covers the money-back guarantee. Cleared commissions are paid through PayPal in the first 10 days of the following month, once the balance reaches the minimum. Smaller balances roll over, and the page says nothing is lost. A payment refunded or charged back after clearing reverses its commission.
  • Ads. Paid ads are allowed to an affiliate's own content, but bidding on the CreatorFlow name or misspellings of it suspends the account immediately.

The terms give customers in the EU a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Who it suits and who it does not

It suits a creator with an existing Instagram audience who sells a subscription elsewhere and wants comments turned into DMs without answering each one by hand. The free plan is a low-risk way to test the workflow before paying, and the preview and under-2-minute setup keep the first try short. Pro suits a creator who wants emails collected and link clicks counted. Growth suits an agency running several creator accounts, since it offers 5 workspaces. An affiliate with an Instagram-focused audience of creators, such as someone who reviews tools for OnlyFans creators, gets a recurring commission for 12 months, a 60-day cookie and a promo code for places where links cannot go.

It does not suit a creator without an Instagram following, or one whose traffic comes from other places, because the tool automates Instagram only. A personal account has to be switched to Business or Creator first. The DM allowance is a real ceiling on each plan, and a large account could reach 10,000 DMs on Growth. The affiliate page itself calls its 40-day clearing window long, and payouts go out only through PayPal. A creator still has to keep their own messages within Instagram's rules, since the tool sends them through Instagram's official API.
