What Creatrflow is
Creatrflow is a CRM for OnlyFans creators that also protects the content they sell. It is a software subscription, not a platform that pays you. Its FAQ describes a flat monthly price with zero commission, and the 7-day free trial needs no bank card. The homepage calls it "Le CRM OnlyFans tout-en-un qui stoppe les fuites avant qu'elles n'arrivent" (the all-in-one OnlyFans CRM that stops leaks before they happen). It is built for solo creators and for teams of chatters and assistants, and the site is offered in English, French and Spanish.
The site's footer calls it "Le seul CRM concu par et pour les createurs" (the only CRM built by and for creators). A June 2026 blog post on the English site describes it as built for adult content creators from the start, as opposed to a generic sales CRM adapted to the job.
How earning works here
Creatrflow sits next to your OnlyFans account and the other platforms it connects to. Per its FAQ, it works with OnlyFans, MYM and FanCentro, and the site says it keeps adding platforms based on what creators ask for. You still earn on those platforms. The tool is there to make the earning side more efficient and the content side safer, and the site describes four parts.
The first is the Smart Inbox. The site says it lets you delegate conversations to chatters and assistants "sans jamais partager vos mots de passe" (without ever sharing your passwords). Team members get role-based access with granular permissions, so each one reaches only what you allow. The inbox also offers automated message sequences, which the site says improve conversion, and real-time analytics on fan engagement. The site makes numerical claims about results: a higher response rate, a rise in PPV (pay-per-view) sales, and "plus de 20 heures par semaine" (more than 20 hours a week) saved by delegating chats and automating repetitive work. These are the site's own marketing figures, shown in a sample dashboard on the homepage, not results a creator should expect.
The second is the Vault. The site describes it as protection for the OnlyFans content you sell and distribute. The mechanism, per the FAQ, is an invisible watermark unique to each buyer applied to every piece of content sold or distributed through Creatrflow. If a file leaks, the site says it can identify the source immediately and start a removal. The homepage lists "tracabilite complete des telechargements" (full traceability of downloads) among the protections. The homepage's Vault list also includes automated PPV delivery with upsells and analytics on how each piece of content performs. The FAQ calls the product both a CRM and a protection service, with invisible watermarking, leak tracing, automated DMCA removals and zero local storage, and says that for this reason most creators do not need a separate OnlyFans protection service. That is the site's claim.
The third is the storage model. The FAQ says Creatrflow never stores content or messages locally, neither on your device nor on your team's, and that everything stays in its encrypted, GDPR-compliant European cloud. The stated reasoning is that no file can leak from a lost or compromised computer, or from a chatter acting in bad faith. The site adds end-to-end encryption and a zero-knowledge architecture, and says Creatrflow cannot read your private messages.
The fourth is consulting. The homepage lists a Growth Strategy offer ("Strategie de Croissance des Revenus"), in which the team analyzes your conversion funnel, optimizes pricing and builds a plan to raise monthly recurring revenue, and a content monetization audit that reviews your library. The FAQ says custom consulting sessions cover revenue strategy, content monetization, legal compliance and team training, and that a free discovery call can be booked on the consulting page. A strategy call is offered from the homepage too.
The tool is also responsive on phone, tablet and computer, per the FAQ, and a dedicated mobile app is described as under development.
Money and rules
Creatrflow charges a flat monthly subscription and takes no commission: the FAQ says "zero commission" and that the creator keeps all of the revenue, with no hidden fees, no percentage taken from earnings and no long-term commitment. As read in October 2026, the FAQ gives the price as a flat 20 $ per month. The 7-day free trial gives access to all features and needs no bank card, and you can cancel at any time during it. After the trial you can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
The Essential plan includes up to 5 collaborators. Larger teams and agencies are told to get in touch for a custom plan. Support is by email for all users, with priority support for consulting clients, and the help center has documentation and video tutorials. The FAQ says the team answers contact requests within 24 hours.
The site's blog compares tool pricing models. It says agency-style commission tools take a percentage of your revenue and that generic sales CRMs charge a flat fee but are not built for creators. The post then works its own example of what a commission would cost a creator each month against Creatrflow's flat fee. That is the blog's hypothetical, not a quote for any real tool and not an income figure. The homepage similarly says other platforms take a share of revenue.
On data rules, the site says it is GDPR and CCPA compliant, with European servers that the French FAQ places in Frankfurt and Paris, data minimization and the rights that follow, including erasure and portability. It describes its business model as ethical: no commission, no resale of data and no hidden fees.
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits an OnlyFans creator with a team. The role-based access removes the usual workaround of handing a chatter your login, and the flat fee does not rise as revenue grows. It also suits a creator whose main worry is leaks and who wants watermarking and traceability bundled with the inbox instead of bought separately. Creators who care where their files sit may value the European hosting, and the site's language switch offers French and Spanish alongside English.
The blog post itself names a limit: it says Creatrflow "may not be the right fit if you manage a single account casually with no team and no PPV sales", in which case OnlyFans' built-in tools may be enough. Another limit is platform coverage. The FAQ lists OnlyFans, MYM and FanCentro, so a creator whose income comes mainly from Fansly or a clip store will not find integrations named. And the protection side is described in outline only: the FAQ promises that a traced leak leads to a removal request and automated DMCA takedowns, without setting out the process.
