What FansMetric is
FansMetric is agency software for running OnlyFans and Fansly creator accounts, sold to the agencies and creators who manage those accounts. It pays nobody. The agency pays FansMetric a flat monthly rate for each linked account, and the site stresses that it takes "no commission on your earnings, no per-seat fees". The footer says the company has been powering OnlyFans agencies and creators since 2020. The pages are in English and offer a free trial with no credit card required, plus a demo call for agencies that want one.
The home page describes the product as three pillars: a CRM for creators, chatters and operations, an AI chatter that is in private access, and a public OnlyFans API for developers and agencies with custom needs. Around those sit a desktop app for Mac and Windows, a web app and a separate help center.
How earning works here
FansMetric does not sell content or pay out. It gives an agency a shared workspace where a team can work the accounts that earn. The site describes onboarding in four steps: create an account and set up an agency workspace with role-based permissions, link OnlyFans and Fansly accounts, invite chatters, managers and staff with their own access levels and assignments, then use the analytics, automation and AI tools. It says an agency can be running in less than a day.
Access control is the part a studio owner will read first. The CRM page says chatters get access without ever seeing the account credentials, and the FAQ says the platform never stores OnlyFans passwords. Roles are custom, with owner, manager and chatter given as examples, and the owner can hide sensitive account features from chatters. The same page lists built-in support for OnlyFans FaceID checks and an audit trail of message and media download logs. Staff can be grouped into teams, and the FAQ states there is no limit to team size.
The chatting side has two named tools. The Chatting Client loads OnlyFans and Fansly directly inside the desktop app instead of a browser, with a multi-tab interface so a chatter can keep several creators and chats open, a script library, emoji menus and the fan's history beside the conversation. Messages Pro is built for high-volume inboxes: split inboxes, per-chatter assignment, Priority, Unread and Pinned filters, and mass messaging with a live send queue. The help center carries a Messages Pro guide, a chatting section, and a section on ChatBlue that covers messaging setup, verification and number assignment.
Monitoring is the management half. Chatter Monitoring tracks work hours, message volume and earnings per chatter, and keeps message logs for accountability. The help center also lists Team and Creator Scheduling, for team member shifts and creator events. A note on the CRM page says chatting itself stays in the desktop app, while analytics, KPIs, automations, AI chatter controls and team management can be reached from a phone or any browser. The site presents that as its difference from desktop-only tools.
Marketing attribution is the third area. The site says it tracks trial links, promo links and traffic sources with attribution tied to revenue, including exact revenue, subscriber conversion rates and earnings per subscriber for each trial link, so an agency can measure the return on campaigns such as S4S and GGs. Revenue breakdowns are available by source, time period, creator and campaign, and the analytics suite shows real-time KPIs and earnings across all of an agency's creators.
Smart Automations covers delayed welcome sequences, auto-follow for expired fans, smart fan lists and scheduled messages. The AI Chatter is described as chatting with fans around the clock from a creator persona, learning each creator's voice, selling PPVs from approved scripts, excluding VIPs and big spenders where the agency wants a human, and escalating to the team when needed. The help center adds bump messages and real-time chat monitoring to that list. The FAQ says the AI Chatter is in private access and tells interested agencies to contact the company.
The public API is aimed at agencies that build their own dashboards and integrations. The site describes a REST API with webhooks, API keys, role-scoped permissions, a usage dashboard and MCP support for AI agents, and the sample on the home page returns a creator's analytics by ID. Fansly sits beside OnlyFans in the same product: the pricing page says Fansly accounts link the same way, with the same features and a unified dashboard.
Money and rules
The cost model is a flat monthly fee per linked account, whatever that account earns, with no revenue share and no charge per team member. The site puts it as "flat pricing that doesn't increase with your earnings". As of October 2026 the pricing page lists Standard at $39 per month for each linked OnlyFans or Fansly account, and Pro at $99 per month per account, which it explains as the Standard base plus a $60 upgrade.
The pricing page spells out what each plan holds. Standard includes the agency CRM with roles and permissions, Messages Pro, real-time analytics and earnings tracking, chatter performance monitoring, smart automations, the public API with its usage dashboard, the desktop and web apps, support for both platforms, and AI Chatter access. Pro adds trial link revenue, profit and ROI tracking, campaign and promo link attribution, profile promotions tracking, auto online messages and delayed welcome message sequences. So the marketing attribution tools sit in the higher plan, while chatting, monitoring and team roles are in the base plan.
On security, the FAQ says FansMetric uses "enterprise-grade encryption and secure access management". That is the company's own description. The site does not publish contract or cancellation terms beyond the free trial, and it names no owner or location.
The home page carries an earnings comparison in which it claims creators on FansMetric earn several times more than on other tools, based on what it calls average creator earnings data across its agencies. It is marketing about the agencies the company already serves, not a figure a new customer should plan around.
Who it suits and who it does not
FansMetric suits an agency or management team running several OnlyFans or Fansly accounts with chatters on shifts. The flat per-account fee does not rise when a creator earns more, which the site presents as its difference from tools that take a share. Agencies that want to see which trial links, promos and traffic sources bring revenue will find those tools in the Pro plan. A studio that wants role-based access without handing out platform passwords, plus logs of what each chatter did, is the customer the security features are written for.
It is less natural for a solo creator with one account, who would pay the Standard fee and get team and monitoring tools they may not use. Agencies that work on fan sites other than OnlyFans and Fansly are outside what the product covers. The AI Chatter is not something an agency can simply switch on, because it is in private access. Chatters also need a Mac or Windows computer, since chatting stays in the desktop app and only the management views work from a phone.
