What OFManager is

OFManager is OnlyFans management software for solo creators, agencies and promoters. It does not pay anyone for content. It is available as a desktop app for Windows and macOS that lets a creator or team manage OnlyFans pages, track fans and run chat operations in one place. It is free for a solo creator on up to 3 creator accounts, free for promoters, and free for the first 5 accounts of an agency, with agency pricing after that charged per account a month and tied to each creator's monthly earnings.

How earning works here

The site's own line for creators is "Everything you need to manage your OnlyFans page, track your fans, and grow your audience." The earner sells on OnlyFans, and OFManager adds the working layer around that: an inbox with automation, a fan database, promotion tracking and team management. Which features a user gets depends on the role. The creator plan covers an individual managing their own pages, and the agency plan adds multi-user collaboration, team analytics and advanced automation for people managing other creators' accounts. The promoter plan is free and web-based: unlimited tracking links, free trial link tracking, real-time analytics and multi-agency support, so a promoter can "See every click, conversion, and dollar earned from your promotions."

The fan side is a CRM. Fan profiles show history, messages and spend across all creators on a roster in one place, along with total spend, purchase history and subscription status. A team can create custom tags such as VIP, rebill and new subscriber, then build segments for targeted mass-messaging campaigns. The tags are shared across the team so everyone sees the same fan context, and chatters and managers can switch between accounts while keeping that context. The learn section adds guides on automated message sequences, mass messaging and importing media into the vault, where each item can get descriptions, categories, tags and pricing before it is published.

The chat side is measured. The chatter analytics page says OFManager tracks online time, messages sent, response speed, conversion rate and revenue generated per chatter across every creator on a roster, and that revenue is attributed to the chatter who closed the sale. That attribution is what the page offers for ranking performance and paying commissions accurately. Team visibility shows live chatter activity, current workload and which creator account each chatter is working on. Team management supports granular roles and permissions, so a manager controls who sees what across an agency.

Promotion is handled by tracking links. The homepage states they track every subscriber back to the exact campaign and calculate promoter payouts automatically, and that tracking links are entirely free with no limits for all agencies and creators. A related feature shows revenue broken down by source, including messages, tips and subscriptions. This is the part most relevant to an earner who pays promoters or runs traffic, because the same links that attribute a subscriber to a campaign are what the payout calculation uses. The creator page describes the flow in 3 steps: create a tracking or free trial link, share it with promoters or collaborators, and see which partner sent each fan. The learn section adds a guide to the promoter dashboard, with real-time clicks, fan conversions, earnings and proof for every promotion.

OFManager lists AI help in the messaging tools as well: smart message recommendations powered by AI that learn from top performers, a grammar check on every message before sending, a safe-for-work mode for chatting in public spaces, and auto-unsend for timed disappearing messages. All of these are marked as included.

There is a separate AI chatter page about a connected product called Fan Auto, at fanauto.ai. The connection is made by creating an SDK key on OFManager's API Keys page and pasting it into Fan Auto. A key can be scoped to a whole agency or to specific creators. Connecting the key never starts sending by itself, and Fan Auto does nothing on a page until that page is switched on. Chatters can keep working on other pages or cover the hours when nobody is on shift, a team can step into any chat, and Fan Auto hands over the conversations that only a person should answer. Pausing a page stops sending there, and revoking the key on the API Keys page cuts access completely. That page and the navigation also point to API documentation for developers.

On infrastructure, the homepage says the company runs in-house proxy infrastructure built to protect creator accounts, with no third-party dependencies. The for-creators FAQ says the app works like a browser, respects all OnlyFans guidelines, follows rate limits and platform rules, and that thousands of creators use it daily without issues. Those are the site's claims about its own product and not a guarantee about how OnlyFans will treat any account.

Money and rules

Solo creators use OFManager free for up to 3 creator accounts, which includes message viewing, fan list access, unlimited tracking links and analytics, with no credit card required. Promoters also start free. Agencies get full management with the first 5 accounts free, and the pricing page says agency pricing is based on each creator's monthly earnings, so lower earnings mean lower fees. It calls this "Pay as You Grow". In October 2026 the agency card on the pricing page reads "From $15 per account/month" and lists mass messaging and automation, the CRM with fan tagging, chatter analytics and "Built-in residential proxies"; the full tier breakdown sits on a separate agency pricing page. Payment information is needed only when upgrading to a paid agency tier beyond the free 5 accounts. The pricing page says there are no hidden fees and that plans can be switched between Creator and Agency at any time with data carried over.

The terms add the usual conditions. Subscriptions renew with recurring charges at the then-current price, and trials, if offered, convert to paid unless canceled before they end. Prices may change prospectively with notice and apply at the next renewal. Cancellation is in the account billing area or by email, effective at the end of the current term. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing, and non-payment can lead to suspension. Disputes go to binding arbitration by JAMS or AAA, held in Laramie County, Wyoming in English, with a class action waiver and a 30-day opt-out after first accepting the terms.

Eligibility is set in the terms: "You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live)." Where hosted content includes adult material, the user is solely responsible for confirming all persons are 18+, obtaining informed written consent and model or property releases, complying with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping to the extent it applies, and following destination-platform rules. The terms are governed by Wyoming law and bar use in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.

Who it suits and who it does not

It suits an agency or team lead running chatters on OnlyFans, where per-chatter revenue and response data change who gets coached and paid. It also suits a solo creator with 3 accounts or fewer who wants a fan list, tracking links and analytics at no cost, and a promoter who needs subscribers attributed to a campaign. The earnings-based agency pricing means an operator with low-earning models pays the lower end of the per-account scale.

Limits are plain. The product is OnlyFans-focused, so a roster spread across other fan platforms is not what it is built around. The main pricing page shows only the starting agency rate, and a small creator with light chat volume may have no use for chatter analytics. Anyone relying on Fan Auto should check its own site for terms, because the OFManager pages describe the connection only.
