What Substy is

Substy is a CRM and AI chatting tool for agencies that run OnlyFans, Fanvue and MYM accounts, and the site says independent creators can use it too: "You can run a single creator account with the same AI chatting, fan management and automation tools." It does not pay creators. It is software for the people who answer fans, priced per creator with a free Starter plan, and it takes a commission only on sales its AI makes. It also runs an affiliate program that, by its own description, pays a lifetime commission to people who refer agencies.

How earning works

Substy sits behind the inbox and handles the repetitive part of selling by message. The earner's income still comes from the subscription platform, from pay-per-view messages and from tips; Substy's pitch is that faster, more consistent replies close more of them. The site's blog argues that human chatters are inconsistent, miss the minutes right after a fan opens a message, and are a security risk because they hold account access. It presents AI chatting as the fix; that is the vendor's argument.

The AI chat feature follows scripts the agency prepares in advance, sends the right media at the right time and aims to maximize sales. It remembers each fan's preferences and behavior, and everything it learns appears in the chat section of the CRM so the team can read the history. Existing scripts can be imported, including from other CRMs such as Infloww. The site says that soon the AI will also be able to sell content outside of scripts.

Hybrid mode is the feature that shapes how agencies staff. The agency sets a spend threshold, and once a fan passes it the AI switches off and the fan moves to a human chatter in the CRM. The AI keeps handling new fans and what the page calls "time wasters", while big spenders ("whales") get personalized human follow-up. The stated result is fewer chatters needed while keeping full control over top clients.

The CRM side covers fans, profiles, lists and conversation context, plus team members, roles and schedules, scripts and media, and creator and employee statistics. Automations let you choose an event, set the timing and build a sequence: welcome new subscribers, follow up after a PPV purchase, or reconnect when a fan comes online. The AI-written welcome message is meant to get the fan to send a first message, and AI online bump messages go out as soon as a fan comes online. Tracking links measure each traffic channel, with TikTok, Reddit and Telegram named as examples. A feature called Substy Intelligence lets you ask questions about your agency, such as top spenders and recent stats, and the site says you can connect Claude, Codex or Gemini to work with scripts and automations within the access you choose.

The pricing page splits the tools across 3 plans. Starter covers unlimited creators, full AI chatting and the welcome-message automation. Pro adds mass DMs and unlimited dynamic fan lists, advanced messaging with inbox and timed messages, and 6 automations. Elite adds hybrid mode, every automation trigger, tracking links, the integrated OnlyFans browser and, for MYM, an integrated MYM browser. The comparison table also lists unlimited dashboard seats, creator statistics, multi-account and passwordless login, team roles, scripts and templates and AI auto-fill of fan info, with no plan marked as lacking them.

On results, the site quotes agency owners and directors. One says that switching cut chat costs and automated most of the messages. Another, an agency director with 28 models, credits the AI with a rise in sales within 2 months. A published case study from the Apex Models agency says its founder put Substy in charge of all conversations across his 2 creators in October 2025, paid a flat subscription instead of chatter commissions or salaries, and spent the freed evenings recruiting; he signed 2 new creators that month, doubling the roster. These are testimonials on the vendor's own site.

The affiliate program is the second way to earn, and the one that suits the revshare category. An affiliate refers agencies through a unique tracking link, and as an agency's AI sells more it uses more credits and tops up its balance. As of October 2026 the affiliate page states the rate as 15% lifetime commission on the referred agency's eligible Substy spend, meaning AI credit top-ups and subscriptions, for as long as the agency stays active, with no time limit. It stresses that commission is based on eligible Substy spend, not on an agency's total fan sales. The page's calculator is labeled a hypothetical estimate, not guaranteed earnings, and the page displays a running total of commissions earned by affiliates, which is the company's own figure. Sign-up runs through a Tolt affiliate dashboard with links and marketing materials.

Money and rules

The charge has 2 parts: a monthly price per creator, and an AI commission taken only on AI-generated net revenue. The higher the plan price, the lower the commission. In October 2026 the pricing page lists Starter at $0 per creator per month with a 15% AI commission and Elite at $99 per creator per month with an 8.5% AI commission, with Pro between them on both counts. The FAQ puts it this way: "No hidden fees on the CRM. The price you see is the price you pay, with no extra costs or percentage taken from your revenue. Only the AI works on commission when it makes a sale." Team members are unlimited, updates are included, and paid plans come with a free week.

The terms say monthly plans are paid from credits deposited on the Substy account, and that credits are bought with cryptocurrencies. A 14-day withdrawal period applies to subscriptions but not to credits; after that, no refunds, although a subscription refund may be issued as Substy credits at the company's discretion. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled at any time without prorated refunds. Access is reserved for people aged 18 or older. The operator named in the terms is SUBHOME TECH SOLUTIONS, FZCO.

For affiliates, the FAQ says commissions are calculated automatically and paid every month, by bank transfer or through the payment methods available in the affiliate's country. It does not state a minimum payout.

The terms are worth reading before connecting real fan conversations. They grant the operator a license to use creator-fan conversations to develop and train Substy's AI models, and they say that where conversations contain special-category personal data, including information about sex life or sexual orientation, additional legal conditions apply, including explicit consent where required. Users must provide the notices and obtain the permissions they are legally responsible for when making conversations available to Substy.

Who it suits and who it does not

Substy is for an agency with enough fan volume that inbox time, not content, is the limit. The Apex case study describes a small agency where the founder had no more time for chatting, and the site gives its own agency counts, 400+ on the OnlyFans CRM page and 700+ on the home page. The hybrid mode fits one that wants AI on the long tail and humans on the top spenders. A solo creator who answers their own messages can use a single account on the same tools.

It is also a fit for an affiliate who already talks to agency owners, since the stated commission runs for as long as the referred agency stays active.

It does not suit a creator who wants a platform that sends fans or pays them: Substy does not provide traffic, and the pages describe a chat and CRM layer. It is also a poor fit if you do not want AI replying in your voice, since the main value is automation. The AI commission is charged on top of the plan price, so an agency should work out its own volume before choosing between the free Starter plan's higher rate and the paid plans' lower ones. Credits are bought with crypto only, which some buyers will not want.
