What Zazoo is
Zazoo is a payment account service for adult creators, cam models and agencies. It does not pay anyone for content. It receives the money that fan platforms, cam sites and clip stores pay out, and gives the earner an account to spend it from. Its site names OnlyFans, Fanvue, Chaturbate, ManyVids, Fansly, Stripchat, PocketStars, Streamate and WebcamPrive among the platforms creators use it with. The terms set a non-refundable account opening fee, so this is not a free wallet. The site runs separate personal accounts "for individuals and creators" and business accounts "for companies and organizations".
Go Zazoo Ltd, trading as Zazoo, is a company registered in Cyprus with its registered office in Limassol, and describes itself as "a technical platform facilitating access to electronic money and payment services". Its homepage says it serves challenging industries including content creation, crypto trading, forex and iGaming, so adult creators are one customer group among several. The accounts and payment services themselves come from FinXP Ltd, which the site says is a licensed electronic money institution registered in Malta and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority. Go Zazoo Ltd states it is not a bank or an electronic money institution.
How earning works here
Zazoo sits at the end of the chain, after the platform has calculated what the creator is owed. The creator page says to "open your dedicated payment account today and start receiving payouts instantly" and lists the platforms it has in mind: Fanfix, Patreon, Ko-fi, Sunroom, TipSnaps, Vanywhere, Fantime, Textme, Fanplace and TonPlace, "and all other creator platforms". The home page adds OnlyFans, Fanvue, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Buy Me a Coffee, Substack, Gumroad and Etsy to its list of platforms. The cam model page frames the same idea for live performers who are paid by cam sites and clip stores.
The site's pitch has 4 parts.
- Payouts without delay. It promises to "get paid without delays" from creator platforms and says there are "no holding periods" for transfers from platforms. One testimonial on the site says no more "waiting weeks for payouts". Those are the site's own statements and testimonials, and the platforms' own payout rules still apply on their side.
- Discreet transfers. Funds can be sent to a traditional bank account "without platform names appearing" on statements, which matters to a creator who does not want a bank statement naming an adult platform.
- Spending the balance. A Virtual Mastercard is offered for online purchases and ATM withdrawals.
- Account types for privacy and separation. The services page lists a secret payment account, a second payment account to separate business and personal finances, a privacy account for confidential transactions, and anonymous account options on the home page.
Transfers between Zazoo accounts are instant, and the homepage lists zero transfer fees and 24/7 availability for them. The virtual card comes with customizable spending limits and real-time transaction alerts. For payments going out, the payouts page says a Zazoo account has the payment sending capabilities of a traditional bank account "without the lending features of a bank". It lists instant SEPA transfers across Europe with same-day processing for most transfers, international payments with support for multiple currencies, and bulk payouts. The services page also mentions EU IBAN accounts.
The bulk payments page matters most to agencies and to anyone who pays others. It describes processing "hundreds or thousands of payments at once" for contractors, affiliates and employees, using a CSV upload of recipient details and amounts. The page lists a simple CSV format, bulk validation and error reporting, plus recurring schedules for payouts such as affiliate commissions or contractor fees. An agency that pays several creators a split, or an affiliate manager who pays out publishers, is the reader this feature is written for. The agency testimonial on the home page says the bulk transfer features save hours every week, and that is the site's own quoted claim.
On the adult side, the "Adult Industry Professional" page says Zazoo offers "risk-based payment accounts for adult industry professionals". It promises "full banking features without judgment" and "strict confidentiality", adding that it does not share industry information unnecessarily. The services page has a "No Judgement Banking" entry that says it serves "all legitimate businesses and individuals, regardless of industry or background", with fair evaluation for everyone.
Money and rules
The cost model is a one-time account opening fee plus service fees that follow FinXP's Tariff of Charges, and each account carries transaction limits. The site publishes few figures, and those below are as the terms read in October 2026.
- Opening fee. "The present standard opening account fee is €1,500.00 unless otherwise agreed." The terms describe it as a non-refundable application fee, payable once FinXP confirms that the application has been accepted and the account is opened.
- Service fees. Beyond that, the terms say you agree to pay "service fees, commissions, and charges" for the payment services. Those are detailed in FinXP's Tariff of Charges and sent to the customer once the account is open. The payouts page describes "low transfer fees" for SEPA and "transparent fees" for international payments without giving rates.
- Transaction limits. The terms say that, unless FinXP notifies otherwise, an account is capped per operation, per day and per month. The terms set a personal account's caps from €1,000 per operation to €5,000 per month, and list higher caps for a corporate account.
- Closing. The terms say a balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed, and that on closure FinXP cancels all pending transactions.
- Refusals. The terms allow FinXP to refuse or terminate a payment instruction for a valid reason.
Eligibility is set in the terms: an applicant must be at least 18, or older where the age of majority is higher, and must list the correct country or region of residence. FinXP may make whatever inquiries it considers necessary to validate identity, including asking for further documents, a taxpayer or national identification number, or a credit report. The account starts on the day FinXP confirms by a Zazoo-branded email or app that it has been approved, and it can only be used online.
Who it suits and who it does not
Zazoo suits an established earner or an agency that is ready to pay the opening fee the terms list. A creator who is paid by several platforms and wants 1 account in euros, with an IBAN, a card and bank transfers that do not name the platform, is the use case the site writes for. So is an agency or a studio that has to pay many people on a schedule and wants CSV batch payouts rather than one transfer at a time. Someone who needs a second or secret account to keep finances apart can find those listed too.
It is a poor fit for a creator who is just starting out, because the opening fee is due as soon as the account is opened. It is also a poor fit for anyone who needs lending, since the site says it offers no lending features. The service is built around SEPA and EU IBAN accounts. International payments are described with the general "competitive exchange rates" wording.
One caveat applies to the testimonials. They are the site's own marketing. They show what the site wants a prospective customer to read, and they are not an independent measure of how quickly payouts arrive. Also note the legal split. The payment services come from FinXP Ltd rather than Go Zazoo Ltd, so the account agreement is with the licensed institution.
