What Aruna Talent is
Aruna Talent is an OnlyFans management agency that runs adult creators' accounts for a share of what the account earns. Its homepage calls it "THE PRIVATE ONLYFANS MANAGEMENT AGENCY", and the pitch is privacy: a persona built from scratch so that, in its words, "Nothing connects back to you". It pays creators nothing itself and charges nothing upfront; the site says "Nothing upfront, ever." The site is in English and written for women, and the about page says Aruna Talent LLC was founded in 2022 and is registered in Wyoming, United States, with its terms governed by Wyoming law.
In October 2026 the agency claims $10M+ in annual creator revenue, 60+ creator launches, 100+ people across 3 countries, 4+ years operating and "0 Identity leaks". It also says it accepts fewer than 2% of applicants and launches 6 creators a month. These are the agency's claims.
How earning works here
The creator sells on OnlyFans, and the agency does the work around the account. The FAQ says "Our primary platform is OnlyFans", and the about page adds that the team supports creators across OnlyFans, Fansly and other platforms they publish on. The creator's share of the work is content: the site asks for at least 10 hours a week and puts the team's side at 150+ hours a week. The FAQ is direct that "your face is part of the content"; what the agency keeps apart is the identity behind it.
The homepage maps a launch. Days 1-3 are the persona stage, where strategists build a name, aesthetic, voice and niche. Days 4-6 deploy what the site calls the Privacy Stack: DMCA monitoring, payout privacy and content fingerprinting. Day 7 is launch, with chatters running DMs "from hour one". Days 7-14 are what it calls the first target window, with a first-week revenue target; the terms call that figure "a launch target deployed across qualified creator launches, not a guarantee".
The team is split into named roles. Strategists map the niche, pricing and first 90 days before launch. Chatters work the DMs around the clock with what the site calls an under 5-minute response standard, writing from a short video the creator records and a sheet she fills in so that they sound like her. Content managers handle the calendar, feed, pricing and mass sends. DMCA specialists scan 500+ platforms and file takedowns, which the site says are measured in hours. Mentors give personal guidance and are included, never sold as an add-on. After launch, the how-it-works page lists weekly performance reviews, PPV optimization, retention analysis and a monthly strategy call. Traffic comes from the agency's content and social team, which the careers page says plans and schedules content across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and Twitter/X.
Privacy is the center of the offer. The Privacy Stack the homepage lists covers persona separation, reverse-image-search defense with metadata scrubbing, DMCA monitoring, content fingerprinting through watermarking, payout privacy so the legal name appears nowhere a fan can see, team compartmentalization so chatters only know the persona, and geo-blocking on request. The application also offers a separate content-protection-only track for DMCA takedowns and leak removal, handled by the protection team without a management call.
Two more routes sit beside management. The agency's blog says it also runs cam and streaming management on Stripchat, LiveJasmin and CamSoda, "with trained stream operators running chat and room moderation during shows", and invites models to apply as cam models; it does not set out separate terms for that service. And the careers page shows it hiring remote staff, including a Chat Team on rolling intake for "conversation and sales work" on creators' accounts, with hours that include nights and weekends. The site also says "we reward referrals" and offers a free Creator Kit and free calculators for creators not ready to apply.
The sales step is the discovery call. The Head of Talent reviews applications and, the site says, responds within 5 minutes. The 30-minute video call is camera on for both sides, and the agency offers to open a live OnlyFans dashboard of a roster creator of the applicant's choosing, identity hidden: "Not a screenshot. Not a PDF." After a yes, the onboarding team sends an Aruna email, a private folder and the Slack channels where the team works, then books a 20 to 30 minute verification call on video where the creator verifies her accounts, watches the settings go in and leaves with a first content plan. The site says most creators are live within 7 days of saying yes. Its list of what the agency will not do includes upselling courses or coaching, influencer partnerships, branded merch and public founder content.
Money and rules
The agency is paid by revenue share. The apply page says "Nothing upfront. Zero, always. We work on a revenue share, so we only get paid when you get paid. No setup fees, no monthly retainers, no hidden costs." As of October 2026 the homepage adds that "our share is calculated on net, after the platform's 20% fee, only when you earn". The site does not publish the percentage: "The exact split is something we walk through on your call." Its argument that most creators "earn significantly more with us despite the split" is a sales line.
Exit terms are stated: no minimum term, 30 days' written notice, no exit fee and "no commission after you go". The homepage says the creator's login and payouts stay in her own name, and the apply page says every creator "has been paid correctly and on time, every time". The terms say creators keep ownership of their original content, and that specific service and licensing terms sit in individual creator agreements.
Eligibility: the terms require applicants to be at least 18, and the application form says the current launch program is open to applicants 18 to 30. The form asks for a current photo showing the face, where the applicant is based, current OnlyFans income, hours available and which kinds of content she is willing to create, from SFW-leaning to explicit.
The site's earnings figures are its own marketing. The FAQ quotes what some creators took in their first 14 days and what its top creator made in a single month. The terms' earnings disclaimer says such figures are individual results, "These results are not typical", and "We do not guarantee any specific income level."
Who it suits and who it does not
Aruna Talent fits a woman who wants to earn on OnlyFans without anyone in her life finding out, and who is comfortable with a constructed persona and a team writing to fans in her voice. It also fits a creator starting from zero, since the site calls that its "ideal starting point", and one who wants leak monitoring and takedowns run for her. A creator who only needs DMCA help can use the protection-only track.
It is narrower than it first looks. By the site's own terms, the program takes applicants aged 18 to 30, accepts only a small fraction and asks for 10+ hours a week of consistent content, with the face shown. The split is not published before the call. A creator who wants to write her own messages or run her own schedule will find the full-service model a poor fit. The 30 days' notice, no exit fee and no commission after leaving are in the creator's favor, and the individual creator agreement is where they have to appear.
