What TEASY Agency is

TEASY Agency is an OnlyFans management and marketing agency with offices listed in Los Angeles, CA and Las Vegas, NV. Its terms say it "specializes in marketing and management services within the adult entertainment industry, including but not limited to OnlyFans management, social media strategy, and content planning." Creators are its clients, and it also pays referrers who bring it new models. The FAQ says the agency "normally works on a commission-based model," taking a percentage of what the creator's OnlyFans account earns, and the home page promises "Zero startup fees."

It calls itself "an OnlyFans agency run by creators for creators," says it was co-founded by a female creator and describes itself as "a predominantly female-run agency." The terms require users to be 18 or older. Its menu also lists Fanvue Management and OFTV Management pages alongside OnlyFans, a model application, a model referral program and job openings.

How earning works here

For a creator, TEASY runs the account work while the creator keeps producing content and earning on OnlyFans. The home page sorts the service into three plans. The Page Management Plan covers an account audit, vault management, account scheduling and "24/7 Engagement." The Growth & Management plan includes everything in management plus social media marketing, OFTV management and TikTok/Reels consulting. Custom Solutions covers engagement only, social media management or personal assistants, for creators who want one piece rather than the bundle. Each client also gets a dedicated account manager who, the page says, specializes in brand development and fan management.

The service descriptions fill this in. Audits use performance analytics to build a roadmap for content and fan engagement. Marketing works through social media and other channels to grow an audience. Sales covers pricing, promotion and content structure, and the agency says it will help even non-spenders send tips. Creators in the agency's community can also share ideas and collaborate with one another.

The creator's side is content. The FAQ says "you'll need to regularly provide us with updated content for your OnlyFans account," including custom requests, and that the agency encourages creators to stay involved in content creation and social media engagement alongside their account manager. It does not ask for professional production: a creator does not need high-end equipment, and "amateur content has an authentic relatable vibe that resonates better with fans." The agency says it will guide a creator on shooting photos and videos, "even with just your iPhone," and its team then prepares the media for social platforms, OnlyFans included.

Several FAQ answers settle who it takes. A brand-new creator without an account can still work with the agency ("Absolutely!"), and the page offers its referral link for opening one. Faceless creators are accepted: "Yes, Teasy Agency works with faceless OnlyFans accounts," with marketing that does not reveal the creator's identity. The agency says it does not exclusively represent adult creators, and that it focuses on OnlyFans rather than Fansly or Patreon, recommending a creator concentrate on one platform.

Getting started runs through the model application. The home page says "one of our team members will reach out to you within 24 hours." Once both sides decide to work together, the agency schedules a Zoom call to discuss goals and assess needs, then builds a tailored plan.

The home page sets TEASY against other agencies, which it says often charge setup fees "in the thousands," lock creators into long contracts and limit their access to their own accounts. On its own side, it says creators "maintain full control over their image," that "Contracts are tailored to the creator's specific needs and feature shorter terms," and that there are zero startup fees. These comparisons are the agency's own.

The about page introduces the two co-founders by background. One has been in the adult entertainment industry since 2015 and has run an OnlyFans page since 2017; the other has worked in adult marketing since 2014 and, the page says, pioneered one of the first premium Snapchat companies, managing 30 models at once and over 100 models in total. It adds that "our complete team is over 80 full-time employees across 5 continents."

Leak removal is part of the service. A post on removing leaked OnlyFans content says the agency offers "personalized services to OnlyFans creators, including removing leaked OnlyFans content." The post walks through finding where content is shared, gathering screenshots, URLs and timestamps as evidence, submitting DMCA takedown notices and escalating when a host does not comply, and it recommends two-factor authentication, watermarks and DRM to prevent leaks.

The referral program

The model referral page, read in October 2026 and headed "Lifetime 5% Recurring Model Referral Revshare," is aimed at people in the industry who can introduce models. It sets out four steps. Apply through the form; the team verifies the application and reviews your source. Once approved, receive a unique referral code that models can add when they apply. Refer models, either by having them apply with the code or by connecting TEASY with them directly. Then "Get paid when we get paid": "We pay 5% of the agency's model revenue - for as long as the model is part of our agency!" The page also calls it a lifetime agency profit share and says there is "no cap on how many models you can refer."

Jobs

TEASY also hires, all roles listed as remote with the salary "TBD." The openings include a Chat Team Manager to lead the chat department, manage chatters, track performance and write scripts; an Account Manager as the liaison between creators and the agency; a Post Manager and a Content Manager; Reddit, Twitter/X and Instagram and TikTok growth roles; a Meta Ads Specialist; a Dating Traffic Specialist who builds profiles on dating sites and apps to send traffic to social platforms; and an AI Content Specialist to produce AI-generated content for the agency and its managed models. Applications go by email with a CV.

Money and rules

The creator deal is commission-based with no startup fee. The FAQ answers "What is Teasy's percentage split?" by saying the agency takes "a percentage of the revenue your OnlyFans account generates" to cover management and marketing. The site does not publish the number: the terms say service fees, payment schedules and related financial terms "will be outlined in individual service agreements or contracts." Contracts are described as tailored with shorter terms, and the terms are governed by the laws of California.

The referral share is the one published rate. It is a recurring share of the agency's revenue from the referred model, it runs for as long as that model stays with the agency, and it is paid when TEASY itself is paid.

The terms carry a last-updated date and say users must be 18 years of age or older, that users are responsible for content they provide, including having the necessary rights and permissions, and that users must not engage in illegal activity through the services. The agency can end access without notice if the terms are breached, and its liability is limited. A privacy notice for California residents describes the categories of personal information collected.

Who it suits and who it does not

TEASY suits a creator who wants a creator-founded, female-led agency, including one who is brand new or wants to stay faceless, since the FAQ says yes to both. The zero startup fee and shorter contracts suit someone wary of being locked in. The tiered plans suit a creator who wants only 24/7 engagement or only social media help rather than full management. The referral program suits someone in the industry who knows models and wants a written, recurring rate.

The caveats are mostly about the missing figure. The commission percentage is not published, so a creator comparing agencies on cost gets it in the individual service agreement. The agency also prefers creators to stay on one platform rather than spread across several, and job seekers will find no salary on any listing. The claims about being the top choice are the agency's own marketing.
