What the business is

B9 Agency is an OnlyFans creator management team that also recruits chatters and runs a referral program. It calls itself "The #1 data-driven creator management team", with "Zero upfront fees. Full account ownership." Its homepage pitches it at Instagram creators. The site is in English. Its terms name the company as B9 Agencija d.o.o., with a registered address in Ljubljana, Slovenia, under Slovenian law, and say those terms govern use of the website only and "do not constitute a service agreement". Partnerships with creators run on separate contracts.

It pays three kinds of people. Creators it manages keep their own OnlyFans payout rights and pay the agency a revenue share. Chatters, who message fans on creators' accounts, are paid base pay plus commission. Anyone, creator or not, can earn from the referral program by introducing a creator.

How earning works here

Creator management. The homepage says B9 runs "chatting, pricing, content operations, multi-platform growth, and promotion" for its creators. Its chat team handles "PPV, customs, upsells, and renewals 24/7", with the promise "you never touch a DM". Marketing runs across Reddit, X, YouTube and a second Instagram account, and the FAQ says B9 posts daily across 4-6 platforms per creator and handles promo trades and paid placements. Each creator gets a dedicated account manager who "replies in hours, not days", and a protection service covers DMCA, leak takedowns and keeping the creator's real name hidden. The FAQ says creators shoot a small part of the work and B9 handles editing, packaging, scheduling, posting and growth.

There are three packages. Chatting Only: the creator brings fans and B9 runs a 24/7 chat team, PPV, customs, upsells and conversion tracking. Hybrid, marked most popular: the creator keeps posting on her main platform and B9 adds content scheduling, repackaging, DMCA and identity protection. Full Management: the creator shoots content with B9 guiding what to film, and B9 adds multi-platform growth and full content operations.

Applying is a short form, with or without a video. It asks where the creator is on the journey (New, Growing or Established), which partnership she wants, her Instagram username and a phone number. The apply page sets out the timeline: the application goes to the manager's WhatsApp, he replies within 10 hours, a fit gets a 30-minute discovery call within 24 hours, and within 48 hours of signing the chatting team is live and the accounts are connected. The site says it accepts 1 creator per week.

The homepage says who fits: creators who tried another agency, have an audience on Instagram, TikTok or similar ("even a few thousand followers"), already earn on OnlyFans, and post consistently. It is not for someone with no social following, who has not started creating, or who wants "a get rich quick shortcut". The FAQ says most of its creators started with 5–10K Instagram followers.

Control is the main selling point. The site says logins and payout rights stay with the creator in full, and that B9 "cannot lock you out of your account even if we wanted to." It speaks to creators burned by a bad agency, quoting complaints such as a manager who answers "once every 36 hours" or one who did not follow up when a creator lost a big spender.

Chatting jobs. B9 hires chatters through a form asking for a name, email, phone, Telegram handle and whether the applicant has OnlyFans experience. The pay model is an hourly base plus a commission on the revenue a chatter generates, with weekly performance bonuses. In October 2026 its jobs article, written by the person who runs hiring, gives B9's own pay as "$2/hour base plus 4% commission on revenue you generate, with weekly bonuses up to $450 depending on your performance tier." The article also gives monthly ranges for new, strong and top chatters, which are B9's account of its own staff, not a promise to a new hire. The article says B9 chatters send 300–500 messages per day across several creator accounts, that B9 runs monitoring and requires exclusivity, and that most of its team is in Serbia, Venezuela and the Philippines. It describes a career path from chatter to shift lead to trainer to account manager over 6–12 months, and lists other remote roles with pay ranges, among them Reddit and Twitter/X posters, content editors, rules editors and virtual assistants. A separate Social Media Manager application asks for Telegram, Instagram and a photo of the applicant's workspace, and promises a reply within 48 hours.

Referrals. B9's own creator referral program is separate from OnlyFans' referral system. The payout is a recurring share of the referred creator's earnings, with no end date while the creator stays. In October 2026 the page says B9 "pays up to 10% of the creator's earnings every month for as long as they're managed by us." Anyone can refer, "current creators, friends, industry contacts, anyone." The referrer sends a WhatsApp message with the creator's name and Instagram handle, B9 reaches out, vets the creator's profile and content, and the referrer earns once the creator signs. There are no tracking links, "No minimums" on the creator's current earnings, and no time limit. The page contrasts this with OnlyFans referral links, which it says earn "a small percentage that decreases over time."

Money and rules

Management fee. The FAQ says B9 "charges a percentage of revenue", with "no upfront fees, no monthly retainer", that the split is "custom to your account size, support level, and starting point", and that the "Exact percentage is confirmed on the fit call". It admits its revenue share is higher than agencies that only handle chatting, on the grounds that it runs the whole business. Before committing, it promises a custom growth plan, tailored partnership terms and a go/no-go recommendation.

Guarantee and term. The site says "If you don't make more in your first 30 days than your best month ever, your next month is on us", verifiable because B9 shares OnlyFans dashboard access on day 1. The FAQ says "month-to-month. No lock-ins", and the referral page describes "Rolling daily contracts" under which a creator can leave any time without penalty.

Referral pay. The referral FAQ says the referral share is paid "Monthly, along with the creator's earnings cycle".

Rules. The terms require website users to be at least 18 and say "Creators must also be over 18 in compliance with platform guidelines." An applicant confirms she is legally allowed to perform adult content online, and acceptance is at B9's discretion. The terms also disclaim the marketing: B9 does not guarantee specific results, earnings increases, "10–20× growth" or a timeline, and is not responsible for platform bans, payment processor issues or lost revenue.

Scale. The FAQ says "We currently manage 9 creators with a 35-person team", while other lines on the site cite 50+ creators helped. Both are B9's own claims.

Who it suits and who it does not

B9 suits a creator who already earns on OnlyFans, has a social audience, and wants chat, pricing and promotion run for her while she keeps her logins and payout rights. The package choice helps: a creator with her own traffic can buy chatting alone, and one who wants everything but the shooting can buy full management. A creator burned by a slow agency is the case the site is written for.

The referral program suits a person with creator contacts, since one message is the whole job. The chatter role suits a remote worker who can handle high message volume and accept exclusivity, with pay that the article itself says starts low during a learning curve.

It is less suited to someone with no following or no content yet, which the site rules out. The percentage is only given on the call, and the growth multiples are claims that B9's own terms decline to guarantee.
