What MAHO Management is

MAHO Management is an OnlyFans agency with a German-first website, also offered in English, Dutch and Spanish. It sells promotion and a 24/7 chatter service to creators and takes a share of the revenue the OnlyFans account makes. Its FAQ says that for the creator there are no costs: "Bei uns fallen für dich als Model keine Kosten an" (for you as a model, there are no costs), and that "Unsere Vergütung erfolgt ausschließlich über eine Beteiligung am Umsatz deines OnlyFans Accounts" (our pay comes only from a share of the revenue of your OnlyFans account), so the agency earns only when the creator earns.

MAHO is a service on top of a creator's OnlyFans account, not a platform of its own. The homepage calls MAHO the "#1 OnlyFans Agentur" and lists 20+ creators, more than 10 million in revenue generated and 24/7 support. In its English blog the agency says it manages 20+ accounts and works primarily on OnlyFans. Those are the agency's own claims, given without a period for the revenue total.

The homepage sums up its pitch in a short list: fair contracts without gag clauses ("ohne Knebelklauseln"), personal support from a German team, anonymous management possible, tax and legal advice included, and proven strategies. The first step is a free, non-binding 30-minute call with an account manager.

How earning works here

MAHO's menu names two service lines, Promotion and Chatter Service, and the homepage describes the agency as a full-service shop that takes over chatting, branding and marketing through round-the-clock account care. The services it lists are Brand Management (a branding strategy built around the creator's personality), Support (reachable 24/7, with open and regular communication), Subscription Growth (marketing campaigns and fan analysis), Content Creation (a steady supply of ideas and inspiration) and Multi-Faceted Marketing. Under Subscription Growth the agency says it guarantees strong growth and that it is common for its models to build four- to five-figure fanbases early on, which is its own marketing claim.

The process runs in four steps on the homepage: contact (a call where MAHO analyzes the creator's current status and both sides check the fit), set-up (goals and an individual growth strategy), communication (an account manager reachable around the clock) and management (regular calls, measurable results and ongoing optimization, with MAHO acting as the creator's back office). The FAQ adds that a creator does not need an existing OnlyFans account: the agency says it will explain everything from A to Z to a newcomer.

The creator's daily job is supplying content for OnlyFans and for marketing, which the FAQ says takes an average of 1-2 hours a day; MAHO says it handles everything else. Its creative team helps with content production, and on explicit content the FAQ says the creator discusses everything with her account manager and only has to produce content she is fully comfortable with.

Promotion. The FAQ says the agency works with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Reddit, and the homepage version names Instagram, TikTok and Twitch. It promotes profiles through a mix of social channels, paid promotion and content optimization, with brand management and multi-faceted marketing as the core. Advertising is included in the collaboration and, per the FAQ, "verursacht keine zusätzlichen Kosten" (causes no additional costs).

Chatting. The blog is where MAHO describes how its chat side runs. In posts read in October 2026 it says more than 80% of revenue across its portfolio comes through DMs rather than feed subscriptions, and that its standard posting rhythm is 3-5 OnlyFans posts and 2-4 PPV blasts per week. Its chatting team runs OnlyFans on the Infloww tool with bulk PPV, lists, queues and scheduling; the Fansly comparison says Infloww did not support Fansly as of April 2026, so the team works more manually there.

Platform strategy. MAHO publishes a clear view on where a managed creator should sell. Its alternatives guide, as read in October 2026, says OnlyFans produces more than 95% of total revenue across the accounts it manages, and that its creators on Fansly or Fanvue make a fraction of their OnlyFans revenue at the same workload. It recommends one main account that gets most of the chat time, with at most two platforms in total, and says three or more only work with a full chatting team. Its standard backup setup is a second account with a profile and 10-15 posts kept current, a Linktree link pointing to it, and nearly all chat work staying on OnlyFans. It names cases where it does recommend a second platform: content in an OnlyFans gray zone, a strong EU fanbase with weak US traffic (it names MYM Fans), and account risk. The 4Based comparison presents that German platform as a second channel for German-speaking fans once OnlyFans is stable.

Money and rules

The creator-side terms are short. No upfront cost, a revenue share, and "keine versteckten Kosten" (no hidden costs). The FAQ says the contract is built so that the model carries no financial risk, and the homepage promises contracts without gag clauses. The percentage is not published, and neither is a contract length or notice period.

On rights, the FAQ states that all rights to the creator's content stay with her and that no copyright is transferred to MAHO. On anonymity, it says MAHO uses various strategies to keep a creator anonymous, and says it looks after anonymous models and many who never show their face, crediting them with high monthly revenues. These are the agency's claims about its clients, with no dates. For legal questions, the FAQ says a network of tax and legal experts is available so the creator can concentrate on content, and the homepage lists tax and legal advice as included.

MAHO's blog also carries a guide to how OnlyFans itself pays creators, covering the platform's payout methods, processing and fees, which is useful background for a newcomer the agency says it will take on without an existing account.

Who it suits

MAHO suits a German-speaking creator, or one comfortable with the English, Dutch or Spanish versions, who wants promotion and 24/7 chatting handled for a revenue share and who may not want to show her face, since the FAQ treats no-face models as a normal case. It also takes newcomers without an OnlyFans account. A creator who likes a documented method will find more in its blog than most agencies publish: posting rhythm, tooling, and a firm one-main-platform stance with a lightweight backup.

It is a poorer fit for a creator who wants a published percentage or contract summary before the first call. It is also not hands-off: the FAQ expects 1-2 hours of daily content work. And a creator who wants to move her business off OnlyFans will find the agency's advice points the other way.
