What TubeAdvertising is

TubeAdvertising is a performance network with two sides, and its home page puts it in one line: "advertisers buy performance traffic, publishers monetize the traffic they already have". Advertisers buy traffic on models that charge per action, click, lead or install. Affiliates and media buyers promote offers from its Marketplace with their own traffic sources, or send traffic into its Smartlink, and are paid a revenue share. Adult is one of the advertiser verticals it names, next to mainstream and adult dating, AI companion products, iGaming, crypto and VPN. The site is run by DIGITAL MEDIA AGENCY SRL with an address in Sofia, Bulgaria, and is offered in several languages including English, Romanian, Italian and Russian. Registration is separate for publishers and advertisers.

Buying traffic as an advertiser

The buying side works on performance payout models, not on impressions. Every traffic page repeats the same models, CPA, CPC, CPL and CPI, and the home page adds revenue share. Tracking is by S2S postback, set globally or per offer, into the advertiser's own tracker or a third-party tool. The platform matches traffic to an offer by GEO, device, carrier, operating system and browser.

The traffic types guide sorts the inventory into three groups: ad formats, traffic sources and advertiser verticals, and a campaign can combine one of each. The formats are push and in-page push, pop and onclick traffic, and interactive or gamified flows such as quizzes and playable ads. Pop traffic opens the landing page in a new window or tab on a click, and the network has its own variant called Late-Popup, described as a calmer and more controlled way to open the placement. The sources are email and mailing-list clicks, a separate inventory called MA Clicks, Telegram traffic including Mini Apps, and paid social traffic that comes through partner funnels, with the page stating that the network gives no access to ad accounts on those platforms.

The adult page is worded with care. It says traffic is available for adult advertising campaigns "subject to campaign, GEO and applicable compliance requirements", that availability "is not guaranteed for every market", and that an account manager confirms GEO and format before launch. Dating has its own entry with sub-segments on request, among them cams, and AI dating and virtual companion offers are treated as a category of their own. The advertiser terms contain a clause that points the other way: they keep the right to deny advertising material that includes "pornography, adult or mature content". So adult campaigns run by confirmation, not by default.

Starting is described as a short sequence: register as an advertiser, confirm GEO, compliance and payout model with a media buyer, then launch and follow conversions by postback or in the dashboard.

Earning as an affiliate or media buyer

This is the side that makes the network an affiliate program as well. The Marketplace lists direct and exclusive offers that an affiliate promotes with their own traffic sources, and the home page gives Facebook, ExoClick and Ero-Advertising as examples of such sources. Media buyers are told that, based on performance, they get access to private in-house offers and exclusive payouts, and can report conversions in a third-party tracker such as Voluum, Cake or HasOffers.

The Smartlink is the alternative to picking offers by hand. The site describes it as a machine-learning feature that sends each visitor to the highest converting offer for their country, connection, device, carrier, operating system and browser, without showing the same offer twice to the same user. Fallback traffic has its own controls. An affiliate promoting single offers can send traffic that does not fit back to their own link, globally or per offer, or let it flow into the Smartlink. On a platform that does not allow smartlinks or redirects, with Facebook as the example given, a plain error message can be shown instead.

One rule limits the publisher route: the FAQ says traffic submitted for monetization must come from the publisher's own organic sources, not traffic bought from another ad network. Site owners also get banners, direct links and pop tools for their own pages.

Money and rules

The payout side first, since speed is the network's main promise. Payments run on a daily and weekly system by wire transfer, PayPal, Paxum, Payoneer or Bitcoin. The FAQ says a payment requested during office hours is usually made within a couple of hours, with up to 24h reserved to verify conversions with advertisers. The publisher terms are more conservative and allow a maximum of 7 days after a request on self-service accounts, with net terms for managed accounts.

In October 2026 the home page states a default 80% revenue share on leads from an affiliate's traffic and a minimum payout of 10€, and invites larger affiliates to ask for a higher share. The terms set a separate minimum of 50 euro for wire transfers. A referral system pays 5% of a referred partner's revenue for life, according to the same page.

For advertisers the account is prepaid. As of October 2026 the minimum deposit is €50, and the FAQ offers a refund when traffic does not perform as long as the advertiser has spent €100 or less. Above that level the network does not reverse payouts already made to publishers. The terms add that a refund covers unused funds only, is requested in writing from the registered email address, goes back to the original payment method and never includes bonus credit. Deposits go through payment service providers chosen in the account, with bank and currency fees on the advertiser.

The advertiser terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. They let the network block an account and withhold the remaining funds as a fine in case of a breach, and they say an account left unused for years is closed with any remaining balance deducted. The site does not publish offer payouts, which are given by the affiliate manager.

Who it suits and who it does not

TubeAdvertising suits an affiliate or media buyer who already has traffic, whether pop, push, email, social or Telegram, and wants frequent payouts, a low payout minimum and several payout rails including Paxum and Bitcoin. The Smartlink suits someone with mixed traffic who does not want to choose offers by country, and the fallback options help an affiliate working on social platforms with strict redirect rules. It also suits an advertiser with a cam, dating or adult offer who wants to pay per action with a small first deposit.

The caveats are specific. Adult availability is confirmed per campaign and GEO and the terms reserve the right to refuse adult material, so a buyer cannot assume a given market is open. The refund promise stops at a low spend level. Offer rates are not public, so comparing the Marketplace with another network means opening an account and asking. And the rule against monetizing traffic bought from other ad networks sits awkwardly beside the Marketplace's own examples, which is worth clarifying with the account manager before sending paid traffic.
