What It Is

CamSoda is a live-cam site where performers earn from tokens that viewers spend on tips, private shows, spy sessions and clips. SpicyRanked says it launched in 2014 and counts around 40,000 registered performers, with 500 or more live at any time. Sozee's payout page lists ACH, Paxum and international wire transfers as payout methods and says the site supports several options for international models.

BedBible lists its main categories as Female, Couple, Trans and Male, so the site takes performers of every kind it names. Rabbit's Reviews describes a mix of amateurs and professionals, with some newcomers flagged on their thumbnails and some studio models a viewer may recognize from other professional sites. Exclu and BedBible both say the site is operated by Secure Live Media, LLC, which BedBible places in Newark, Delaware, and camsodareview.com names the same company as the owner. BedBible adds that the site is available in English, Deutsch, Espanol, Italiano and Nederlands.

How Earning Works Here

Most income comes from tokens. Viewers browse and watch public shows for free, according to SpicyRanked and Exclu, and spend tokens on tipping, private shows, cam-to-cam, spy mode and buying clips. The CamCloud Recorder review calls the site transactional: no basic monthly fee for browsing, and total spend depends on tips, private sessions and premium room features.

Private shows get the most detail in the reviews. They are billed by the minute in tokens at a rate the model sets, according to Webcam Reports. In October 2026 Sozee and SpicyRanked both give the default private rate as 30 tokens per minute, and SpicyRanked notes that top performers charge more. Exclu quotes a higher typical range that depends on the model. Rabbit's Reviews warns that many performers charge a lump sum for the first 3 or 5 minutes to start a private session, and that per-minute rates afterward can be high.

Spy mode adds a second income line to a private session. Sozee's payout page, read in October 2026, says viewers can spy on a session by paying 12 tokens per minute each, and the model is paid for every spy viewer on top of the base private rate. Sozee says the spy rate stays fixed regardless of the private-show rate, so raising the private rate does not change spy income.

Live shows have their own tools. Flirtback, a competing platform, describes live streaming on CamSoda where viewers find a performer through the categories and tags the performer sets and through extra attributes. It lists an auto-reset tip goal that restarts after each target is met, and a Golden Ticket that lets a performer set a price viewers must pay to watch the stream, with a countdown timer. Webcam Reports adds that tip menus vary from model to model, and that models set their own prices for private chats. Flirtback says models can also sell pictures and videos by setting a price on them. Webcam Reports describes a clips and pictures section where viewers filter by tags and buy items, with purchases appearing under My Media.

CamSoda also runs the CamSoda House, which SpicyRanked describes as 24/7 cameras inside shared living spaces where performers live and interact, free to watch. The camsodareview.com page says the House has webcams in 11 live voyeur rooms, with shows scheduled daily, and that viewers can choose the genders they watch. For a performer this is a different kind of work from a standard room.

Flirtback says CamSoda encourages cam-splitting, meaning broadcasting to several sites with the same software, and warns performers to check each other site's rules. The CamCloud Recorder review also notes VR-compatible rooms. Sozee describes a Recorded Shows feature that keeps earning from replays after a stream ends, and Daily, Weekly and Monthly contests that add bonus tokens, which SpicyRanked also mentions as cash contests. BedBible lists Fansoda, the site's version of fan clubs, and Exclu counts fan clubs, ticket shows and recorded content among the creator income streams.

Money and Rules

The payout model is a fixed dollar value per token earned, not a percentage the model negotiates. As of October 2026 Exclu says models earn approximately $0.05 per token, which it puts at roughly 50% of what viewers spend, and the CamCloud Recorder review says payout references place the value at or slightly above that and adds that performer rates can be adjusted. Sozee gives a base rate of $0.055 per token, which it calls a 55% keep rate on paid tokens, and says free tokens the site hands to viewers still pay out at that rate. BedBible uses the lower token value and works the share out at about 41% of what users pay. Flirtback, which runs a competing platform, gives a higher range. Sozee adds that CamSoda absorbs banking and fraud costs under its standard agreement, so chargebacks are carried by the site in its account.

The payout rails are bank and wallet, and the schedule is where the sources disagree most. In October 2026 Sozee says models receive biweekly payouts once they hit a $50 threshold, by ACH or direct deposit and check (both US only), Paxum or international wire. It says ACH usually clears within a few business days, international wires can take longer and may involve extra bank fees, and models who cannot use ACH often rely on Paxum. BedBible and Exclu instead say payments go out weekly on Thursday, by check, direct deposit, wire transfer or Paxum, with a minimum that varies by method. Flirtback also says CamSoda pays weekly and gives the minimum as $20 for ACH, check and Paxum with a much higher one for wire to non-US models, while SpicyRanked and camsodareview.com say it pays weekly with no minimum threshold. Sozee and Exclu both say statements carry a discreet descriptor rather than the CamSoda name.

On joining, Exclu says a model clicks Become a Model in the footer, submits ID documents for age and identity verification, sets up a profile, tip menu and schedule, and can go live the same day approval comes through. Flirtback describes the form as nickname, email and password, then an email confirmation, then payment details with address, city, postal code and country, and says document verification takes up to 24 hours. BedBible says anyone, no matter the country, can join as a model provided they accept the terms, and Exclu notes that some models geo-block certain countries from their rooms. Exclu also describes the content policy as permissive, with explicit free shows allowed.

Who It Suits and Who It Does Not

CamSoda suits a performer who wants per-minute private shows with a stated default rate and a spy-mode bonus on top. All the sources describe frequent payouts, weekly in most of them and biweekly in Sozee's, though the minimum they give ranges from none to the threshold Sozee states. It suits performers of any category the site names, including couples, trans and male performers.

It also suits a performer curious about unusual formats. SpicyRanked says the site's difference is its appetite for new formats, with tools such as the voyeur house, and Exclu and CamCloud Recorder both mention VR rooms, and a performer who likes being on camera in a shared setting can find work there that other sites do not offer.

The caveats are real. Rabbit's Reviews notes that offline models cannot be browsed, so discovery depends on being live when viewers arrive. SpicyRanked presents the default private rate as cheap from the viewer's side, while Exclu quotes a range several times higher, and models set their own private prices according to Webcam Reports, so a performer has to decide where to price the room. A second caveat is billing. Exclu says the most common complaint in 2025-2026 reviews is viewers being charged without explicit confirmation. Reviews.io posts carry unverified complaints about security and unauthorized charges, and they are reports from viewers rather than models.
