What Support Live Cam is

Support Live Cam is a live cam site where models earn from the tokens viewers spend, and it takes both independent models and studios. Its help center is organized into sections for users, for models and for studios, and the model section opens with an article called "How to Become a Model" ("Join our community and start streaming."). The help center is offered in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Romanian, Russian and simplified Chinese, so the site expects models and viewers from several language areas.

The help center is the business's model-facing documentation. It sets out the shape of the model and studio programs, and two articles carry the detail: the referral program, and the rules for adding models to a studio account. Those two articles are where the site publishes its figures and limits.

How earning works on Support Live Cam

Tokens. Viewers buy tokens, which the help center calls "our on-site currency", and a model's income comes from those tokens. The user section covers "How to Purchase Tokens" ("Different ways to buy tokens"), "Setting Up Private Shows" ("How to request and enjoy private sessions") and "How to Enjoy VR on Our Platform" ("What you need for immersive 3D shows"), so a model can work public rooms, private sessions and VR shows. Viewers can also take a paid membership, listed as "Ultimate Subscription" with "Details on memberships and benefits". For the model side the help center points to "Maximizing Your Earnings", described as "Learn about token rates, tips, and bonuses", which names tips and bonuses as income on top of token rates.

Getting started. A new model follows the model section in order: "How to Become a Model", then "Account Verification Process" ("Steps to verify your account and comply with regulations"), then "Setting Up Your Live Stream" ("Technical requirements and best practices"). "Guidelines for Models" sets out "Important rules to ensure a safe community", and a "Model Code of Conduct" describes "Expectations for models' behavior on the site", with "Policy Violation Consequences" explaining "What happens when rules are broken". The troubleshooting section has a "Verification Problems" topic for models whose check stalls. For safety, a model has "Blocking and Ignoring Users" to "Manage your interactions with others", can report violations, and accounts can add two-factor authentication.

The referral program. The help article pitches it as "Earn additional $$ by bringing in your fans and other models to the platform with our Referral Program." The program pays a percentage of what referred fans spend on tokens, plus a one-time reward for referring another independent model. As of October 2026 the article lists the 2 rewards in the site's own words: "A 20% whenever referred fan purchases tokens on our website", and "A one-time reward when a referred non-studio model earns at least $200 and gets a payout (note: you must also be a non-studio model)". The article does not give the size of the one-time reward.

The process has three steps. A model opens the "Referral Program" tab in her profile menu, where her referral link sits. She shares it "with your fans and other models in your social networks (not on our platform)". Fans and models who sign up through it "become referred users". The article says the rewards "will be updated in real-time and displayed on your Referral Program page".

The rules are strict. "Only users that were not previously registered on the platform are eligible for this Referral Program." "It is forbidden to urge already existing users to register again with your referral link", and "for that same reason, it's also forbidden to paste your referral link in your room chat and profile." Attribution runs for a set window: "From the moment users click on your link, they have 90 days to join the website."

Studios. The studio section lists "Registering as a Studio" ("How to set up and manage a studio account"), "Studio Earnings and Payouts" ("Information on revenue sharing and payment options"), "Adding and Managing Models" ("Oversee model profiles and activities"), "Compliance and Requirements" ("Ensure your studio meets all regulations") and "Changing Studio Owner" ("How to apply to changing studio ownership"). So a studio shares revenue with the platform and has its own payout options and compliance file.

Adding a model is documented step by step. The studio owner clicks "My Models" at the top of the screen, then "Add Model", enters the model's username, email and password, and clicks "Add Model". "Once a model account is created, you need to upload the model's documents for review." Two limits apply: "One model account can have up to 6 registered persons", and "One person must not stream from several accounts simultaneously. If a person is present in more than one model account, they can only stream from one account at a time." A person already registered in one account can be added to a new one from the "My Models" dashboard.

Money and rules

The referral article gives the published money terms. Referral rewards are paid weekly: "The reward will be paid out every week on Wednesday and shown on your 'Earnings' page as the total amount of tokens earned from all users and models." The fan reward is a percentage of each token purchase a referred fan makes, and the model-referral bonus is triggered once the referred model has passed an earnings threshold and received a payout. Referral rewards are therefore counted in tokens on the Earnings page, alongside a model's own token income.

Documents are required before a model streams: verification for an independent model, and a document review for each person a studio adds. The rules a model works under are set out in the guidelines, the code of conduct and the policy-violation article. The help center does not state the model's share of ordinary token spending or a payout minimum.

Who it suits and who it does not

The referral program suits a model with a following on social networks, since the link only counts when shared off the platform and fans get 90 days from the first click to register. It suits an independent model who knows other performers, because the one-time model reward is open only when both sides are non-studio models. A studio running group or couple rooms gets an account structure with up to 6 registered persons per model account and a dashboard for adding and moving people. Models who want VR or private sessions have both named as formats, and the multilingual help center suits models outside the English-speaking market.

The caveats are plain. The model referral reward has no stated amount, and studio models cannot earn it. The link may not go in the room or the profile, so referral traffic has to come from elsewhere. And with no published broadcast share, a model has no basis here for comparing the pay with another cam site.
