What Trabajowebcam is

Trabajowebcam is a Spanish-language site that signs up webcam models to broadcast for obsexioncams.com, and it is explicit that it is not an agency in between: "Recuerda, que con nosotros trabajas directamente para obsexioncams.com, no somos un intermediario" (remember, with us you work directly for obsexioncams.com, we are not an intermediary). Its FAQ says it accepts "mujeres solas y parejas" (women on their own and couples), it has a route for studios, and a blog article addresses women in Mexico who want to work on camera. The footer names GO GROW WEB DESIGN LIMITED at the Cube Building, Monahan Road, Cork, Republic of Ireland, and carries a copyright line dated 2016.

The site describes itself as "una plataforma que opera desde hace más de diez años" (a platform operating for more than 10 years). Registration is a form plus documents and photos, and the site says checking them "suele llevarnos entre 24 y 48 horas" (usually takes us 24 to 48 hours). The home page headline promises "Las mejores tarifas y el mejor tráfico" (top rates and top traffic), which is the company's own claim.

How earning works on Trabajowebcam

Paid private rooms. The model works from home with a computer, a webcam and a fast internet connection. The site's pitch is "Por cada usuario que acceda a tu sala de privado estarás ganando" (you earn for every user who enters your private room), and it adds that a model can have several users in private at the same time. The blog explains that a model's pay at month end depends on the minutes she generates, the minutes clients pay to watch her in private chat. On obsexioncams and most of the other sites in the network, users pay to get in. There are exceptions inside the platform, so when a model has no clients in private, a free chat mode switches on.

A network of sites. The company says it runs "un número superior a diez páginas de trabajar por webcam" (more than 10 webcam sites), all kept up to date, and that its advertising guarantees traffic will always reach a model's chat room. That is the site's own promise, with no traffic figures. The model's job is to keep users in the room, and the blog notes that many viewers come only to talk about ordinary topics such as work, hobbies, holidays, music or sport.

Bonuses. The blog points to monthly offers and bonuses that can raise a model's earnings, and lists weekly and weekend bonuses as incentives. A testimonial on the home page mentions prizes and incentives for models.

Support and an account manager. The home page lists "Soporte 24/7" with technical and artistic support. Each model has an account manager, "normalmente son exmodelos" (usually former models) who did very well and know the business, and who teach her to get the most out of broadcast time. Once an account is approved the model receives a step-by-step guide, help from a professional to start broadcasting and tips by email. The blog also mentions administrative advisers who explain the steps for handling her money.

Hours. The FAQ asks for no minimum but recommends "un minimo de 20 horas por semana" (at least 20 hours a week). The blog says that to earn money a model should plan on 6 to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and elsewhere gives 5 to 8 hours a day.

Couples. A couple registers with the front of both IDs in one file, the back of both in another, 10 photos of the two together in underwear (5 horizontal and 5 vertical, "Nunca desnudo absoluto", never fully nude), and a verification photo of both holding their ID next to their faces. The application is then processed like a single model's, and a person can hold 2 accounts, one as a couple and one alone.

Studios. "Para trabajar como estudio, debes disponer de un minimo de 5 modelos para emitir de forma exclusiva en nuestra web" (to work as a studio you need at least 5 models broadcasting exclusively on our site), because models may not broadcast for other sites at the same time. A studio uses the contact form and the company writes back.

Affiliates. The FAQ also describes a separate affiliate route for people with their own website, who earn a share of the purchases made from their page through the affiliate system at aff.money.

Money and rules

Payouts. The home page promises weekly or monthly payment at the model's choice ("Recibe tu pago cada semana o cada mes") and "la seguridad de una empresa de confianza" as its own description. The blog says a model can choose among multiple payment options, though it does not name them. The site does not publish a model's share of private-room minutes or a payout minimum.

Income claims, the site's own. The home page, the FAQ and the blog each quote a monthly income range in euros for models, and the FAQ and the blog tie theirs to full-time work of about 6 or 8 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week. The FAQ says earnings depend on dedication, possible experience and looks. These are marketing figures.

Requirements. Be over 18 or of legal age in the country of residence (the blog's example is that in the United States you would need to be 21), have free time, a desktop or laptop with at least 3GB of RAM, a high-speed connection and a good webcam, with a Logitech C270 HD as the suggested minimum.

Identity. The model sends photos of her ID, front and back, plus a verification photo holding the document next to her face; the site says it must confirm legal age and that the person broadcasting is the one on the document. The form asks for name, surname and ID number. A single model's room needs 8 photos, 6 horizontal and 2 vertical, in underwear or lingerie, sharp and in focus.

Privacy. The FAQ says obsexioncams.com cannot block countries or provinces, so instead a model may choose not to show her face, either in profile photos or on camera.

Who it suits and who it does not

Trabajowebcam suits a Spanish-speaking woman or couple who wants an employer-style setup: an account manager, onboarding help, weekly or monthly payment and a promised traffic flow rather than building an audience alone. It suits a studio that can field 5 models and accepts exclusivity. A model who prefers to stay faceless is explicitly allowed to.

The caveats come before sending documents. There is no published share or payout minimum, the income figures are the site's own, and the recommended 20 hours a week is a real commitment. Every model works for obsexioncams.com alone, and since that site cannot block countries, hiding her face is the only privacy tool the pages offer.
