What the business is
Aura Management is an Australian talent agency for OnlyFans creators. Its terms describe it as "a talent agency dedicated to helping creators maximize their earnings on OnlyFans and other premium content platforms" and name the operator as GWB Pty Ltd trading as Aura Management, with an ABN and ACN listed, under the laws of New South Wales. The homepage calls it an "Australian Registered and Owned Company" with an "Australian based team". It pays creators weekly into a bank account and charges a commission agreed individually. The FAQ says its contracts are not lock-in, "nor do they contain any nasty clauses about fees".
The pages are written in English and aimed at creators of any size. The FAQ says newcomers are welcome and every applicant gets a detailed evaluation, and that its clients range "from small to six (6) figure account following". The homepage says that, unlike other agencies, it is not "just specialised in female creators". It also serves creators who want to stay private and creators whose content is not explicit.
How earning works here
Aura is not a marketplace. A creator keeps selling on OnlyFans, and Aura works on the account as an outside management team. The homepage compares itself to "a traditional talent management agency" governed by "a strong code of ethics and confidentiality", and says its goal with each model it signs is to work with them for their entire career.
The FAQ lists the services: daily management of the OnlyFans account, content scheduling and guidance, brand enhancement and account posting, complete DM management, account monetization, monthly audits of the account, and marketing and promotion.
DM sales are the center of it. The homepage says "We handle your direct messages in-house", and lists the managers as in-house, "professionally trained in understanding the psychology of your fans", with the line "We never outsource our work" and the promise "No one will know we have entered the chat". The FAQ says DM management frees the creator's time, captures upselling and PPV sales, and "filters out the negative side of subscriber DM's". One article says at Aura "our managers will ensure we are maximising your PPV (pay per view) sales through your OnlyFans DMs", working with in-house marketing staff to upsell content to fans. The same article argues that a fan who can afford one video will spend far more across a chat session. That is the agency's reasoning for why chat management pays, not a measured result.
Content and brand come next. Under content scheduling the homepage promises brainstorming and idea generation to keep the feed fresh and well timed. Account management covers fine-tuning the profile and analyzing performance metrics. The articles describe a Talent Manager who works with each creator to define a niche, a voice and a consistent image across platforms, reviews how different content formats perform, and brings in new trends with the marketing team. Another article tells creators to clean up their social accounts and use Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, and says Aura "has a dedicated team to assisting you with promoting your social platforms."
Collaboration is the third lever. Aura says its Talent Managers help approach other models a creator wants to work with and bring collaboration requests to the creator. One article sums the service up as "talent representation to collaboration negotiations, content strategy to organic platform growth."
Traffic comes from social media. The careers page advertises a Marketing Manager to "lead traffic generation and growth strategies for our clients' accounts" across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter/X and YouTube Shorts, working directly with creators.
Contact and reviews. The FAQ says creators get direct access to their account manager by message, with performance reviewed frequently and strategy meetings organized to adjust. One article says the Talent Manager tries to meet either fortnightly or monthly to review financial performance. On the business side the homepage lists "OnlyFans Accounting" and "Professional Invoicing".
Privacy is a named service. The FAQ says Aura can provide "stealth" account services "where we specifically tailor our marketing and even content to your privacy needs", and that it has "witnessed a faceless creator improve her performance 10 fold". The FAQ also says the services "are not limited to only erotic forms of explicit content" and can be tailored to any type of content. Asked why it posts no payout screenshots, it says doing so would be "a breach of our clients trust", and that client messages are posted only with consent.
Chat work. The careers page recruits Professional Chatters for high-profile accounts, offering "Competitive hourly + commission (above industry standard)", flexible scheduling, a chat supervisor and skills training. It wants candidates in Australia, Europe, Latin America, the US, Canada or New Zealand with 6+ months of chatting or management experience (verification required) and C1 English, though strong candidates without experience are encouraged to apply. Qualified applicants take a 10-15 minute skills assessment and an interview, and the form requires applicants to be 18+.
Money and rules
Commission. The FAQ says that after an initial consultation and a confirmed plan, the agency will "discuss the specifics of what commission both the creator and the team is happy with", and that "All commissions are dependent on social media presence, account size, etc". The site does not publish a percentage.
Payouts. The FAQ states: "We conduct weekly payouts of your account directly into your nominated bank account."
Contract. The FAQ says a creator is "not locked into our services" and can "cancel your agreement any time". It explains that an agreement exists because of Aura's code of professional practice, so that all parties are on the "same page" about the service provided.
Ownership. Asked whether a creator keeps ownership of content before and after Aura, the FAQ answers "Absolutely."
Earnings claim. Asked how much a creator can make, the FAQ gives a monthly range for its clients and adds "This may be an average but some clients can earn more." The homepage also says it represents "Australia's highest performing models". Both are Aura's own marketing, with no sample, period or commission basis attached.
Who it suits and who it does not
Aura suits a creator who already sells on OnlyFans and wants DM selling, scheduling, marketing and collaboration handed to a named manager, and who is comfortable agreeing the commission in conversation. The FAQ says it takes newcomers, so a creator with no audience can apply, though the growth it describes depends on social traffic built on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and similar platforms. A creator who wants to stay faceless has an explicit stealth service, and male creators and creators with non-explicit content are both named as a fit. A creator who wants an Australian, in-house team rather than outsourced chatters gets that stated plainly. Experienced chatters have a separate hourly-plus-commission route on the careers page.
It suits less well a creator who wants a published rate card before talking to anyone, because the commission is only set after the consultation. A creator who wants to run their own DMs will find that selling in messages is the core of what Aura offers. The income range in the FAQ and the per-session spending line are the agency's claims, written to attract creators, and the weekly bank payout and cancel-any-time terms are the parts worth seeing in the written agreement.
