What the business is

Bambi Agency is an OnlyFans and Fansly management agency that also hires remote chat operators and other staff. Creators it manages earn on OnlyFans and pay the agency a commission. Its terms say the website and services are "operated by Bunny Agency LLC", with an address in Sheridan, Wyoming, and the site calls Bambi "The leading OnlyFans management agency." The about page says it was founded in 2024, works with 200+ creators and has 40+ team members. Those are the agency's own claims.

Joining costs nothing upfront. The apply page says applying is free, management is commission-only, and there are "no setup fees, no onboarding costs, and no hidden charges." The site is in English. Its specialisms list names male, gay and trans creators alongside MILF and mature, BBW and curvy, Black, goth and alt, feet content and faceless creators, and it runs location pages for the USA, the UK and several cities.

How earning works here

What the agency does. The terms describe the services as account management, chat and DM management, social media marketing, content strategy, growth analytics, personal branding and promotion, on OnlyFans and Fansly. The services page adds traffic and promotion (shoutout coordination and paid traffic) and Fansly management, and says each service can be bought on its own or as a package. What a creator receives is set out in an individual service agreement.

Chat first. Bambi's pitch is that chat matters more than posting. Its operators "match your voice", work 24/7, and handle fan messages, PPV sales, custom content requests and tip menu promotion after voice training. The 2026 blog report says "The single biggest driver of revenue uplift is 24/7 chat coverage," and reports that across its creator cohort DM-driven revenue grew 3.1x on average within 90 days while subscription revenue grew 1.6x. It lists cohort averages before and after onboarding, among them subscribers going from 410 to 810, a larger share of revenue coming from DMs, a higher average PPV price and lower 30-day churn. The site's headline claim is fast revenue growth in a creator's first 90 days. This is the agency's internal data, not an outside benchmark.

Time zones. A page for Sydney creators says Bambi's chat team works the US night-time DM peak while an Australian creator sleeps, then covers the Australian and APAC daytime audience.

Case studies. The homepage presents three results from its roster as verified case studies: a brand-new lifestyle creator's total earnings over 3.5 months, a fitness creator's monthly revenue after a pricing, content and chat overhaul, and a glamour account it says reached 4.5x baseline revenue in 14 days. These are the agency's selected examples, and its own terms say past results "are not guarantees of future performance."

Joining. The apply form asks whether the creator is new or existing and for a revenue range, and says starting from zero is fine. The agency reviews applications within 24 hours, books a 30-minute intro call with a good match, builds a growth plan with milestones at 30, 60 and 90 days, and runs onboarding, chat-team voice training and a marketing kickoff "typically within a week". Creators get weekly performance reports.

Privacy. The apply page says every team member signs an NDA, account access uses "enterprise-grade security," the agency never contacts applicants publicly, and published case studies are anonymized. It runs faceless account strategies for creators who want to stay anonymous. The terms add that on termination Bambi returns full account access to the creator and that creator content remains the creator's property.

Chat operator and staff jobs. Chat operators are paid by the hour, remotely, with a paid trial before a permanent place. As of October 2026 the careers page lists a Chat Operator role, full-time or part-time, remote worldwide, at "$15-25/hr based on experience". Operators message subscribers, drive PPV sales, handle custom requests and go through voice training to match each creator. Requirements include excellent written English, prior customer service, sales or chat experience, comfort with adult platforms, availability for rotating shifts, and a private workspace. All staff can earn quarterly performance bonuses tied to creator results. The page also lists a Social Media Manager, an Account Manager and a Content Strategist, each on a monthly salary range. Applications go through a Telegram bot, are reviewed within 48 hours, and lead to a 30-minute video interview and a paid trial "typically 1-2 weeks".

Money and rules

Commission tiers. The agency is paid a commission that falls as the creator's monthly revenue rises, and the rate card is public. In October 2026 the pricing page lists three plans: Starter at 45% for new creators or those earning under $5K a month, Growth at 33% above that, and Elite at 27% for creators earning $25K+ a month. The plans differ in service: Starter has a shared account manager and marketing on 1 platform, Growth a dedicated manager and 3+ platforms, and Elite a dedicated team of 5+ and a 24/7 direct line. Plans include Fansly and Sextpanther management. The Sydney page instead quotes "Commission sits at 20–30%", which does not match the pricing table.

How the money moves. The pricing FAQ says commission is "calculated as a percentage of your total OnlyFans net earnings (subscriptions, tips, PPV, and custom content after the platform takes its cut)." The creator receives earnings directly from OnlyFans, and Bambi invoices its commission monthly "via bank transfer or PayPal".

Contract. All plans are month-to-month with "no lock-in contracts, cancellation fees, or minimum commitment periods". Plans can be switched with 30 days notice. The terms say either party can end the agreement with written notice as set in the individual agreement and that commissions earned before termination remain payable. The apply page says a creator who sees no measurable growth in the first 30 days can walk away owing only commission on revenue already generated. Liability is capped at commissions paid in the 3 months before a claim.

Eligibility. The terms require creators to be at least 18, to comply with OnlyFans and Fansly terms, to communicate regularly with their account manager and to supply the content and access needed.

Who it suits and who it does not

Bambi suits a creator who wants round-the-clock DM coverage and is willing to pay a share of net revenue for it. Its published rate table makes it easier to compare than agencies that quote privately, and the invoicing model means the creator's OnlyFans payout never passes through the agency. Male, gay and trans creators appear by name in its specialisms, and creators who want to stay faceless are offered a strategy for it.

The Starter rate is steep for someone with little revenue, and the percentage only falls at the revenue thresholds the pricing page names; the Sydney page's lower quote is worth reconciling in the service agreement. A creator who wants to answer her own fans will find chat at the center of the offer. For chat workers, the hourly range, rotating shifts and paid trial are spelled out, which is more than most agency job pages give.
