What Boss Agency is

Boss Agency is a UK OnlyFans management agency that calls itself a "Female-Led OnlyFans & Fansly Growth Agency." It sells two services to creators, BossSocial and BossChat, and its homepage puts the split in one line: "BossSocial grows your audience. BossChat grows your revenue." It is a paid service, not a marketplace: a creator pays a monthly fee or an hourly rate plus a commission, and the site says there are "No contracts. No lock-in. Cancel anytime." Its terms also list white-label agency services for other agencies.

The agency says it is "Trusted by 200+ creators across the UK". It describes itself as "UK-managed" with a "Global team, UK leadership", and its article on big agencies says the founder, Julie, leads it and that "the majority of our chat and social media team are women although we do let a few guys in on the business." One point matters before anything else: every page of the site carries a notice headed "We're Currently at Capacity", saying "We're not currently taking on new clients".

How earning works here

The creator earns on OnlyFans or Fansly, and the two services work on different parts of that income.

BossSocial is the audience side. The homepage says the agency posts a creator's content "across Reddit, Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram", and that "AI handles the scheduling and analytics" while the team handles strategy, captions and platform nuance. The service list covers a custom campaign for the creator's niche, "20–80 posts per week across up to 5 platforms", repurposing content from existing shoots, trend insights and a content calendar, ban prevention and account management, and weekly and daily performance reporting.

The process runs in four steps. A free 15-minute call to learn about the content, audience and goals. A plan: a custom campaign with a content calendar, platform strategy and funnel design. Then "You create, we distribute": the creator follows the plan and sends content, and the agency adapts it for each platform and posts at optimal times. Finally, reports show what is working. The homepage says onboarding "takes less than a week". It frames the pitch around a creator who got into this work for freedom and ends up spending 4 hours a day on Reddit: "You bring the ideas and the content. We handle the strategy, the scheduling, and the posting."

BossSocial is charged as a fixed monthly fee plus a commission on revenue, and the commission falls as the package grows. As of October 2026 the homepage pricing table lists Starter, for Reddit only and tagged "Great for Beginners", at £249 a month for daily Reddit posts (60+ a month) and engagement and karma growth, plus 20% commission on revenue. It lists Growth, marked popular, at £549 a month for Reddit, Instagram and X: everything in Starter, Instagram at 15 posts a month, X at 125 posts a month, 30 minutes of engagement every day, trend research, a daily report on WhatsApp and a monthly growth report, plus 10% commission on revenue. Custom Social covers TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms by quote. An article explains why BossSocial starts with Reddit.

BossChat is the messaging side. The homepage says "Our team of female chatters manages your OnlyFans & Fansly DMs, building relationships, selling PPV, and turning subscribers into loyal spenders. In your voice, with your approval." The service promises 24/7 or flexible coverage, a "C1-level English, female-only team", upselling and retention, and "Your voice, your boundaries, your approval", and says it saves a creator 10–15 hours a week on DMs. Hours can be scaled up or down at any time. The article on big agencies adds the promise "Human DMs, full stop": "Not a script. Not a bot. A person who learns your voice." The same article says BossChat chatters are in the Philippines, with a UK team on the ground in Manila. The terms say the agency acts "within the boundaries and guidelines you set during onboarding" and provides regular reporting on performance and activity.

Joining. The Work With Us page has a creator form asking for a name, email, a WhatsApp number with country code, the OnlyFans or Fansly profile link, how long the creator has been creating (from "Just starting" to "1+ year"), and which service interests her: BossChat, BossSocial or both. The site says it replies within 24 hours, and the article offers a free discovery call with the founder, "no pressure, no hard sell". A separate form handles job enquiries, partnerships and press.

Money and rules

The creator keeps her platform payouts and pays the agency by invoice: a fixed fee or hourly rate billed in advance, plus a commission on verified revenue. The prices in this list are the ones the site showed in October 2026.

  • BossSocial. The homepage says "Commission lowers to 5% on higher packages!" The article says "Our commission shrinks as you grow" and "The maximum we charge is 20%."
  • BossChat. The homepage prices it at "£7/hour + 10% commission", a fee the creator pays the agency, with the commission taken on revenue. The homepage offers a discount when BossChat is combined with the top BossSocial tier.
  • Comparison. The homepage contrasts its pricing with full agencies that, it says, take a far larger share of everything a creator earns. That is the agency's claim about its competitors.
  • Contract. The terms say services run month to month unless agreed otherwise in writing, and a creator may cancel "at any time with 30 days' written notice", with no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.
  • Billing. Fees "are billed monthly in advance for fixed-rate services", and commission-based fees "are calculated and invoiced based on verified revenue figures". Late payment can lead to suspension after a 7-day grace period. The creator keeps her platform payouts and pays the agency's invoice.
  • Creator duties. Provide accurate account credentials and content, make sure content is "legally yours to distribute", comply with the rules of OnlyFans, Fansly, Reddit and the other platforms used, and answer time-sensitive messages within a reasonable time.
  • Ownership and liability. The creator keeps full ownership of her content, while strategies, templates and systems the agency builds stay its own. The agency is not liable for revenue fluctuations, platform bans from policy changes beyond its control, or outages, and its liability is capped at the fees for the current billing period. Credentials, revenue figures and strategies are confidential on both sides.
  • Claims. The homepage advertises a low ban rate, a rise in engagement and 500+ posts managed monthly. These are the agency's own claims.

Who it suits and who it does not

Boss Agency suits an English-speaking creator on OnlyFans or Fansly who already has content and wants to buy specific jobs rather than hand over the whole business: daily Reddit posting on the Starter tier, a wider social plan, or chat cover by the hour. The published tiers let a creator see the price before calling, and the commission, which the agency caps, falls on higher packages. A creator who wants a female-only chat team writing in her voice and within her boundaries is the case BossChat is built for, and the 30-day notice keeps the commitment short.

The caveats are practical. The capacity notice means the agency is not taking new clients at the moment, so a creator may be joining a waitlist rather than starting next week. The fixed fee is due in advance each month before any commission, a real cost for a small new account, and pricing is in pounds. The terms leave platform bans and revenue swings with the creator.
