What Empower Agency is

Empower Agency is a UK-based management and growth agency for adult subscription creators, and it also hires remote contractors to staff that work. It describes itself as running "promotion, fan engagement, account strategy and daily operations so creators can focus on creating", and says it works with creators internationally. Applying is a free, private account assessment, and the site says applying does not create a contract.

The agency's argument is about time. In its words, creators "stall because the operation around it" (promotion, messaging, scheduling, analysis) "quietly grows into a second full-time job." Empower Agency positions itself as the team that takes that job over. It calls itself "A premium partner, not a faceless chatter farm" and works in functional teams coordinated around each creator, presenting teams rather than individuals and showing named people only with their permission.

The site states that Empower Agency is independent and "not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with OnlyFans or any other creator platform." It works alongside whichever platforms a creator uses, within their rules.

How earning works with Empower Agency

A creator here keeps earning from their own subscription platform. Empower Agency does not pay creators; it runs the commercial work around the account and charges a fee. The FAQ lists that work as promotion across platforms, around-the-clock fan engagement, content planning, pricing and offer testing, performance tracking and an overall growth strategy. The site's summary line: "You stay the creator; we operate the business behind the account."

Full Account Management is the core service. One team runs the day-to-day, coordinating content, promotion, pricing tests and reporting against a strategy agreed with the creator. A dedicated account manager keeps content, promotion and engagement moving and is the point of contact for decisions. The agency audits the profile, pricing, menu and funnels, then tests changes. Subscription price, bundles and promotions are tested deliberately and the results recorded. Traffic, conversion and retention are tracked continuously, and a strategic review on an agreed cadence ends with the creator signing off the direction. The services page says most creators take full management, while some start with the area that's hurting most. Not every creator receives every service.

Fan engagement is the messaging side. The FAQ says trained engagement staff cover messages across shifts, including peak hours for the creator's audience. They follow a messaging playbook the creator approves, covering tone, topics, what is encouraged and what is off-limits, with quality assurance and rules for escalating anything sensitive. To learn a creator's voice, the agency builds a reference guide with examples of how they speak, words they use and avoid, and their boundaries; staff are briefed on it and conversations are reviewed against it. Nothing goes live until the creator approves the guidelines.

Promotion runs mainly on Reddit, X (Twitter) and Instagram, according to the FAQ, with content planning and scheduling feeding the subscription platform. The mix is chosen by niche and audience. Reddit growth is described as rule-aware and focused on account health, X growth as consistent promotion pointed at the subscription page, and Instagram work as positioning, short-form content, profile work and platform-safe routes from discovery to other channels. Content strategy covers calendars and promotional plans built around what the creator can realistically produce.

The creator keeps ownership. The FAQ says the account and everything in it stay the creator's, any access is kept to the minimum the agreed work needs, and the creator can review or change that access at any time. If a creator needs a break, the agency asks to be told early so it can pause promotion and adjust messaging.

Working for Empower Agency

The careers page hires for 5 remote roles: Fan Engagement Chatter, Reddit Virtual Assistant, X / Twitter Virtual Assistant, Account Manager, and Quality Assurance / Team Leader. A chatter answers subscriber messages in the creator's approved voice, follows each creator's playbook and hard limits, supports sales and retention "without deceptive tactics", escalates anything sensitive and keeps notes for the next shift. The page asks for excellent written English, tested during the application, comfort working with adult content professionally, and a stable connection and device.

Chatter shifts include evenings, weekends and peak hours across time zones, and the page says specific shifts "are agreed and fixed, not fully flexible." The Reddit and X assistants work a daily posting window agreed in advance. Account managers and team leaders work core hours that overlap with their creators or teams.

Hiring runs in 7 steps: application, screening, a skills assessment, a reliability check of small tasks over two or three days, an interview, a paid trial week on supervised real work, and probation. The skills assessment is unpaid and takes "roughly 15-20 minutes." A progression path runs from trainee to VA or chatter, senior, team leader and account manager, with promotion decided on attendance, quality scores, sales or growth performance, account safety and communication.

Money and rules

For creators, the FAQ says platforms pay out to the creator's own account in the normal way: "we don't sit between you and your earnings." The agency's fee "is invoiced or deducted separately, exactly as set out in your written agreement." Commercial terms are agreed privately and depend on the arrangement and scope. Any minimum term or notice period is agreed in writing before the creator commits, and the FAQ says the agency does not publish a fixed figure because terms are tailored to each creator. On leaving, access the agency was given is handed back or removed, and it says it does not keep using the creator's content or account afterwards.

The agency states it does not guarantee earnings: results depend on audience, niche, pricing, content consistency, platform conditions and the agreed strategy.

Applications are reviewed by a person against fit, audience, content and goals, with a reply aimed for within a few working days. The public form does not ask for explicit content or government ID, and the agency says it never asks for login access at that stage, though it may ask for a revenue or analytics screenshot. A rejected applicant gets a clear decline without detailed feedback. Nothing is agreed until a written management agreement is signed.

The agency represents only creators who are 18 or older, "a firm requirement with no exceptions." Its terms say services are for adults aged 18 or over and are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Creators moving from another agency are told to check their current contract, including notice and exclusivity, first.

For staff, roles are independent contractor positions unless a role states otherwise in writing. Pay is "hourly, per-shift or commission-linked depending on the role" and exact rates are confirmed at interview, not published. Every role requires signing a confidentiality agreement before account access, applicants must be 18 or older, and activity, attendance and quality are monitored.

Who it suits and who it does not

Empower Agency fits an adult subscription creator who already has some traction, or a credible route to it such as a following elsewhere, and whose inbox and promotion have outgrown their spare hours. The FAQ says it works with new creators only sometimes and uses the review to judge whether the timing is right. A creator who wants written boundaries, a named account manager and a reporting rhythm they set will find those described in detail.

It suits less well a creator who wants a published price before applying, since fees and terms only appear in the private written agreement. A creator who does not want promotion centered on Reddit, X and Instagram, or who wants to answer every message personally, would be buying a service they partly do not need.

For workers, it suits someone with strong written English who can commit to fixed weekly shifts, including evenings and weekends, and who is comfortable with monitored work and a multi-stage hiring process with an unpaid assessment. Anyone looking for casual, pick-your-hours gig work should note the careers page calls these coverage roles, and pay rates are not public before interview.
