What Impulse Management is

Impulse Management is a full-service model management agency, signed "DE & USA" in its footer, that runs OnlyFans and other fan-platform accounts for creators. The main site is in German, with an English version of its guides. It takes no money up front: "Es gibt keine Aufnahmegebühr und keine monatliche Grundgebühr" (there is no entry fee and no monthly base fee). The agency earns "auf Provisionsbasis" (on commission), as a fixed percentage of a creator's earnings.

Its own summary of the work is "Strategie, Reichweite, Chatting und regelmäßige Auswertung deiner Zahlen" (strategy, reach, chatting and regular review of your numbers). The creator supplies the content and the agency handles the rest.

How earning works here

The agency's home page is built as a list of questions a prospective model would ask, each answered briefly and linked to a longer guide. Read together, they describe the service.

Reach and starting from zero. The page says "Die meisten starten bei null" (most start from zero) and "Wichtiger als Follower sind Verlässlichkeit und die Bereitschaft, regelmäßig Content zu liefern" (reliability and willingness to deliver content regularly matter more than followers). It adds "Reichweite ist der Teil, den wir übernehmen" (reach is the part we take over). The apply form asks for little: a name, a way to reach the person and ideally an Instagram name. The model-application page says no photos are needed to apply, and that what a model shows is decided in the first conversation.

Chat. Fans are answered by "ein deutschsprachiges Team im eigenen Haus, geschult und eingearbeitet, nicht irgendein ausgelagerter Dienst" (a German-speaking team in-house, trained and briefed, not some outsourced service). Language, tone and limits are agreed beforehand and stored in a briefing the team follows. One answer on the model page goes further: some models never show their face, "auch nicht gegen Geld" (not even for money), and fans who ask are turned down by the chatters. The footer also lists "Become a chatter" and "Chatter certification" pages, so the agency recruits for this team.

Time. The agency says to "Rechne mit einigen Stunden pro Woche für Aufnahmen, dazu kurze Abstimmungen" (plan on a few hours a week for recording, plus short check-ins), and that "Marketing, Chatting, Auswertung und Plattformpflege" (marketing, chatting, reporting and platform upkeep) run on its side. It notes the effort is a little higher at the start while a stock of content is built.

Existing accounts. For someone who already has an account, the agency says it takes the account on as it stands ("so wie er ist"), while the creator "behältst den vollen Zugang" (keeps full access). It reviews profile, prices and numbers and says what it would change and why. First contact is quick by its account: "In der Regel melden wir uns innerhalb von 24 Stunden" (usually we reply within 24 hours), and setup and first recordings take "eine Sache von Tagen" (a matter of days) depending on preparation.

Several platforms. The model page says content is made once and sold several times and names 4based among the platforms, and the Fansly guide names Maloum. The English guide on Fansly shows how the agency thinks about a second platform. It calls Fansly "the most established alternative" and "functionally so close that switching is easy", and says the key difference is that Fansly "has real search and recommendations", so new fans can find a creator on the platform, which it calls "practically impossible on OnlyFans". It also credits Fansly with tiered subscriptions. Its table rates OnlyFans higher for willingness to pay per fan and for brand and press, and it concludes that Fansly belongs alongside OnlyFans, "not instead". The agency says "We manage accounts on both platforms" and that "the same chat team covers all channels". The blog also lists guides on Maloum, Fanvue, 4based and cam platforms.

Leaks. One answer deals with copies of a creator's content: "Wir suchen aktiv nach Kopien deiner Inhalte und lassen sie über Löschanträge entfernen" (we actively look for copies of your content and have them removed through takedown requests). It says this is "im Leistungsumfang enthalten und kostet dich nichts extra" (part of the service and costs nothing extra), and adds that "Eine vollständige Garantie gibt es im Internet nicht" (there is no complete guarantee on the internet).

Local guides. The model page carries city-by-city notes for German cities. Their practical point is blocking: on OnlyFans a creator can block their own surroundings, and the page lists nearby towns to block for each city so people searching from there do not find the account. The Hamburg note warns that weather costs outdoor shoots more days than in the south, and the Leipzig note says a rented shoot room is not necessary, since "fast alle unserer Models drehen zu Hause" (almost all our models shoot at home).

Money and rules

The cost statement repeats on several pages: no entry fee, no monthly base fee and no starter package. The model page says "Wir arbeiten auf Provisionsbasis: verdienst du nichts, kostet dich die Zusammenarbeit nichts" (we work on commission, if you earn nothing, working with us costs you nothing), and "Den genauen Satz nennen wir im Erstgespräch, bevor du etwas unterschreibst" (we give the exact rate in the first call before you sign anything). The percentage is therefore not published. The pages also give no payout method, schedule or threshold.

On earnings the agency is direct: "Eine seriöse Zahl kann dir niemand vorab nennen, und wer es tut, verkauft dir etwas" (nobody can seriously name a number in advance, and whoever does is selling you something). Income depends on niche, effort, consistency and community.

On ending the deal: "Der Vertrag ist jederzeit kündbar" (the contract can be canceled at any time), "Dein Konto gehört dir, wir übernehmen es nicht" (your account is yours, we do not take it over), and "Nach dem Ende der Zusammenarbeit läuft auch keine Provision weiter" (no commission runs after the collaboration ends). On age, the agency says platforms know only a lower limit of 18 and that age matters to it only for adulthood.

The model page sets the entry conditions plainly: "Achtzehn Jahre, ohne Ausnahme, mit Ausweis" (18 years, no exceptions, with ID), checked by the platforms and, it says, by the agency too. ID and contract are needed once for the platform, kept in the agency's portal rather than in a chat, and deleted when the collaboration ends, and only the bookkeeping sees a model's bank details. The same portal shows the model's numbers, content plan and every invoice, which the page contrasts with "eine monatliche Zusammenfassung, die du glauben musst" (a monthly summary you have to take on trust).

On tax, the agency says platform income is taxable wherever the platform is based and that a registered business is usually needed. It provides a monthly statement a tax adviser can work with and works with tax advisers who know the field, and says this is not a replacement for tax advice.

Who it suits and who it does not

It suits a German-speaking person who wants a team to run the business side, including someone with no following, someone who wants to stay faceless or partly anonymous, and someone fitting this around a job or studies. The agency says it builds a concept that works "ohne erkennbares Gesicht" (without a recognizable face) and that images should show nothing pointing to home, surroundings or work. A model with existing accounts on several platforms may value a single chat team across all of them.

It is less useful for a creator who wants to see the commission before a conversation, because it is not posted. It is also not a pure chat or takedown vendor: the commission covers a whole service. A creator outside German-speaking markets should expect the German site and the German-language chat team to matter, though the agency also publishes English guides and signs its footer "DE & USA". A creator who wants no involvement in content will not find that either, since the creator still records a few hours a week.
