What Intima Agency is
Intima Agency is a creator management agency for fan subscription accounts, and it also sells trained chatters to other agencies. It describes itself as founded in 2023 in Serbia and Slovenia. It takes on creators for full management of the inbox, pricing, content planning and traffic, and it hires chat staff through a separate "Job opportunity" route. The site states a commission-only model with no setup fees, so joining costs nothing up front. The agency says it is not a marketplace and not a freelancer pool, and that it manages 15+ creators with a team of 30+ people. The pages are in English.
How earning works here
The agency's pitch is that paid messaging is where an account makes its money. In October 2026 its home page says messages make up roughly 75-90% of net revenue on every account shown in its dashboard screenshots, with subscriptions and tips behind them. So the core service is a 24/7 fan inbox run by chatters who are briefed before they touch it. Each creator gets a tone guide, a pay-per-view plan, a content schedule and revenue targets, written by a manager and approved by the creator before anything goes live. The site says fans interact with the creator, not the agency, and that every message is meant to reflect the creator's brand.
Platform by platform, the creator page lists what the agency does. On OnlyFans it covers inbox management, PPV strategy, mass messages, fan lists, tip requests and referral campaigns. On Fansly it covers DM management, pay-per-view content, bundle strategy, tier setup and subscriber retention. On Fanvue it lists chat management, content scheduling, monetization setup, growth tracking and fan engagement. The agency says it is active on 7 platforms; the home page names OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram and Reddit. For X it lists content repurposing, teaser posts, promo scheduling and a DM funnel to the paid platforms. For TikTok it lists short-form strategy, trend adaptation, safe-content compliance and link-in-bio funnel optimization, and for Instagram and Reddit it lists story and reel strategy, DM handling, teaser posting and subreddit engagement for audience building. The agency's argument is that each platform has different fan behavior, monetization features and content norms.
Retention is its own line item. The agency describes win-back campaigns for churned fans, re-engagement messages and loyalty-building conversations meant to keep subscribers renewing.
Traffic is handled in parallel. The home page says every account gets a dedicated growth person running X and Instagram, with teaser content, engagement threads and a link-in-bio funnel built to turn cold followers into paying subscribers. It calls this daily, consistent posting and says that is where most new subscribers come from before they reach the inbox.
The onboarding sequence is laid out in 5 steps, and the creators page says getting from the first message to a fully managed account typically takes 1 week. A 20 to 30 minute intro call happens on Telegram or Google Meet, described as an honest conversation about fit rather than a sales pitch. An account audit follows, taking 24 to 48 hours, covering the content library, fanbase, pricing and historical revenue. The agency then signs an NDA before any credentials are shared, builds the strategy and tone guide, and goes live. From then on the manager sends a weekly performance report with revenue, fan activity and key metrics. The site says most creators notice a difference within the first 2 weeks.
A comparison table on the home page sets the agency against what it calls typical agencies. In its own column it lists no setup fees, an NDA always, a dedicated manager for every creator, accounts that the creator always owns, weekly reports as standard and flexible terms, where it describes long-term lock-in contracts as common elsewhere. That is the agency's own comparison, with no other agency named.
Agencies are a second audience: the agency side of the site offers trained, NDA-signed chatters deployed under the buying agency's own brand.
For chat operators, the about page describes the selection process: an English test, a written scenario test, an interview, and a paid trial shift before full deployment. The site does not publish a pay rate for chatters. The about page says the team spans Serbia and Slovenia and includes chatters, account managers, strategists and operations staff, and the home page's "Job opportunity" link is the route in.
Money and rules
The payment model is commission only: the creator page puts it as "Commission-only" with "we earn when you earn", and the home page lists "Commission-only model" and "No setup fees" as terms. The site does not publish the commission percentage. The home page also lists "2x monthly payouts" among its headline figures.
The agency publishes performance claims taken from creator dashboards. As of October 2026 it says screenshots show net earnings up anywhere from +19% to +347% against a prior period of equal length, calling them unedited and not mockups, and it shows net dollar totals for 7-day and 30-day periods beside them. These are the agency's own claims about accounts it manages, with no creator names or conditions attached, and they are not a forecast for a new account. The site also says creators who stay for 3+ months see the biggest results.
On access and security, the creator page says platform access runs through secure shared login protocols, passwords are never stored in plain text and can be rotated at any time on request, and a legal NDA is signed before credentials are shared. Creators keep ownership of the account and can revoke the agency's access immediately. The page frames this as no lock-in. The about page adds that creator accounts, subscriber data and internal conversations are private, and that the agency does not discuss clients or reference one creator's account with another.
Service levels: the home page says the manager replies within 15 minutes during active hours, and every inquiry gets a personal reply within 48 hours.
Who it suits and who it does not
The creator page says the agency does not take on everyone. It works with creators who are consistently producing content, already have a subscriber base, and are ready to hand off the inbox. A creator with an audience and a content backlog who cannot keep up with messages around the clock fits that description directly. It names one more condition on the same page: the creator must be comfortable with adult content management, since its chatters work on adult subscription platforms, and it says it wants a long-term partnership and not a quick fix.
It suits a brand-new creator with no subscribers less well. The creator page says "We can work with new accounts, but we see fastest results with creators who already have a subscriber base and content library", and the growth work listed is X and Instagram funnels rather than platform discovery. It also suits poorly a creator who wants to answer fans personally and keep full control of tone, since the model is built on chatters writing in the creator's name, even with a tone guide and approval step.
There are caveats. The revenue and growth screenshots are the agency's selection, shown without creator names or the starting figures behind each percentage. The first step the agency offers is a free intro call with no commitment.
For chat operators, the agency describes a tested, trained team with a paid trial shift before deployment, which suits someone with strong written English who wants structured work on adult subscription accounts.
