What LUX Agency is

LUX Agency is an OnlyFans management agency written for creators in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Its site is in German and its tagline reads "Management für Creatorinnen aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Persönlich, diskret, mit echtem Team" (management for female creators from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, personal, discreet, with a real team). It works only with women: "Männer? Nur als Fans" (men? only as fans). It earns from the creator's revenue, not from a fee. The FAQ says "Du zahlst nichts im Voraus" (you pay nothing upfront) and that LUX takes a share of the creator's earnings.

The agency does not pay creators and is not a platform. A creator keeps her OnlyFans account and the agency works on it. The pitch on the homepage is a split of roles: "Du bist das Gesicht. Wir sind das Business dahinter" (you are the face, we are the business behind it). The opening banner promises "Chatting, PPVs, Reichweite und Content-Plan aus einer Hand" (chatting, PPVs, reach and content plan from one source).

A published interview with the founder adds that LUX also sells coaching to entrepreneurs who want to build an agency of their own; for a creator, the agency side is the relevant one.

How earning works here

Earning happens on OnlyFans: subscriptions, messages and pay-per-view sets. LUX sells the work around the account under the heading "Alles außer Deinem Content" (everything except your content). The page opens its pitch by saying most creators fail "selten am Content", rarely at the content, and more often at everything afterwards: chats at 3 in the morning, reels without a plan, numbers nobody explains. That is the part LUX says it handles, in 5 blocks.

Chatting and PPVs. "Das Geld liegt im Chat" (the money is in the chat), the page says, and LUX turns it into a system "mit klaren Abläufen und Regeln, die wir mit Dir festlegen" (with clear processes and rules that we set with you). Its comparison table promises a plan for each fan instead of copy-paste texts.

Reach. "Reels, Trends, Ads: Wir wissen, was im Feed zieht" (reels, trends, ads, we know what works in the feed). So the traffic side covers short video, trend work and paid ads, and the page's mock notifications show Instagram and TikTok alongside OnlyFans.

Content plan. The creator knows what to shoot before every shoot. The mock-up on the page shows the team preparing the next day's shoots and sending a weekly report.

Protection. "Wir kümmern uns um Leaks, sperren Regionen, wenn Du willst, und arbeiten mit klaren Verträgen. Deine Inhalte bleiben Deine." (We take care of leaks, block regions if you want, and work with clear contracts. Your content stays yours.)

Real numbers. The creator sees revenue, chatting and PPV figures at any time in a dashboard, which the page contrasts with agencies that send "Ein Screenshot, wenn Du nachfragst" (a screenshot when you ask).

The agency's case for its focus is shown with anonymized dashboards from 3 creators in its portfolio, where it says the large majority of revenue came from chatting and PPVs rather than subscriptions. It also shows 2 creators' first month against their current month. The page labels these as individual cases, not an average, and says results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed; they are the agency's own selection. The homepage also states that its lifestyle images are symbolic and AI-generated.

Joining takes 3 steps. The application is "Ein paar Fragen, drei Fotos" (a few questions, three photos) and takes 2 minutes. Then comes a 30-minute phone call with the founder, booked by the applicant, where "Du fragst, er antwortet" (you ask, he answers). If both sides agree, the team is in place from day 1. The founder runs every introductory call himself, which the page sets against agencies where the account manager changes every week.

Beyond the service, LUX publishes guides and press pieces. A press article on the site about the role of agencies says such partnerships often use a structured onboarding over 2 to 3 months, with quick results first and scaling after, and plan diversification and crisis management ahead; it describes agencies in general and is not a stated LUX term. The blog covers OnlyFans alternatives and selling foot photos, and a YouTube channel covers reels, aesthetics, pricing and how to judge an agency.

Money and rules

The terms on the homepage FAQ are brief. Cost: "Du zahlst nichts im Voraus. LUX ist an Deinen Einnahmen beteiligt, die Details bespricht Max mit Dir im Kennenlerngespräch" (you pay nothing upfront, LUX takes a share of your earnings, and Max discusses the details with you in the introductory call). No percentage is published.

Commitment: "Du startest mit einem Probemonat, den Du zum Monatsende kündigen kannst. Passt es, geht es danach mit einem Jahresvertrag weiter." The creator starts with a trial month that can be canceled at the end of the month, and if it works, it continues with a one-year contract. A creator already with another agency can apply, and the page says LUX plans the move with her.

Age: "Mindestens 18. Alles darunter ist nicht erlaubt. Weder auf der Plattform noch bei uns." (At least 18. Anything below is not allowed, neither on the platform nor with us.)

Face: the FAQ says yes, the face is the brand, so this is not an agency for faceless sellers. Whole regions can be blocked for a profile on request.

Business registration: the FAQ says a Gewerbe, a business registration, is needed, and that LUX helps "Von Anmeldung bis Steuerberater" (from registration to tax advisor), with support rather than just advice.

Time: the page asks creators to plan "Ein paar Stunden am Tag für Content" (a few hours a day for content), as a main project or alongside a job or studies.

The footer carries a disclaimer that "LUX does not guarantee financial outcomes", and states that the agency is independent and not connected to OnlyFans, Fansly, BestFans, Maloum or the other platforms it names.

Who it suits and who it does not

LUX suits a German-speaking woman in Germany, Austria or Switzerland who is willing to show her face, wants chatting, reach and planning taken off her hands, and is comfortable with a revenue share she will learn in the first call. It works with beginners and with creators who are already earning, and an existing OnlyFans account is not required to apply. A creator unhappy with her current agency can switch, and the trial month lowers the risk of trying.

It also suits someone who wants to meet the person in charge before signing, since the founder takes every first call.

The limits are plain. The share is not published, the contract moves to a year after the trial month, and the face requirement rules out no-face work. Male creators are not taken on. A creator outside the DACH region is not the audience for a German-language site, and the dashboard results are the agency's chosen examples, which it says are not guaranteed.
