What it is

Model Starz Management is an OnlyFans and Fansly management agency. Its About page describes it as "a Las Vegas-based OnlyFans Management Agency", while the homepage calls it a globally based company with team members in the U.S., Europe and Asia so it can serve talent around the clock. It works with adult creators on OnlyFans and Fansly and also sells traffic and promotion services to creators and other agencies. The homepage says it charges "zero startup fees", runs month-to-month contracts, and sets the revenue split contract by contract. Its creator-management menu is split into OnlyFans Model Management, Fansly Model Management and Trans OnlyFans Management, so trans creators have a track of their own. The agency also hires, with a careers section that separates roles for "Tier 1 & 2 Countries" from international ones.

The homepage calls Model Starz "the leading OnlyFans and Fan Platform management agency", says it was founded by online marketing experts who saw a need for ethical, performance-driven management, and describes its approach as creator-first, data-driven and built on trust. The About page says the agency has several creators among the top earners on OnlyFans. Those are the agency's own claims about itself and its roster.

How earning works here

The creator keeps selling on OnlyFans or Fansly, and the agency does the growth, chat and admin work around the account. The process, as the model-management page lays it out: the creator makes content and uploads it into a secure Google Drive shared storage, the agency promotes the creator and works on followers, engagement and subscribers, and the agency manages the OnlyFans account and "get us paid". The same page describes Model Starz as a full-service OnlyFans marketing and management agency covering traffic generation, chat management, consulting and full-service model management, and sums the value up in three lines: "We Build Your Social Media Following", "We Convert Followers to Subscribers" and "We Maximize Earnings".

The homepage spells out what full-service management covers:

  • Content strategy and production, with the agency's creative team helping produce content and tracking trends.
  • Marketing and promotion through influencer collabs, Reddit marketing, paid ads and more, which it says are data-driven and platform-compliant.
  • Account management: admin, scheduling, optimization and fan messaging.
  • Fan engagement through 1:1 chats, custom responses and strategies to retain and upsell subscribers.
  • Analytics and reporting, with regular reports on growth, earnings and top-performing content.
  • Expert chat management, chatting with fans to build relationships and increase sales.

The About page adds DMCA takedowns and removals and script writing to that list. The homepage introduces the team by function: account managers as day-to-day strategists, chat experts, marketing specialists in Reddit, TikTok, SEO and paid traffic, creative directors for brand and visual identity, and support staff available 24/7. The agency also says it monitors platform updates, algorithm changes and new tools such as AI and mass messaging systems so creators do not fall behind.

On content, the site is relaxed about production. Asked whether a creator needs professional photos or videos, it answers "Not at all", says it will guide creators on shooting with a phone, and adds that "In most cases, self-created authentic content is preferred." On volume, the FAQ says it works with the creator's schedule: "Some creators upload daily, others 2x/week." What a creator makes is up to her and her boundaries; she tells the agency what she will and will not do, and it builds a strategy around that. The FAQ also says creators can stay anonymous and that it works with many who keep their identity private. On timing, it says "Most creators see results within 2-4 weeks. Bigger gains start at the 60-day mark." That is a stated expectation, not a guarantee.

Fansly is handled as its own track. The homepage presents a Fansly result among its case examples and names promotion, chat, content strategy and growth as the work it does there, and the FAQ confirms the agency supports both platforms. The model-management page says its creators regularly reach the top ranking brackets on OnlyFans, again the agency's claim.

Traffic services are sold separately, to agencies and to creators who are not under management. The promotional services page lists:

  • Reddit management, described as full-service and aimed at bringing new daily subscribers and traffic.
  • OnlyFans promos: feed posts and pinned posts with reposts, and mass DMs, available from a network the site puts at "over 250K+ fans on OnlyFans". Pinned and feed posts are sold as immediate traffic from a promo that stands out; mass DMs as a promo that lasts for over a month.
  • GG promos, meaning guaranteed gain: "GG promos from high-quality traffic pages with proven spenders. Get a guaranteed number of fans on your page."
  • Consultation for a creator who needs traffic but is not sure what to do.

Promos are booked through a form; no prices appear.

Jobs. The careers page is an earning route of its own for people who want to work in OnlyFans management. Roles listed for Tier 1 and 2 countries include OnlyFans account managers (the liaison between creators, the chat team and the traffic team), a traffic manager, social media managers, a Reddit manager, a short-form video editor, an operations manager, a copywriter, a content manager, a USA-based videographer paid per project, a creator development representative in sales, a promotional manager, a financial manager and a media buyer. The international list covers chat assistants, described as customer support agents who drive sales and engagement for creators, plus promo, Reddit and social media coordinators, a media buying assistant, video editors, SEO assistants and a bookkeeping assistant. The page lists benefits such as competitive pay, unlimited paid time off, training and workplace flexibility.

Money and rules

The percentage split is the question every creator asks, and the FAQ answers it without a figure: "What is the % split? This is entirely dependent on what roles & responsibilities you are willing to take on. Each contract is unique so we can put together an agreement that is fair for both of us." So the split depends on how much of the work the creator hands over.

On fees and terms the site is direct. It says "We charge zero startup fees, making it easy to start earning without upfront costs." Its contracts are month to month, with "No long-term commitment." It contrasts this with other agencies, where it says setup fees "sometimes reaching thousands of dollars" create barriers for new models and creators have restricted access to their own accounts.

On earnings, the FAQ is unusually frank: it says outcomes under its management range widely, from accounts with very high monthly earnings to accounts that earn little, and that performance depends on the creator's ability to create content consistently and follow its systems. That is the agency's statement about its roster and no forecast.

Privacy and boundaries get a stated commitment: the team says it will always respect the creator's privacy and "would never expect you to share any pictures, videos, or content that you aren't fully comfortable sharing".

Who it suits

It suits a creator who wants help on OnlyFans and Fansly, wants to negotiate how much of the work is handed over, and prefers a contract she can leave month to month. A creator with little money up front can note the no-startup-fee statement, and one who wants to stay anonymous is told that is possible. Trans creators have a dedicated management track.

The promo services suit someone who does not want full management: an agency or creator can buy Reddit management, pinned posts, mass DMs or a guaranteed-gain promo on its own. The careers page suits chat assistants and marketing staff looking for agency work, including remote international roles.

Two cautions. The split is set contract by contract and the promos are quoted on request, so comparison happens only after contact. And the agency's own FAQ says results vary widely between accounts, a reminder that its headline results describe its best ones.
