What Only Friends Consulting is
Only Friends Consulting is an OnlyFans management agency, founded in London by content creators with a combined 15 years of experience in filming, photography and art direction. It works for creators and models on OnlyFans, new and established, and describes itself as a boutique agency that manages only a small roster. It earns through commission on the accounts it runs: the FAQ says it has "a few different commission / marketing plans" and that the details come from its marketing team on contact. There is no long-term contract, by the FAQ's account, and applying is a short form.
The founding team also includes online marketing and social media specialists who, in the agency's words, spent years in the finance industry "helping big companies make millions of dollars" before applying that knowledge to this venture. The home page frames the agency as business partners with a total of 15 years in the adult entertainment industry and 10 years of combined professional experience in online and social media marketing. The FAQ narrows it to two founders: a content creator with many years in the industry, and a former finance employee who specialized in online and social media marketing for financial institutions and insurance companies.
How earning works here
The services page calls the offer "full package A-Z services for OF content creators", so that the creator's job is to create content while the agency does the rest. The home page puts the same idea as focusing on content for a few hours a day while the team handles everything else. As read in October 2026, the home page states the goal as helping a client "become a 1% creator within the next three months", and the services page repeats it with the words "at least" in front. That is the agency's own target, not a result.
The home page splits the work into three named services. Online Marketing means building a client's online presence and channeling high-volume traffic to the OnlyFans account, mainly through social media marketing and other online channels. Branding means helping a client find a niche and a brand so that, once potential fans notice the client, they remember the client; the site says this is how it gains "genuine and recurring fans". Account Management means running the account to maximize the revenue from content promotions, sales and chats, and scheduling posts and promotions so the page looks professional and brings fans back.
The services page breaks this into three groups, introduced as services that "include but is not limited to" the items listed.
Account auditing, or account creating, covers a review of the client's content, feedback on the client's online and social media presence, training to improve the content the client produces, and setting up the relevant accounts for a client who does not have them yet.
Account growth planning covers working with the client to create a niche, structuring the client's social media and posting schedule, planning content aimed at going viral, and setting short-term goals of 1-3 months and long-term goals of 6-12 months.
Account management covers profile optimization, a "Customised Payout Structure To Best Suit Clients Needs", 1:1 support for any queries, planning upsell strategies, planning pay-per-view pricing, social media management and scheduling, a chatting team, further training on content, and custom content creation for the client.
The staffing model is stated on the about page. Each model gets one designated account manager, one team of social media specialists, and a chatting team that works exclusively for that model. The agency contrasts this with large agencies that "focus on quantity over quality". The chatting team is the part that sells inside the account: the home page ties chats to revenue alongside promotions and sales, and the services page lists PPV pricing and upsell planning next to it.
How fans find a creator depends on that off-platform marketing. The FAQ describes the social media workload the agency takes over: posting on TikTok several times a day, plus Instagram, Twitter and other platforms. The agency's blog post on how agencies work (bylined Amplify Agency LTD) describes marketing strategy as possibly including targeted ads, social media campaigns and collaborations with other creators. It also covers account management that keeps an account within the platform's terms without risking a ban, responding to subscriber messages, content creation from phone content for social media to professional photography and videography, and data analysis of subscriber numbers, engagement rates, traffic sources and revenue, with regular performance reports.
The FAQ adds how the relationship runs. Asked whether a creator can track what the agency is doing, it says the agency will give updates through the week so that nothing is unclear. Asked why hire an agency, it says the work saves time and makes earning more automated, that "every clients we've had, have increased their revenue and made more money", and that the team is always there to help. On speed it says results depend on the creator putting in the work, then gives its own "roungh estimate" of the monthly income it will scale a creator to within 3 months. Both are the agency's marketing claims.
Money and rules
The commission is not printed. The FAQ's answer to "How much commission do you charge?" is that there are several commission and marketing plans, explained by its marketing team on contact. The services list adds a "Customised Payout Structure To Best Suit Clients Needs", which means payout terms are set per client.
On commitment the FAQ is clear: "No, you can terminate the contract with us immediately". It says the agency respects that circumstances change and takes client privacy and freedom seriously. So there is a contract, but no minimum term by the agency's account.
Entry is open. The FAQ says creators do not need a big following or an existing account with lots of content, that the agency signs established creators as well as models who have never done this before, and that "Any models can apply, we welcome all types of creators from all paths of life." A niche is not required either: the agency says it will help find one, quoting the saying "narrow down to scale up". The apply page is a short contact form: "Interested in working together? Fill out some info and we will be in touch shortly!" Contact runs by phone, WhatsApp and Instagram.
Who it suits and who it does not
This suits a creator who wants to hand over marketing, scheduling and inbox work and keep to content. The one-manager, one-social-team, one-chat-team structure per model suits someone who wants a consistent point of contact. Newcomers who have never run an account, and creators who do not yet know their niche, are welcome by the FAQ's account, since account setup and niche-finding are among the first services listed. An established creator can apply too, and the services list includes content training and custom content creation for someone who wants help with the content itself. The immediate exit term suits a creator wary of being locked in.
There are caveats. Because the commission plans are given only on contact, comparing the cost with other agencies has to wait until after a conversation. The three-month target on the home page and the FAQ's income estimate are marketing statements by the agency. The wording is loose in places: one FAQ question refers to "Aqua Management", and the blog post carries the Amplify Agency LTD byline, and the pages do not explain either name.
