What OnlyFans Management Australia is
OnlyFans Management Australia is an Australian OnlyFans management agency for creators, and an employer of remote chatters and marketing staff who work on the accounts it manages. It calls itself "the original Australian onlyfans agency" and "Australia's leading management agency", gives "Est. 2022" as its start, and says it is based in Australia and works with creators worldwide. The site says it is powered by Azzur Agency, a management agency for talent, celebrities and public figures, and that the website and domain are owned and operated by 24/7 PLATFORM MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTY LTD.
For creators there is no joining fee: the FAQ says "We don't charge any upfront fees. Instead, we work on a commission basis, meaning we only earn when we help you earn." Payouts reach the creator weekly, by bank transfer. The agency says it is "highly selective" and takes on a limited number of clients at a time, but its FAQ also says it works with beginners as well as established models. For job seekers, the careers page lists a chatter role paid by the hour plus commission and a marketing manager role.
How earning works here
The creator's side is a managed-account arrangement. The about page says the agency has kept its circle small, trains every team member in-house over months, and gives each creator "direct access to their own manager, strategist, and chat team 24/7". It says there is "no copy-paste service here". The services page lists what the team does: daily account management, weekly content scheduling, account branding and promotions, message coaching, social media management, viral growth and funnels, platform development, public relations, and creating and executing ideas. The FAQ adds message management and monthly OnlyFans account audits, and sums it up as doing everything other than create the content.
Fan conversations, the part that sells, are handled by the agency's chat team. The services page says fan interactions are managed by "trained, native English-speaking professionals", with no outsourced teams, and the FAQ says the team is based in Australia and a few locations around the globe to give 24/7 monitoring and support. The stated goals are to grow the subscriber base, retain fans and make more money from upsells.
Content stays the creator's job, with planning help. The FAQ asks for enough material for at least one post per day, says the account manager sends weekly schedules setting out what to shoot and gives feedback on quality, and says the team separates content for the subscription page from content for socials. Social media management depends on the deal: the agency can run the socials fully or leave the creator involved. The services page also says it helps creators launch private membership sites, beyond OnlyFans, and the about page talks of sponsorships, media and collaborations.
Control stays with the creator. The FAQ says a creator can still post and run the page, that nothing is ever posted without approval and nothing is done outside the creator's comfort zone. The services page puts it as "your boundaries are non-negotiable. When you say no, we listen". The FAQ says the collaboration is discreet, so fans see the page as run by the creator, and that the agency partners with DMCA agencies to protect content and brand. On wellbeing it says schedules are built around lifestyle and mental health needs, with a backup plan for breaks.
Reporting is part of the offer. The agency promises weekly reports and strategic meetings, in-depth monthly reports, daily analytics software, and a dedicated platform where the creator uploads content, views schedules and tracks marketing. The FAQ says success is measured with KPIs covering earnings, growth, brand development, fan engagement and account health, and that check-ins are usually weekly calls, though the frequency follows the creator's preference.
Getting started runs through the Apply Now form. The management team reviews the application and reaches out to schedule a consultation, and a complimentary strategy call is offered to anyone undecided. The FAQ says that, depending on the deal, a one-month trial can be offered, and that a creator is free to leave whenever they choose.
Weekly payouts
On payment, the FAQ answers "When do I get paid?" with "You'll receive payouts weekly, directly to your bank account." That is the stated method and schedule. On earnings, the FAQ read in October 2026 answers that "with your current page, you can typically expect a 10–50% revenue increase within the first three months", which is the agency's claim; its terms add that testimonials and case studies reflect specific clients and that it does not guarantee similar results.
Chatter and marketing jobs
The careers page advertises an experienced chatter role on "some of the biggest and most exciting accounts, including celebrity profiles". It offers an "Hourly rate + commission", which it describes as earnings above the industry average, plus paid vacation, unlimited sick and leave days, flexible shifts, a dedicated chat supervisor and an included training course. Elsewhere the page speaks of competitive base pay plus commission with bonuses for hitting targets, and of working from anywhere on a self-set schedule.
The requirements are specific. Candidates must be based in Europe, Latin America, New Zealand, the US or Canada; the page says the agency is not hiring in the Africa time zone, for client-specific reasons. It asks for very high-speed internet and a modern laptop or PC that runs multiple platforms smoothly, a minimum of 6 months of proven chatting experience (proof may be required), C1-level English or higher (proof may be required), and strong motivation to earn. Someone without direct experience who has the drive and meets the other criteria may still apply and send a CV. Shortlisted candidates take a 10-15 minute knowledge test and then an interview. The chatter application page says applicants are contacted by email with next steps.
A second listed role is an OnlyFans marketing manager, who drives traffic to creator accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter/X and YouTube Shorts.
Money and rules
The FAQ explains the split: "Our agency takes a commission split of all net revenue in return for our services. Our percentage depends on certain factors such as, account size, social presence, etc." No percentage is printed, so the rate comes out in the consultation. Payouts are weekly to a bank account, a one-month trial may be offered depending on the deal, and the creator can leave at any time.
On the business side, the services page describes an Australian registered company that is GST registered with professional invoicing, partnered accounting experts and partner legal services. The FAQ says the agency cannot give tax advice but works with partnered accountants. The terms name 24/7 PLATFORM MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTY LTD with its company number and set Queensland law as governing. They also say talent and job applications may be shared with partner agencies or teams in its network to connect applicants with opportunities, which an applicant agrees to by applying.
For chatters, the stated rules are the region list, 6 months of experience, C1 English and the test and interview; the hourly rate itself is not printed.
Who it suits and who it does not
The agency suits a creator who wants a named manager, a strategist and chat coverage around the clock without losing the final say on what is posted. Weekly bank payouts suit anyone who prefers regular cash flow, and the reporting platform suits a creator who wants to see the numbers. The brand focus, the help with private membership sites and the talk of sponsorship and PR suit a creator thinking about a long-term personal brand. Beginners are not shut out, by the FAQ's account, if the agency sees potential.
The caveats: the commission is set case by case, so the cost is unknown until the call, and the selective intake means acceptance is not automatic. The revenue increase the FAQ talks about is the agency's own expectation, and its terms say results are not guaranteed.
For chatters, the role pays hourly plus commission with paid leave, but the bar is real: 6 months of experience, C1 English, a fast connection and a test. Applicants in African time zones are not being hired.
