What OnlyGemsManagement is
OnlyGemsManagement, shortened to OGM, is a creator management agency for adult content creators on OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue and other subscription platforms. Its terms describe the work as "creator management services including but not limited to marketing, chatting, content strategy, social media growth, content protection, and related business support". It also pays outsiders: a creator referral program with fixed bonuses and an affiliate program with a recurring commission. The site says OGM has been working with creators "since 2021", that it works globally, and that it accepts anonymous, faceless and fully public creators alike.
Joining costs nothing up front by the FAQ's account: "None. No joining fees, setup charges, or hidden costs." Management is performance-based, with OGM taking a revenue share only when the creator earns. The share itself is not printed; the terms say "specific service terms, fees, and deliverables are defined in individual agreements between OGM and each creator". OGM also sells standalone fixed-cost services, such as SEO, web development and ad campaigns, to creators and brands who do not want full management.
How earning works here
The core offer is account management alongside the creator. The FAQ says "you always retain full ownership and access to your accounts" and that OGM manages strategy and growth alongside the creator, who is "never locked out or kept in the dark". Every managed creator gets a dedicated success manager for strategy, growth planning and day-to-day support. The FAQ lists what the revenue share covers at no extra cost: chatting, fan engagement, content scheduling, marketing strategy, account management and the success manager. Paid ad campaigns, web development, SEO and specialized legal work are add-ons at fixed rates.
Chatting is the part closest to revenue. OGM describes it as "professional fan engagement on OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, and other subscription platforms", so that fans "stay connected, tipping, and renewing while you focus on creating". The FAQ says its chatting specialists handle fan messaging and DMs to keep engagement high and DM revenue up. The services page also lists AI chatbots and "digital twins" for automation, plus fan retention analytics and a creator CRM that tracks subscriber lifetime value and churn risk.
Traffic comes from marketing the agency runs. The FAQ says OGM manages paid ad campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter/X and niche adult ad networks, handling creative, targeting, budget, split testing and ROI tracking. The services page adds tube site promotion and paid adult ad campaigns, short-form video strategy, PR and brand partnerships, and an adult SEO service that starts with an audit of technical health, keyword positioning and content gaps, then a prioritized roadmap with rankings tracked weekly.
Platforms beyond the big three are in scope. The FAQ says OGM manages creators on LoyalFans, MYM, ManyVids and Chaturbate as well, with either a single-platform or a multi-platform strategy, and the services page lists live streaming and cam platform optimization, couples and duo management, merch and e-commerce, and paid Telegram or Discord communities. The FAQ says creators who only make non-nude content are fine, and that a creator with an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube following can be launched onto a subscription platform as one of its specialties.
Privacy and protection are a large part of the pitch. The FAQ says OGM helps configure geo-blocks and subscription tiers so content stays out of markets the creator wants to avoid, keeps the identities of all its creators strictly private, and handles DMCA takedowns along with advice on watermarking and tracking tools. The services page adds account unbans, legal guidance on contracts and copyright, stalker and doxxing protection, digital hygiene training, mental health support, and investment and tax consulting.
For faceless creators, OGM publishes a guide on lighting and camera angles that hide identity. It sets out a home studio lighting budget, a set of go-to camera angles to rotate through, and says that for faceless accounts direct messages carry a large part of total revenue. Those are the blog's own statements. Another blog post recommends OnlyFans plus Fansly as a launch combination, saying "Fansly gives you discovery" while OnlyFans gives subscriber familiarity.
Creator referral bonuses
The referral page offers "Two ways to earn with OGM". The creator referral pays a fixed bonus per referred creator, in two sizes that depend on what the referred creator earns. In October 2026 the page lists a $150 Starter Bonus when the referred creator earns under $5K a month, and a $250 Premium Bonus when they earn $5K+ a month. The steps: the referrer gets a unique link after applying, the referred creator applies through it and passes onboarding, stays active with OGM for a full 30 days, and the bonus is then sent to the referrer's preferred payment method within 7 days. Managed creators can refer too and "earn bonuses on top of your creator income". There is "No cap" on referrals, and each qualifying referral earns its own bonus.
Affiliate program
The affiliate program is for coaches, course sellers, influencers in adult niches, small agencies, talent scouts and community moderators. It pays a recurring commission on the managed creator's monthly revenue for a fixed period; as of October 2026 the page puts it at 3-5% for 12 months per creator. Affiliates get a private dashboard showing clicks, sign-ups and commissions in real time, and promote with a link, promo codes or custom landing pages. Commissions are "paid on the 15th of each month via bank transfer or crypto", and only on revenue actually generated. The application asks for audience size and how the applicant plans to promote OGM, and the page says every application is reviewed within 48 hours. OGM also invites other agencies to outsource social media, content strategy and brand partnerships to it.
Money and rules
Payouts to managed creators: "Payouts are processed weekly on the agency side, with a biweekly option available for creators." The methods: "We support direct bank transfer, Paxum, Skrill, Cosmo Payment, cryptocurrency, and other secure options." OGM says it will find the most convenient method for the creator's location. For referral and affiliate earnings the referral page, read in October 2026, lists a different set: "Bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA), PayPal, cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC), and Wise. Minimum payout threshold is $50."
On geography, the FAQ says OGM works globally and has onboarded creators from Europe, North America, Latin America, Southeast Asia and beyond. On exclusivity, it works only with creators whose pages are fully managed by OGM, not with creators who keep a second agency on another page; the standalone services are the exception. New creators can apply, but the FAQ says OGM is "super selective" and wants creators who treat this as a primary career. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours and followed by a discovery call.
The terms require users to be 18 or older and say OGM does not knowingly serve anyone under 18. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and OGM does "not warrant any specific results from our services". The management revenue-share percentage is set in each creator's agreement.
Who it suits and who it does not
A faceless or anonymous creator is a clear fit, since OGM publishes a strategy for them and says identity is not required. A creator working across several platforms, or one moving an existing social following onto a paid page, also fits. Creators outside the US who need Paxum, Skrill, Cosmo or crypto will find those named, and the weekly payout cycle with a biweekly option suits anyone who wants steady cash flow. The referral and affiliate programs suit managed creators who know other creators and people with an audience of creators.
Caveats are practical. The management share is set per agreement, so a creator cannot compare agencies from the page alone. OGM wants exclusivity and full-time commitment, which rules out a creator with a day job who wants full management (the FAQ points those to standalone services). The site calls itself "the #1 OnlyFans agency, Fansly agency, and Fanvue agency", which is its own marketing with no figures behind it.
