What OnModelStudios is

OnModelStudios is a full-service management agency for OnlyFans creators. Its FAQ says it "runs the operational side of your account: chatting with fans, planning content and promo, and reporting on revenue", so the creator can focus on creating. It works with creators worldwide, remotely, and covers chat across time zones from a team the about page puts at 35+ people across Europe and the Philippines, with English and German as working languages. It charges commission rather than a fee, with no upfront fees and the exact rate agreed in writing before signing. In October 2026 the FAQ says "Our commission ranges from 25% to 55% of your earnings after platform fees".

The site names its operator as ON INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS LLC, registered in Florida with an Oakland Park address, and says the agency was founded in December 2021 by its founder, who still runs it, with no holding company or investor behind it. It does not run live or cam shifts and does not buy fake engagement, so it is an agency for subscription pages, messaging and content.

How earning works here

The agency works inside the creator's own accounts, with access the creator grants and can revoke at any time. The services page says "Logins, content and audience remain yours", and the money never passes through the agency: "Platform payouts land in your bank account, not ours. We invoice our commission after." The creator keeps the payout account, gets paid by the platform, and then pays the agency's invoice.

There are two ways to work with it. Full management covers the inbox around the clock in the creator's voice, promotion and growth, content planning (shot lists, a posting calendar and a queue), pricing and PPV strategy, leak monitoring and DMCA takedowns, and a weekly itemized report on revenue by source, spend and churn. The creator's part is making and delivering content to an agreed schedule, which the home page puts at "roughly ten hours a week of shooting and posting", plus setting boundaries and keeping final creative say. Full management carries the agency's full commission range. Chat only covers the inbox alone, 24/7 in shifts with written handovers, a persona and boundary sheet written before the first message, and selling inside conversations, meaning PPV, customs and negotiation within the creator's rules. The creator keeps content, posting, promotion and subscription pricing. Subscription earnings are excluded from the chat-only commission, which the home page, read in October 2026, says "starts at 25% of message and tip earnings after platform fees".

The inbox is where the agency puts its weight. The services page says chatters are onboarded on each account specifically (what the creator sells, what they do not, how they write, which subjects are off limits), that existing fans are segmented by what they have bought, and that the weekly numbers it watches are response time, buy rate by segment, revenue per sending fan and conversations gone quiet. The about page claims that most of its roster's revenue is earned inside the DMs, which is the agency's own figure for its own accounts.

Growth is planned in two parts. On traffic, the team runs a posting calendar across the free platforms the creator already uses, times promo pushes around content being shot, and tags every new subscriber by the channel that brought them. On retention, it works on pricing, the first week after someone subscribes, and the reasons fans churn. The services page says it will not promise a traffic channel it cannot run.

Four roles touch each account, according to the about page: a named account manager who owns the weekly report, a chat team working in shifts with hand-off notes, marketing, and a backend manager who builds the shift plan and reads transcripts for voice and boundary compliance. Every day the inbox is covered, every week there is one itemized report and a transcript review, and every month pricing, PPV structure and the funnel are reviewed with the creator.

Beyond OnlyFans, the services page says the same agreement covers Fansly, Fanvue, LoyalFans, ManyVids, MYM, FanCentro, JustForFans, SextPanther and Patreon, with no separate fee per platform. The site also offers free tools, among them a commission calculator, a PPV price calculator, a leak check and a profile audit. The terms say the calculators' default values are examples, not predictions about an account.

Results the agency publishes

As of October 2026 the home page carries the agency's claim of "$11M+ generated for creators since 2021" and shows creator dashboards with net and gross figures for named periods. It defines its terms: "Net figures are what the platform paid out after its fee and before our commission. Gross is what fans paid." The terms page says such figures describe past results for specific accounts and are "not typical, not average, and not a prediction". The about page adds that it does not sell a guaranteed number. These are marketing examples, not expected earnings.

Applying

The apply page calls an application "a request for a conversation", with "no fee, no contract and no obligation" until both sides agree in writing. Only a first name, a WhatsApp or Telegram number with country code and confirmation of being 18 or older are required; revenue, platforms, goals, the content level the creator is comfortable with and a photo are optional. The form also asks whether the creator wants to be promoted in their home country, and says the agency geo-blocks content and campaigns there for creators who want to stay invisible at home. A manager messages within 4 hours, the site says, and the FAQ says most creators are fully onboarded, with chat scripts and reporting live, within about a week of the discovery call.

Money and rules

The model is a commission on earnings after platform fees, with no upfront fees: payouts go from the platform to the creator's own bank account, and the agency invoices its share afterwards. The rate depends on the services needed and the account's starting point and is agreed in writing. In October 2026 the FAQ gives the range as 25% to 55%, and the home page puts the chat-only starting rate at the bottom of that range, on message and tip earnings alone. The home page frames the cost plainly: a commission has to be earned back through growth before the creator is better off, and the site offers a commission calculator to run that with the creator's own numbers.

There is no minimum term and no exit penalty. A creator ends management by giving notice, the arrangement ends within 48 hours, and scripts, calendars and reporting are handed over documented.

The terms require applicants to be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract, forbid applying on someone else's behalf without their knowledge and permission, and say an application from someone under 18 is deleted. The FAQ says applying publishes nothing and that name and number are seen only by a small internal team and never sold.

Who it suits and who it does not

A creator whose income runs through the inbox will recognize the pitch, and the chat-only option suits one who already handles promotion and pricing but cannot cover messages at 3am. The about page says there is no income or follower minimum to apply and that a brand-new page is a normal starting point, though it says an existing audience somewhere makes an offer more probable. A creator who wants to keep control of payouts and logins, and to be able to leave on 48 hours' notice, gets that in writing.

A creator whose earnings come mainly from live or cam work is the wrong fit by the agency's own account. Full management at the top of the stated range is a large share of net earnings, and the agency says it takes on a limited number of creators and turns down applications where it cannot see a path to growth.
