What OzFans is

OzFans is an OnlyFans management company in Coffs Harbour, New South Wales, Australia, trading as OzFans MGMT PTY LTD, which calls itself the "#1 OnlyFans Management Company in Australia". It works for creators on OnlyFans, and its terms describe the service as "OnlyFans management and promotional services, including but not limited to personalized coaching, marketing support, content creation ideas, and chatting services". The FAQ says there is no upfront investment to partner with it: "We operate on a revenue-sharing model", and the about page adds that the agency shares "the net profits of the revenue generated".

It is also an employer. Its careers page takes applications for chatter and marketing roles, so the same business covers two earning routes, one for creators and one for staff. It also sells a licensing program to people who want to run their own management agency, which is outside what a creator or chatter needs.

How earning works here

For creators, the about page lists these headline services. Personalised coaching is "tailored to your individual needs and goals" and helps the creator work the OnlyFans platform and optimize content. Full-service management runs "from marketing and content creation ideas to chatting services and time management solutions". Marketing drives traffic through social media, dating apps and Reddit. Community and networking gives access to an "exclusive community of like-minded models for support, networking, and collaboration", which the home page says includes shoutouts.

The creators-support page breaks this into seven items. One-on-one coaching covers content planning and audience engagement, for creators just starting out and those building a brand. Advanced marketing support uses social media, SEO and targeted advertising to raise visibility and attract subscribers, with a personalized marketing plan per creator. Creative content ideas come from brainstorming sessions, with themed photoshoots and interactive live sessions as examples. Subscriber engagement means the team manages subscriber interactions with "timely and personalised responses" and organizes live chats and events. Time management tools streamline the creator's workflow. A community and networking item offers resources, training and contact with other models. Comprehensive account management covers everything from content scheduling to financial management.

The home page FAQ fills in the practical side. On traffic, the agency says it uses social media promotion, dating apps and Reddit, that its team engages with the creator's audience around the clock, and that it uses split testing on content and marketing. On social media, it says it manages the creator's presence on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Facebook with content planning, audience engagement and growth-hacking methods. An "Elite Brand & Growth Management" section adds social media management, 24/7 live engagement, growth strategies, and brand monitoring and reputation management.

The creator's part is the content. The FAQ says creators can make "any adult content that aligns with your brand and audience preferences", and recommends "at least an hour or two per day" for content creation while OzFans handles subscriber engagement and marketing. The service is described as suited to "models of all experience levels", including people new to OnlyFans, and "No technical proficiency is required." A new client gets a personalized strategy after a consultation, and the agency promises "detailed reports on your account's performance and growth". On results, the FAQ says they "can vary based on individual effort and market conditions" and that clients typically see growth in subscribers and monthly earnings, which is the agency's own statement.

Privacy is handled by region. The FAQ says a creator can name regions where the account should not be marketed, and the agency will keep its promotion out of them.

Chatter and marketing jobs

For staff, the careers page is a multi-step application form. Applicants give their name as printed on government ID, the name they want to be known by, their country, pronouns, the position they are applying for, and why they want to work with OzFans. They complete the EFSET English proficiency test and the Typing.com typing test, create a free account to download the certificates, and upload both; results from other platforms are not accepted. The form asks about previous experience in the OnlyFans industry, availability and a CV, and asks applicants to rate their written and verbal English, "Fan Engagement & Selling PPV (only relevant to Chatters)" and "Marketing (Driving traffic to OnlyFans pages)" for marketing roles. A checklist of skills runs from upselling and shift rostering to invoicing, recruiting and affiliate management. Chatters are asked what techniques they use to build relationships with fans and sell PPV; marketers, how they drive traffic.

Licensing program

A separate "done-for-you business" page sells a license to operate an OnlyFans management agency under the OzFans model, with the fee given only on contact and with profit claims that are the page's own marketing. It is a product for a would-be agency owner, not an earning route for creators or chatters.

Money and rules

For creators, the stated model is a revenue share on net profits with no upfront investment; the share itself is set at the consultation. The terms add a point to read alongside that line. Section 7 says that if a customer purchases any services from OzFans, they agree to pay all applicable fees and charges, that "All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated", and that OzFans reserves the right to change its fees and payment terms at any time. The terms also say the services may vary, and that OzFans may terminate or suspend an account at any time. Liability is capped at the fees a customer paid in the 12 months before a claim.

The terms require users to be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement, and forbid any activity that could harm or exploit minors. They are governed by New South Wales law, and disputes go first to good faith negotiation and, if not resolved within 30 days, to mediation. The about page states the mission as "ethical, transparent, and comprehensive support" with no "hidden fees or misleading contracts", and the FAQ says the agency supports "models of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds". The founders are described as bringing experience in ICT and marketing management.

Who it suits and who it does not

OzFans suits a creator, particularly a new one or one who is not confident with technology, who wants coaching and full handling of promotion, social media, scheduling and fan messages in return for a share of net profits rather than an upfront payment. The region exclusion suits a creator who wants to stay out of view in a home market. A creator who wants to work with an Australian company with a registered address will find one, and the inclusive language will matter to some.

It also suits someone looking for chat or marketing work who can pass an English test and a typing test with certificates.

The caveats: the revenue share is unpublished, the terms let fees and payment terms change at any time, and the "#1" claim is the agency's own.
