What Royal Agency is

Royal Agency is a management agency for models, actors, creatives and influencers "aged 18 and over". It offers "full page management" for their social media and fan pages, with OnlyFans named as its main platform for adult work, alongside a photo and video production arm and photomodel job listings. It charges no upfront fee: the home page says "All services for our models and talents are for free. We take only % from revenue", and the FAQ says it only takes a percentage of the earnings in the creator's account. It publishes in English, German and Czech. It is a hands-on management option for people who want someone else to run their pages, not a platform that pays creators directly.

The FAQ says the agency welcomes people of all ages, shapes, sizes and cultural backgrounds, and it says plainly who it does not want: "If you think this industry is good for a quick buck, then sorry but we probably won’t be able to work together." Its pitch is time. With full page management, it says, "you can expect to work as little as an hour a day", though it adds that the creator's involvement "depends solely on how hands on you want to be with your social media."

How earning works here

Royal Agency does not pay creators out of its own pocket and does not run a fan marketplace. A creator earns on the pages the agency manages, and the agency takes its percentage from the earnings in that account. What the creator buys with that percentage is labor and direction.

What the management covers. The FAQ describes the agency's work as promoting and growing social media accounts, crafting content ideas and finding new business opportunities for its talents. It lists account management, content strategy and optimization, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, paid marketing, and analytics and reporting as its services, with the stated goal of increasing subscribers, engagement and revenue.

Which platforms. Asked whether it works with OnlyFans, Fansly and Patreon, the FAQ answers that its "experience and knowledge on OnlyFans" is where it can earn a creator the most in adult entertainment. It says there is room to grow onto other platforms, but advises focusing on one fan site to concentrate fans rather than spreading them across several. The home page also offers support for live-streamers and video creators, naming Twitch, with content ideas, sponsored advertisements, collaborations and analysis.

What the creator supplies. The creator provides photos and videos, and the agency edits the media and packages it for each platform. The FAQ says no photobook, experience or special equipment is needed, that "Amateur content is the content of the future", and that iPhone footage works. It warns that supplying too little media hurts growth and revenue, and recommends pre-producing all content one day a week. It also tells creators that fans and business partners may request custom photos or videos, and that fulfilling those requests builds repeat customers.

Contact with a manager. After first contact, the agency assigns a talent manager and schedules a Zoom or Meet call to work out the level of need. The FAQ says managers are available 24/7 for management, analytics, content ideas and IT problems, and that the creator chooses between a daily chat and a weekly or monthly check-in. For new talent, it says it works closely at every step so the creator understands the process. Creators with no accounts yet are accepted, as are established performers who want to expand.

Production and support. The FAQ says the agency provides a professional photographer and production team when needed, plus IT support and channel moderation for livestreaming and video sharing. The home page describes Royal Photography as castings, bookings, logistics, location management, shooting and retouching, Royal Production as video, livestream and short-film production, and Royal Events as organizing events, meetings, photoshoots and workshops. A blog article describes its boudoir, glamour and lingerie sessions, with photographers, stylists and makeup artists, pose coaching and wardrobe selection, and sessions tailored to the creator's comfort level. Another covers themed shoot ideas, including fantasy themes for cosplay, gaming and pop-culture niches.

Modeling jobs. The home page runs a job list for photomodels, which it says is updated daily, and says the agency is always looking for new models without experience and occasionally offers exclusive contracts for professional models. A case study published in German and Czech follows an amateur model, previously booked only in her home country, on a swimsuit shoot for an international e-commerce client abroad. In her account the agency arranged contact with someone who spoke her language, the terms were agreed quickly, and the team organized the airport transfer, accommodation and a daily schedule, with agency staff present throughout. She says she was on a plane to Greece 3 weeks after the terms were agreed. The German version says each interested person is given a contact who speaks English, German, Polish, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian or Russian. The account is a testimonial published by the agency.

The home page also carries a shop section headed Bookings that lists new models with euro prices and an add-to-cart button.

Money and rules

The FAQ answer on cost reads: "We only make money, when you make money. There are no hidden costs. We only take a percentage of the earnings in your account. The higher your earnings, the lower our percentage!" The structure is a share of earnings that falls as earnings rise. The site does not publish the percentage or the tiers.

On rights and privacy, the FAQ says creators "will retain full copyright" over their content, that the agency provides DMCA protection, and that it will "block visitors from specific countries to protect your privacy if required." It says it adheres to strict confidentiality agreements and industry-standard security practices for client information and content. The age rule is 18 and over.

The home page states the agency has organized "250 +" events and photoshoots, "200 +" campaigns for clients and works with "50 +" models and talents. Those are the agency's own figures.

Who it suits and who it does not

It suits a creator with serious intent who would rather hand the daily running of an OnlyFans page to a manager, and who can deliver a steady supply of photos and videos, ideally shot in one day a week. It also suits someone starting from zero, since the agency accepts creators without accounts and says it walks new talent through each step. The language-matched contacts make it worth a look for creators who speak one of those 8 languages and do not want to negotiate in English, and the production side suits people who want professionally shot sets.

A creator who wants only a platform to sell on, or a flat published fee, will find neither here. The exact share is settled with the agency and not on a public rate card, and the agency says it is selective about who it takes. Its advice to concentrate on one fan site also means less spread of risk across platforms. The one-hour-a-day line is the agency's claim.
