What SheX is

SheX is a German OnlyFans management agency. It signs creators and works for a share of their revenue, and it is also an employer: it hires remote chatters and other staff to run those accounts. The creator and job pages are in German, with a FAQ in English. The site says the agency was founded in 2021, has premises in Hamburg and is entered in the European trademark register, and the footer describes it as founded in Germany with its seat in the EU. For chatters, the site says training, coaching and the work itself cost nothing.

Under the heading "SheX in Zahlen" (SheX in numbers) the jobs page gives 250+ active creators and 350+ active staff. Elsewhere the site speaks of a German team of over 450 and of 450+ in-house managers. These are the agency's own figures, and they differ from page to page. The home page addresses women directly and promises a female contact person.

How earning works here

SheX is not a platform that pays out. A creator earns on OnlyFans and the other fan platforms the agency works with, and SheX takes its share for running the account. A chatter or staff member is paid by SheX for the work.

For creators: management. The home page splits the service into management, marketing, network and leak protection. Management covers account development, where the team takes over time-consuming activity in the account and optimizes the profile, daily performance tracking against the creator's revenue targets, and growth strategies that it says range from proven methods to AI-driven ones. The process is described in three phases. In onboarding a contact person gets to know the creator and explains the tools. In the scaling phase the agency starts its marketing to bring traffic to the profiles. In the retention phase the focus moves to stability and fan loyalty, to make income plannable.

Content recycling. The agency says it resells a creator's OnlyFans content on five platforms at once, and names Maloum, 4based and Fancentro beside OnlyFans. Its results section has a separate block for 4based management.

Marketing without social media. The marketing section describes in-house traffic sources that bring visitors to the account "ganz ohne Social Media" (entirely without social media), access to newer platforms before they are crowded, and media placements including OFTV. The English FAQ says "we've developed a system that eliminates the need for social media promotion", and on that basis claims "SheX is the only agency that can ensure your full anonymity". It says a faceless account can work, with niches such as fitness, cosplay or ASMR, and by covering identifiable features and editing tattoos. The home page banner says the service is possible anonymously and without promotion by the creator.

Network. SheX lists free shoutout-for-shoutout reach through its own Telegram group and large accounts, introductions to German and international tax firms, collaborations with influencers and YouTubers, and help recovering blocked or shadowbanned accounts through its contacts at TikTok, Instagram and Telegram.

Leak removal. The agency describes round-the-clock AI monitoring with face recognition, review by its team, and takedowns: it says Google takedowns happen directly and forums can take up to two weeks. It adds that it watches Telegram groups and forums. The comparison list says leak protection and DMCA takedown are included.

For chatters (OnlyFans chatter jobs). The chatter page describes the chatter as someone who interacts with fans on behalf of creators. The tasks it lists are answering messages in the creator's style, selling paid content through conversation, keeping fan profiles with preferences and purchase history, publishing 5-10 posts a day for the model, setting up and maintaining the model account by a step-by-step guide, and organizing new pictures and videos in a shared drive. Chatters are told to spot high-spending subscribers, which the page calls "Whales", for individual attention. All content comes from the agency, so a chatter never posts their own pictures.

The work is not limited to OnlyFans. The page says chatters can also work "auf Plattformen wie 4based, Fancentro, Maloum, Fanvue oder Datingportalen" (on platforms such as 4based, Fancentro, Maloum, Fanvue or dating portals), and that onboarding usually shows which platform fits. That makes it a chat-operator job in the wider sense as well as an OnlyFans one.

How a chatter starts. The application is said to take about 3 minutes. Onboarding follows, with free training and 1:1 coaching that the FAQ says takes 4 hours at most and can be watched digitally at any time. Then comes a three-day test phase under real conditions with feedback, and a short final test. After passing, the chatter gets a model account of their own. Depending on experience they begin on smaller accounts or directly on a high-revenue one, and the page describes moving up to more accounts, team lead or other internal roles. Each chatter has at least one fixed contact, and the agency handles applicants through WhatsApp.

Other jobs. The jobs page lists a part-time or full-time chatter role from 2 hours a day, remote and open to people without experience, a senior performance marketer and a head of SEO role for experienced people, and an open application in fulfillment. It names chatter, social media manager, video editor, photo editing, IT and automation, and marketing roles such as paid ads, SEO and SEA as the common jobs in this field.

Money and rules

Creators. The agency is paid by a share of the creator's revenue. The site does not publish the size of that share. On terms, the comparison list promises "Faire Verträge, monatliche Kündigung" (fair contracts, monthly cancellation). The application is three steps: click apply, fill in the short form, and the agency says it makes contact within 24 hours. It says it takes on 3-5 new creators a month.

The guarantee. The home page advertises "Double or Nothing": the agency says it will double a creator's revenue within 3 months at most, or give up its share for that period. The footnote narrows this considerably. It applies only to entrepreneurs in the sense of German commercial law (B2B), needs a valid contract and an active opt-in before the work starts, and has to be claimed actively. The footnote also restricts it to accounts whose average monthly OnlyFans revenue over the last 3 full months is above a high minimum set in US dollars. External budgets, platform and payment fees and taxes are excluded, and the full conditions are given on request. A creator below that revenue level is outside the guarantee.

Chatters. The pay model is commission. The chatter page advertises "Pünktliche Provisionsvergütung" (punctual commission pay) and says a chatter job is generally paid "über ein Fixum plus Provision oder rein prozentual" (by a fixed amount plus commission, or purely by percentage), and that there are no uniform amounts because pay is "häufig umsatz- oder leistungsabhängig" (often dependent on revenue or performance). The site does not publish the commission rate. Payouts are made in euros directly to the chatter's bank account, and the FAQ says the first payout usually arrives within 30 to 60 days. The page also gives annual salary examples for beginners, experienced chatters and mini-jobbers, which are its own figures and not a rate card.

Costs and notice. The FAQ answer on hidden costs reads: "Bei SheX sind Weiterbildung, Coaching und das OnlyFans Chatting jederzeit kostenlos" (at SheX, further training, coaching and the chatting itself are always free). It adds that a chatter can start without obligation and quit at any time.

Requirements. Three are listed: being of legal age ("Volljährigkeit"), writing German with few spelling and grammar errors, and at least 3 hours a day. The FAQ adds a working phone or laptop with a stable internet connection. The role is open to all genders.

Privacy. The page says a chatter stays anonymous because all communication runs through the creators' accounts, so a real name is never published. It says applicant data is used only for the application process, is not passed to third parties and is handled in line with the GDPR, and it describes SheX as a registered German-speaking company regulated by European law.

Who it suits and who it does not

For creators, SheX suits a woman in the German-speaking market who wants a large managed operation, a German-speaking contact and resale of her content on several platforms. A creator who wants to stay faceless or avoid promoting on her own social accounts has a specific reason to look, since the agency builds its pitch on that.

For chatters, it suits someone who writes clean German, has at least 3 hours a day, and wants remote work with free training and no public name. People coming from sales, call centers or chat moderation are named as a fit, along with students and expats.

The caveats are concrete. The headline guarantee covers only business clients already at a high monthly revenue. The creator's share and the chatter's commission rate are settled individually. A new chatter waits 30 to 60 days for a first payout. And a chatter writes as the creator, through the creator's account, which is how the job works here and something to weigh before applying.
