What Take Profit is

Take Profit, which also writes its name as TP MGMT, is an OnlyFans management agency that runs chatting, marketing and account optimization for creators who earn on OnlyFans. Its home page says it "works exclusively with high-tier creators," and its about page says "We only accept 5 new creators per month to maintain quality." The site is offered in English and Spanish. Joining starts with a free marketing call, which the booking form pitches as a chance to learn the marketing strategies of the highest-ranked creators and to see how to scale an account.

On cost, the agency's own pricing guide says it works on a revenue split: "At TP MGMT, we use this model. We only make money when our creators make money." The same guide says "we don't charge upfront fees" and that promotion, chatting and strategy are all included in its pricing. The percentage itself is not published; the guide calls it "fair percentages based on the value we provide."

How earning works here

The earner here is the creator, paid through OnlyFans. Take Profit sells three services that sit on top of that, and the about page names them.

Premium chatting. The about page describes "24/7 management with niche-trained specialists," naming niches such as GFE and DOMME, and says its chatters "build emotional connections and convert subscribers into high-spending customers through proven psychological sales techniques." The home page describes an in-house chatting team that "works 24/7 to turn fans into big spenders," under a section titled "Turn Chats Into Cash," and says every conversation is treated as a sales opportunity. It lists a "2 Min Response" time "so sales aren't missed" and claims a PPV open rate well above the figure it gives as the industry average. A graphic walks a subscriber from a new follow to a built connection to paid content and splits a monthly average into PPV, tips and custom orders; the agency presents it as an example of how its chatters "turn subscribers into long-term revenue."

Viral marketing. This is data-driven social media work on TikTok, Instagram and Reddit. The about page says the agency analyzes "millions of posts daily to find trending content specific to your niche," with the aim of follower growth "that translates directly to revenue." The home page version says the marketing team analyzes "thousands of daily trends" and shows a dashboard of the kind of output it produces: posting times, hashtag sets and niche trends. The traffic is sent to the creator's OnlyFans page, where the earning happens.

Account management. The about page lists "Full-service optimization, pricing strategy, and subscriber retention" and says the agency handles "everything from content planning to revenue optimization" so the creator can focus on content. The pricing guide fills in what that covers when it describes what agencies include and then says "At TP MGMT, all of this is included in our pricing": promotion on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X and Reddit, chatting with subscribers, content planning advice, pricing strategy, analytics reports and regular check-ins. On the home page the agency promises transparency: "See everything in real-time. No hidden fees or surprises." It also says the creator builds "a brand you can use forever," one that works beyond OnlyFans.

The about page states the agency's mission as "handling the business side of OnlyFans so they can focus on what they do best." The home page sets its approach against what it says goes wrong at other agencies: broken promises, generic chatting that does not convert, outdated marketing, hidden fees and no brand building, so that "If OnlyFans dies, you're left with nothing." Its answer to the last point is the brand-building work above, which aims to give a creator an audience they can take elsewhere.

The home page names two in-house teams, a chatting team that works "around the clock" and a marketing team that finds trends and plans content strategy, and says both work 24/7.

The site's headline figures are its own claims, presented as results. In October 2026 the about page claims "300% average revenue growth for creators," a "6.2x subscriber to PPV conversion ratio" and "9.2M+ total combined followers across all creators," and the home page claims "Average $32K after 3 months," which it sets against a far lower average for unnamed other agencies. The pricing guide claims that "our creators typically make 2-3x more money even after our fee." None of these is a promise to a new creator.

Money and rules

Agency rate. Take Profit takes a percentage of revenue rather than a flat fee, and says it charges nothing upfront and has no hidden fees. Its guide says "our pricing is competitive and based on what we provide," and that because it runs full-service management with in-house teams, "our pricing reflects the value we deliver."

How the split works. The guide explains that OnlyFans takes its platform share first and the agency's percentage is calculated on what remains. That is the guide's general explanation of how a revenue split works, not a statement of Take Profit's own rate.

Leaving. The guide says contracts differ between agencies and that a creator who wants to leave follows the contract terms, such as giving notice. About itself it says: "At TP MGMT, we use fair contracts that allow creators to leave if needed."

Upfront fees. The guide calls an agency that asks for money upfront "a red flag," and Take Profit says it does not do this.

Earnings claims. The home page tells creators that every month they wait is money left on the table, and puts a dollar figure on it. That is a sales line, like the three-month average and the growth figure, and the list of questions on the same page includes whether the agency promises a set amount.

Intake. The home page booking form asks for name, email, phone number, location and age, and the about page repeats that only 5 new creators are taken each month. The form is labeled "For serious creators only."

Who it suits and who it does not

Take Profit is aimed at a creator who is already earning and wants a team to take over chatting and traffic. The home page promises "no more 12-hour days chatting" and says creators can focus on creating "while we handle the money-making." A creator working in one of the niches the agency names, such as GFE or DOMME, gets chatters trained for that niche. The Spanish version of the site is useful to Spanish-speaking creators, and the revenue split with no upfront fee suits someone who does not want to pay before results.

It suits a newer account less well. The agency says it works with high-tier creators and takes only 5 a month, so a creator starting out may not be accepted. A creator who wants to keep writing their own messages will not get that from a service built around an in-house chatting team.

The main caveat is the unpublished percentage, which a creator only learns on the call. The three-month average, the 2-3x claim and the growth figure are the agency's own marketing and should be read that way.
