What TDM is
TDM, short for Top Drawer Management, is an OnlyFans management and marketing agency that takes over the business side of a creator's page: traffic, chatting, pricing, content planning, accountancy and leak protection. Its terms name the operator as TOPDRAWERMANAGEMENT LTD, "a company registered in England and Wales," and say the website is intended for users aged 18+ and primarily for those located in the UK. The home page says the agency "typically" works "on a revenue-share basis," and the terms say service-specific terms are agreed with the creator in writing.
The site calls TDM "The Worlds Leading OnlyFans Agency" and, on its about page, "The Worlds Biggest OnlyFans Agency," and its headline promises a climb into the highest ranking band of OnlyFans creators "with a fraction of the work." These are the agency's own claims. Its application form asks whether a creator is established on OnlyFans and for their subscriber count and last month's earnings, so the pitch is aimed mainly at creators who already have a page.
How earning works here
The creator keeps earning on OnlyFans through subscriptions, PPV and tips, and TDM runs the work around it. The home page lays out the offer as a team rather than a single manager: "marketers, chatters, content strategists, and data analysts all working to make you as much money as possible."
Traffic is the headline service. The agency says it posts "15-20 Instagram trial reels a day per creator without filming extra content," and explains that trial reels only reach people who do not yet follow the creator, so every post puts the page in front of new people. It contrasts this with other agencies' "3 reels a week, all filmed by you." It also says its templates "automate TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, paid ads, and more," and the services page adds "15+ platform promotion, top creator shoutouts, and exclusive access to a 10M follower meme network," with female success managers guiding creative direction. A collaboration service introduces creators to each other for shoutouts, duo content and combined marketing.
Chatting is the service the site argues hardest for. The services page says "the real money on OnlyFans is made through chatting" and describes a "UK-office English speaking team, handpicked from the adult industry." The about page says the in-house chat team "works side-by-side in the office, with real handovers and managers walking the floor," doing "emotionally intelligent, brand-aware chatting that protects renewals, big spenders, and long-term page health." It rejects the "cheap outsource" playbook, which it says "breaks trust, damages representation, and leaks data," and offers an open-door policy for partners who want to meet the team. On automation it is blunt: when everyone shouted about AI chat, it "stress-tested it across niches and threw it out for quality." The home page lists 24/7 management among its features.
Pricing is treated as its own service. The agency says it configures paywalls, content bundling and psychological pricing to raise revenue per subscriber, and argues against pricing PPVs cheaply by default.
Content is planned and produced with the creator. The home page says "We plan, shoot and ship content that converts visitors into subscribers and subscribers into repeat buyers," lists content trips and niched branding among its features, and the services page describes production running from concepts with female success managers to finished videos.
Protection covers leaks, scammers and chargebacks. The services page says TDM works with "top-tier DMCA partners" to watch over content and act fast on leaked material, and the home page says it uses tools to block and flag bad actors who pirate content or reverse payments. Its risk mitigation guide says that for clients it hardens accounts "with app-based MFA or passkeys," separates the creator identity, and prepares DMCA and UK notice-and-takedown templates and dispute packs. The same guide advises watermarking lightly, keeping originals offline and using a subtle variation per batch on premium sets so leaks can be traced.
Finance is the last piece. The home page lists "Free Accountancy" as a feature, and the services page describes Top Drawer Accountancy as offering specialist OnlyFans tax guidance to sole-trader creators, including avoiding "costly errors like double VAT payments." That is the agency's service description, not tax advice.
Joining runs in three steps on the home page. A creator applies and books "a quick fit call." Once "the contract is signed," the team logs in, organizes content, learns the creator's voice and holds a strategy call. Then the creator is plugged into "a dedicated team that handles chats, marketing, and growth," with regular updates. The site also has a calculator that estimates PPV and tip revenue from a creator's subscriber count, location mix, price and traffic source, which is a sales tool rather than a quote.
There is a referral route as well. In October 2026 the home page invites people to refer a creator and says "Earn up to 10% for every successful referral!", calling it "the most competitive scheme in the industry." The page gives the rate only as that upper limit, without the base it is paid on or the period it runs for.
The about page gives the company's history in its own words: it started in 2021, opened its first office in 2022 and grew to a hundred team members, and in early 2023 says it "crossed the million-dollar-a-week mark, partnered with 50+ agencies, opened TDM HQ, and rebranded." A case study on the home page claims one creator moved up into the platform's highest ranking band in 4 months. Both are the agency's marketing.
Money and rules
The cost model is a revenue share. The home page says "we only win when YOU win. We typically work on a revenue-share basis," but the site does not publish the percentage, what it is calculated on or how it is collected. Any service-specific terms sit in a written proposal or agreement, which is where the share and its basis are set.
The application form requires a name, date of birth, country (chosen from a worldwide list), a phone number ("We will contact you via WhatsApp"), an Instagram handle, the OnlyFans username, current subscriber count and last month's earnings. The form states that TOPDRAWERMANAGEMENT LTD will use these details to respond to the enquiry. The website terms say it may "decline or cancel submissions at our discretion," that the website is for users aged 18+, that it is aimed primarily at the UK and that anyone outside the UK is responsible for complying with local laws. They also say any service-specific terms are agreed in writing, for example in "proposals, statements of work or service agreements," and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Who it suits and who it does not
TDM suits an established creator with a page, subscribers and earnings to report, who wants traffic, chatting, pricing and content handled together by a large team. The UK office chat team suits a creator who wants their DMs written by English-speaking staff in one room, and the open-door policy suits someone who would rather meet the people reading their messages. A UK creator gets the most from the bundled accountancy and the UK takedown and VAT focus, while the form's country field offers a worldwide list.
The heavy Instagram reel volume and meme network suit a creator whose growth depends on social traffic and who does not want to film extra clips for it.
The caveats are real. The revenue share is set per creator in a proposal, so there is nothing to compare with other agencies until a proposal is in hand. A brand-new creator with no subscribers may find the form awkward, since it asks for existing figures. And the "Worlds Leading" and top-ranking lines are the agency's own claims, best read as marketing.
