What Unfiltered Management is
Unfiltered Management is an OnlyFans management agency that also runs a leak removal service for creators. It calls itself "an international OnlyFans boutique agency with a special focus on existing creators who already generate 5-30k monthly revenue," and its FAQ says "we currently only work with existing OnlyFans creators," whether they work alone or with another agency. Joining costs nothing upfront: "In the beginning, the collaboration won't cost you a cent, as we only work on a performance basis." The site is offered in English, German (Deutsch) and Russian.
The home page lists "3 headquarters worldwide in Miami, Berlin, and Poland," "18 creators in active support," "12 Managers on the team" and a turnover figure for the previous year, and says the agency has proved its approach "several times in the last 5 years since our foundation." Its headline, read in October 2026, is a guarantee aimed at creators with another agency: "We will outperform your current OnlyFans Management Agency and guarantee you more profit Otherwise we'll give you $10'000." These are all the agency's own claims.
How earning works here
The creator earns on OnlyFans. Unfiltered Management sells the work around the account, which its home page lists as seven services.
Account management. "We take care of your OnlyFans Account. Uploading Feedposts, creating captions, 24/7 chatting service to sell your content to the fans and dealing with custom requests." The service page says a dedicated team "handles daily tasks, including subscriber management, content scheduling, and fan interactions." The agency puts chatting at the center of its pitch, saying that most of a creator's revenue comes from chatting, and that at the start of a collaboration it will "hire and train a professional chatting team just for your account."
Social media strategies. This is TikTok-led traffic work: "Our systemized solution to gain organic viral attraction on TikTok and convert them into high paying subscribers on your OnlyFans Account." The agency claims it brought creators "in their first month on OnlyFans to three times more sales" this way, and promises "Personal marketing plan for all socials" and individual content lists rather than the shared lists it says mass agencies hand out.
Branding. The agency says its experts "work hand in hand with you to develop a realistic and suitable branding for your online presence based on your personality and personal circumstances," covering visual aesthetics and content themes across platforms.
Account review. "We constantly analyze our accounts to optimize them. The sub-chatting ratio is not good? We will find the reason and change it!" The audit page describes an in-depth analysis of profile, content and fan engagement aimed at showing where revenue comes from.
Agency switch. This page is for creators unhappy with their current agency, promising a transition that keeps "content and revenue flow uninterrupted" and partnership with "fair agency prices." The agency says it also supports creators "with account bans and leaks."
OnlyFans for Influencer. A separate service offers personalized strategies and dedicated account management to influencers moving onto OnlyFans.
Leak removal. The content protection side has its own page: the team uses detection technology and legal expertise "to eliminate unauthorized sharing, helping creators maintain their exclusive status and maximize subscription value." The agency's blog post on the subject says removal works "Through AI-powered scanning, DMCA enforcement, and follow-up reporting," with reports after each takedown showing what was removed, from which site and when, and promises "We will assist you month after month to ensure that your content does not spread on the internet!" The same post is candid about limits: "While most can be taken down effectively, results depend on the hosting site's cooperation and local laws."
How the collaboration runs. The home page sets out four steps. A creator registers and is "contacted via WhatsApp within 48 hours" to arrange a meeting with the CEO, where the account's potential is evaluated free of charge and "with no obligation." If the agency sees potential, it makes an offer. At the start it builds a personal strategy and "a concrete roadmap of when and how you will achieve specific sales targets," hands over content lists and sets up the chat team. Then come "weekly 1:1 meetings with the CEO" to plan next steps. Each creator gets "a contact person for traffic, backend, and chatting." The agency says it typically triples to quintuples turnover within 2 months, and its case studies report large monthly revenue jumps for named clients; both are the agency's marketing.
The home page contrasts this with "mass management": it says most agencies run "over 50 creators at the same time," give one contact person for everything and send PPV spam, while it focuses "on very few creators." The comparison is the agency's own.
Money and rules
Fees. "In the beginning, the collaboration won't cost you a cent, as we only work on a performance basis. That's why we are very interested in your success, because we only earn something when you earn something." The site does not publish the percentage. Its "Fair share" section says the goal is to increase sales as far as possible "instead of keeping the percentage as low as possible," and another section warns against agencies that "lure you in with a low rate but deliver little in return." That is the agency's argument for its share, not a figure.
Eligibility. The FAQ says the agency only works "with models who are already doing OnlyFans either on their own or with an agency," and in October 2026 the FAQ gives $5k to $30k in current monthly revenue as the ideal starting range.
Applying. The service pages carry a form asking for name, Instagram username, phone and email, and say "We'll get back to you in the next 24 hours." The FAQ gives WhatsApp contact within 48 hours after registering.
Values. The about page lists authenticity, integrity and passion, and says it builds trust "through ethical practices and clear communication."
Who it suits and who it does not
The agency is aimed at creators who already earn on OnlyFans, ideally in the monthly revenue range its FAQ gives, and want chatting, posting, custom requests and TikTok traffic handled with close contact, including a weekly call with the CEO. A creator unhappy with a current agency, or dealing with an account ban or leaks, matches the agency-switch page, and leak removal comes from the same provider. German and Russian speakers can read the site in their own language.
It is not a starting point for someone with no account; the FAQ is clear that only existing creators are taken. A creator who wants to keep chatting with their own fans should note that the account service is built around a dedicated chat team taking that over. The performance basis is attractive at the start, but the rate only comes with the agency's offer. For leak removal, the agency itself says outcomes depend on the hosting site and local law.
