What Velvet For Women is

Velvet For Women, which also calls itself Velvet Agency, is an OnlyFans management agency that recruits in three directions at once. Creators apply to be managed. Chat sellers apply for remote work selling on clients' OnlyFans accounts for a salary plus commissions. Scouts, and anyone who knows a suitable creator, can refer models and be paid a reward. Its AI policy page describes it as "an international OnlyFans management agency focused on professional creator support, model management, content strategy, privacy, communication and growth guidance for adult creators," and says it should not be read as "an explicit content platform, adult marketplace, dating website, escort service or pornographic website." English is the main language of the site, with Spanish content for Spanish-speaking audiences, and the chat seller job is open to people located in Latin America. Every route starts with a form on the site, and the model form, the chat seller form and the referral form each carry an 18+ condition.

How earning works here

As a managed creator. The creator earns on OnlyFans and Velvet supplies the management. The home page describes its process as combining "content strategy, account organization, audience management, privacy-focused support and professional guidance," built around each creator's profile, goals and audience. The models page promises a personal assistant "assigned exclusively to you," a sales team for fan conversations and "Chatters 24/7." It names the arrangement a "Partnership Model: We succeed only when you dominate," and offers "Flexible partnership models to match your business objectives."

An existing account is not required. The FAQ says aspiring creators can apply while "still preparing to begin their journey," and that previous experience "is not always required." Creators with an active account can apply too, and the FAQ says the aim then is to analyze the current situation instead of starting again from zero. The agency says it works internationally and "can evaluate creators from different countries and markets." On privacy, it describes account organization, communication practices and "professional brand separation," meant to reduce unnecessary exposure of personal information.

The application form asks for name, country, email, phone number, Instagram user, an optional OnlyFans user, a short self-description and up to 3 photos, plus a confirmation of being 18 or older. Each application is "reviewed individually," and the FAQ is plain that "Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance." The agency's blog shows the growth method it expects. Its marketing article says its models bring traffic from TikTok, Twitter (X), Instagram and Reddit, and that "We train our models to post 3-5x daily" with casual clips, trending sounds and short calls to action.

As a chat seller. The careers page recruits "Online Sellers to manage adult social accounts (OnlyFans) for our clients." The main task is selling on the account through PPVs and tips while handling notifications, DMs and mass messages, in the style of the assigned model. In October 2026 the page offers "Competitive earnings from $650 on (regular salary + commissions)" and "USDT payments (Binance)," with home office and room for professional growth. It adds that most of its management department started off as sellers.

The requirements are specific. A seller must be located in Latin America and above 18, with a Discord account, fast typing, a stable internet connection and electricity, copywriting and selling skills, an intermediate or advanced English level, and a PC or laptop with Windows 10 or above and 8 GB of RAM. Applicants are asked whether they are comfortable managing adult content. Shifts are set in Venezuelan Standard Time and come as full-time AM, full-time PM, weekend AM and weekend PM.

The application is a set of tests. There is an English test with a required score of at least B1/B2, a written sexting test of 3 messages, a typing test with a minimum speed of 45 wpm, an internet speed test and proof of the computer's specs. After the form comes a short interview in English and then a mandatory 6-day training that starts every Tuesday. The page calls the chat seller its most versatile position and lists multiple working schedules, a base salary with commissions and a fully remote setup as its benefits.

As a referrer or scout. The referral page sets out five steps. The referrer sends contact details and a note on the candidate. A bonus is paid "as soon as your candidate passes our initial review." The team then evaluates her, she is onboarded if accepted, and "When your candidate is hired and has worked with us for 30 days, your full referral reward is all yours." Rewards are described as "USD compensations for every successful candidate," and the FAQ says there is "no cap in the earnings you can generate." The page asks for quality over quantity.

The candidate has to meet stated requirements: "Must be 18+ years old (ID verification required)," willing to create explicit content, open to full account management by the agency's team and available for a regular content creation schedule. Basic English is listed as an ideal quality, and content experience as helpful but not required. The referrer must confirm that she is 18 or older, that she knows the work involves explicit content and that she "has consented to this referral submission." The careers page adds a freelance scouter role for people who spread the agency's job offers on their own time and earn bonuses for the candidates they bring, sellers as well as models.

Money and rules

Payment rails are the clearest part of the site. Chat sellers are paid in USDT through Binance. For referrals the FAQ says "We primarily use cryptocurrency (Binance) and can accommodate bank transfers," with arrangements "discussed individually," and the benefits list also mentions "other convenient methods." The careers page tells sellers they will be paid "consistently and on time."

The amounts are mostly left to conversation. Asked how much a successful referral earns, the FAQ answers "Payment details are discussed during the initial contact process." The site does not publish the split for managed creators, and the partnership model is described only as flexible. The chat seller's starting figure is the single amount on the pages, and it comes with no pay period attached.

Timing is stated for referrers. A bonus arrives when the referral is pre-approved, and the rest follows "after their successful first month with Velvet." Updates come through the agency's scouting channels and direct communication. If referrals are not accepted, the FAQ says the team will give "all the feedback and tips you need."

The rules that apply across the board are the age condition, the individual review and the lack of any guarantee of acceptance. For chat sellers the page stresses confidentiality, "for the models, especially," and requires the typing test to be taken on a PC or laptop and the training to be completed before work starts.

Who it suits and who it does not

The chat seller job suits someone in Latin America with strong written English, a suitable computer and no objection to selling explicit content by message, who wants remote shift work and is comfortable being paid in USDT. It does not suit anyone outside Latin America, anyone who needs pay in local currency by default, or anyone uneasy with sexting as the core task, because the application itself tests for it.

Management suits a creator, new or experienced, who wants content planning, fan chat and account organization handled by a team and is ready to follow a structured plan. The referral requirements name "full account management by our team," so a creator who wants to keep writing her own messages is a weaker match. The brand addresses women throughout.

The referral program suits a scout or creator who knows suitable candidates and accepts a reward that is set in a private conversation and paid in two stages. The caveat for all three routes is the same. The reward sizes and the creator split are agreed individually, and lines such as "we architect legacies" are the agency's own marketing.
