What it is
Xentra Group is an OnlyFans management agency that describes itself as UK-based and operated by CoachFlo Ltd. It manages creators rather than paying them: the creator keeps the OnlyFans account and Xentra handles editing, posting, fan chat, growth and retention under a revenue-share arrangement. The agency says it works with a small number of creators at a time, and its About page presents that as the point. Its stated complaint about the field is that "too many management companies take on as many creators as possible, charge high rates, and deliver very little." The homepage frames the cost as "Revenue share only. We make money when you make money", so the agency is paid out of what the account earns rather than through an upfront charge it advertises. Applications go through a short form, and the agency says it responds within 48 hours. Its About page sums up the team as a small one that does this properly, with a focus on "income and brand".
How earning works here
Everything the creator earns still comes from OnlyFans. The agency lists the sources it works on as pay-per-view messages, customs, upsells and renewals, which it handles in fan chat. Its own summary of the service is "All you do is upload."
The workflow starts with a dedicated content folder for each creator. The creator drops in raw footage or photos, with no formatting needed. Xentra's editing team then produces the content: cuts, captions, color grading and platform-specific formatting. The team schedules and posts it to TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms daily. The page says no editing skills are required and no posting schedule has to be managed. The agency says the creator's only job is to show up and create content, and that it handles everything else.
The homepage splits the partnership into two lists. The creator brings raw content uploaded to the folder, their personality and voice, their existing audience and platform presence, and their commitment to growth. The agency brings a dedicated editing team, daily posting across TikTok, Instagram and more, 24/7 chat management and revenue maximization, and strategy, brand building and retention systems. Its pipeline diagram runs in the same order: the creator uploads, Xentra edits, posts and then converts through chat, PPV, upsells and retention, and income is meant to build month on month from there.
The chat side is described as 24/7 fan chat that "actually converts", covering PPV, customs, upsells and renewals around the clock by a team that, in the agency's words, knows how to make subscribers spend and come back, not just reply. The Manchester page adds that DM management is where a significant portion of monthly revenue is generated, and that the agency builds subscriber relationships, runs PPV campaigns and works on what an existing subscriber base generates month over month.
Growth work is multi-platform. The homepage says Xentra identifies where a creator's audience lives, across TikTok, Instagram and Reddit, and builds daily content pipelines to grow it. The Manchester page is more specific about the problem it is solving: the platform does not bring subscribers, so the external presence on TikTok and Instagram is where most of the growth work happens. That page lists strategy, content planning and funnel optimization as part of full account management.
Three further services round out the list. The first is brand: the agency says it builds the positioning, voice and aesthetic that make a creator distinctive in a saturated market. The second is retention. The page argues that most creators lose subscribers and never know why, and says it builds an engagement and loyalty system to stop that silent churn. The third is privacy: the homepage lists content protection with leak takedowns, DMCA management and what it calls a privacy-first approach to decisions made on the creator's behalf. Account strategy covers pricing, posting schedule and what to gate versus what to share publicly, and the Manchester page says it is updated from actual performance data, not assumptions.
On working style, the homepage promises regular check-ins, full reporting and honest conversations, with "No black boxes." Its comparison table sets Xentra against an unnamed "bad agency" and against going alone, claiming trained 24/7 chat where a poor agency outsources it, full reporting where others are vague, and creator ownership where others take control of logins. That table is the agency's own framing, not a measured result, and the income chart beside it is labeled illustrative.
The agency also publishes a regional page for Manchester, which says Xentra works with creators across the UK, including Manchester and the wider North West. Management is fully remote, and the page says a creator's location within the UK makes no difference to the quality or process.
Money and rules
The homepage headline terms are 24/7 account management, a 30-day results guarantee, full creator ownership, and a revenue share under the line "We earn when you earn". The homepage does not print the revenue-share percentage. Its FAQ lists the questions "How does pricing work?" and "Can I cancel at any time?", without the answers in the page text.
The guarantee is the distinctive claim and should be read as the agency's own marketing. The wording is "Make more in your first 30 days than your best month ever. Or we work for free until you do." The page adds that the agency is confident enough to put it in writing, and that "If we don't deliver, you don't pay." How a best month is measured and how the free work runs belong in the contract itself.
On ownership, the homepage says "Your account, your logins, your earnings" and that "we never take ownership of anything." It lists full creator ownership as one of its headline terms, and the comparison table repeats that the creator owns everything.
The application form asks for a name, age, Instagram handle, current monthly earnings and goals. The agency says it reviews every application personally, and the closing line of the homepage repeats that it only takes on a small number of creators at a time. The About page frames the work over a longer horizon: "We care about where your account is in six months, not just this week."
Who it suits and who it does not
The strongest fit is a creator who would rather upload footage and approve results than edit, post and answer messages. The folder workflow, the editing team and the 24/7 chat are all built around that handoff. A UK-based creator who wants a UK-run company, including one outside London, is directly addressed by the regional page, and the agency states that location inside the UK does not change the service. Someone who has been through a poor agency experience is a stated audience too, since the homepage opens with "Bad agency experience? Same story we hear every week." A creator worried about leaks gets takedown and DMCA work inside the same package.
The caveats are about information and capacity. Without a printed percentage, comparing Xentra with another agency has to wait until after an application. The guarantee depends on contract terms rather than anything on the homepage. Because the agency says it takes on only a small number of creators, a creator should expect to be assessed rather than accepted automatically. A creator who wants to keep control of chat, or who dislikes handing messaging to a team, will find that the service replaces that work. The About page also frames results over six months rather than one week, so the agency itself is not pitching an overnight jump.
