What Apelsin is
Apelsin is a Russian webcam studio that hires people for several roles: webcam models (women and men), chat operators, recruiters and administrators. The pages are in Russian and aimed at applicants in Russian cities, and the studio takes applications through a short form or Telegram. No fee to join appears anywhere, and training from scratch is advertised as free. Its headline promises are daily and weekly payouts, accounts that are already promoted, no experience required, a free schedule and what it calls the highest percentage in the city.
The main domain's home page speaks to Kazan and gives a street address there, and the studio runs city subdomains for Moscow, Yekaterinburg and many others. The city menu runs from Almetyevsk and Anapa to Chelyabinsk and Yaroslavl, with Ufa shown as a branch. Each city site repeats the same offer with local wording, so one write-up covers all of them.
How earning works here
For models, the studio's own description of the job is short. The home page FAQ says the work is regular live broadcasts for a foreign audience, and it defines a webcam model as someone who earns online by talking in video chats where the users are only foreigners. The model page lists the duties as running streams and keeping up a conversation with viewers on various topics, and shows two categories of work, flirt and "hot flirt".
The FAQ sets out how far a model has to go, in the studio's words. Asked whether a model can simply talk, without erotic content, it answers that she defines the moral limits herself, and it adds that many women in the studio work without nudity. A model who speaks no English can still work, because translation software is installed on the studio's computers. Working in a mask is allowed, with the warning that she then needs English above a basic level.
What the studio adds around the stream is the rest of the offer. It says it helps promote a model's broadcasts, makes them good and interesting, and looks after her privacy. It hands out accounts it describes as already promoted and high-earning, which matters to a beginner who would otherwise start a profile from zero. The home page says the team has worked for more than 3 years on the stability and calm of its staff. The model page lists its reasons to join: weekly bonuses, a high payout percentage, paid vacation, career growth, personal portfolios, safety and privacy, a friendly team, daily payouts and a free schedule.
The studio sells itself against other studios. Its "about" text opens by saying it is not a typical studio that thinks first of itself, and goes on to say that studios in a city differ in approach: some work on volume and try to attract as many models as possible at the cost of quality, while Apelsin says it focuses on every person in the team. That is positioning copy and should be read as such.
The schedule is stated plainly on the Moscow model page: from 4 shifts a week, 6 hours a day. The requirements there are being 18 or older, responsibility, punctuality, and a wish to develop and earn. An earnings calculator on each city page takes the number of working days a week, the hours a day and the applicant's experience, and a footnote says its output comes from statistics on the average earnings of the studio's models. It is the studio's own estimate and moves with the inputs.
Operators, recruiters and administrators. A separate openings page on the Yekaterinburg site lays out five roles with an age band for each. Besides the two model roles, there is an operator role for men from 18 to 30 who type fast, already have an idea of the work, communicate well and are creative. This is the chat-operator job: the person at the keyboard, not on camera. A recruiter role is open to men and women from 18 who want ongoing earnings from the models they bring in. An administrator role is for women and men from 24 who have worked as models before. The male model role is for men from 18 to 22 with a model look, and the female model role for women from 18.
Anonymity. A short article on the Moscow site explains why newcomers want to stay anonymous: fear of judgment by relatives, and fear of personal data reaching fraudsters or obsessive fans. Its advice is practical. Use an invented persona, open a new e-mail address and separate work pages on social networks, shoot original photos that cannot be matched to existing ones, and block the regions where family and acquaintances live. It warns that region blocks set wrongly can cut earnings sharply, and that streaming in the dark or with a covered face finds no paying viewers.
Money and rules
The pay model is a share of what the webcam sites pay out for the model's work, plus weekly bonuses and paid vacation as listed perks. Payouts are advertised as daily on the model page, and as "ежедневные и еженедельные выплаты" (daily and weekly payouts) on the home page, which is the studio's main claim for anyone who needs money quickly.
In October 2026 the Moscow model page says payouts from the sites for the studio's models "доходят до 60%" (reach up to 60%). That is an upper bound stated by the studio, and the page gives no figure for a beginner.
The openings page, read in October 2026, attaches a monthly range to every role as the studio's own advertised figure: from 120,000₽ to 350,000₽ for the female model role and from 80,000₽ to 250,000₽ for the operator role, with lower ranges for recruiters and administrators. The page prints no formula behind them, and none of them is a wage promise.
Age rules vary by role, as listed above, and every role starts at 18. The application form asks for name, age, phone number, city and a Telegram login.
The pages do not name the webcam sites the models stream on, and they do not state a payout method.
Who it suits and who it does not
Apelsin fits a woman in or near one of its listed Russian cities who wants to start without experience and wants an employer-style structure with a shift pattern, free training, portfolio help and frequent payouts. Someone uneasy about nudity or about being recognized gets direct answers on both in the FAQ and the anonymity article. A man between 18 and 30 who types fast and communicates well can look at the operator role, and a man from 18 to 22 at the male model role. People with prior model experience can look at the administrator role, and people who can bring in models at the recruiter role.
It is a weaker fit for someone who needs exact terms before applying, because the one published share is a ceiling and the rest is settled in the application chat. It is a Russian-city, Russian-language operation, so a model outside those cities or without Russian has little to go on. The male model band stops at 22 and the operator band at 30, which narrows who can apply. And the advertised ranges are wide, so a newcomer has no basis for expecting the top of any of them.
