What it is

Studio Diamond, which signs itself DIAMOND on its site, is a webcam studio in Saint Petersburg that employs models to broadcast on foreign cam sites from rooms it equips. The site is in Russian, gives the Ploshchad Vosstaniya metro station as its location, and describes shift work on the studio's own computers and cameras. It pays a share of the streaming revenue and pays fast: new models take money right after each shift for the whole first week, and the studio then pays on a fixed weekday. The vacancies block says it is looking for women and men from 18 to 30, and that it is also open to working with recruiters and with operators who translate.

A reader who wants cash soon after starting and wants someone else to supply the room, computer and camera will find the offer aimed at them. The FAQ says the people running the studio were models themselves, and the site names styling, makeup basics and English courses among the training it provides. No experience is required.

How earning works

The path in is short. The visitor fills out a form, an administrator gets in touch (the home page says within an hour) and invites her, and an interview takes place at the studio. At the interview she can agree an individual flexible schedule to combine the work with study, training and personal life, and she can start as a side job. The home page says a new model can receive her first pay the same day or the next.

The FAQ describes the job as conversation in a video chat, also called streaming or broadcasting: the webcam shows the room and the model in real time on foreign sites, and her aim is to make the show interesting by dancing, singing or telling stories. On looks, the FAQ says the audience of cam sites is so large that women and men of every type find their viewers.

Work is done in shifts. The studio offers 4 shift types, morning, day, evening or night, and the shifts run 4 to 6 hours. The studio handles the setup around the stream: the vacancies block says it fills in the model's profiles, runs photo shoots, deals with the support desks of the cam sites and builds a personal brand, and that administrators teach everything needed.

The rooms have sound insulation, ventilation and air conditioning. The computers run the latest generation of Intel i9, with professional lighting, LED backlight, Brio cameras and professional mirrorless cameras. The conditions block adds modern interiors and the use of a solarium and a shower. A video tour is linked from the page.

Training is the second selling point. The site says the trainings are run by experienced, high-earning models, and it calls them real tips that bring money, unlike the worn-out "smile and wave" kind. The studio helps choose a unique image for the stream and a manner of behavior, teaches the basics of makeup, and provides English courses. A personal coaching section adds that a mentor helps develop an individual style and manner of communication and shows how to build skills. The consultation with the mentor is stated to be completely free.

There is also a bonus system. The site says that a wide bonus system gives models gifts each period and that higher earnings bring more bonuses. A studio shop sells costumes, outfits and lingerie for men and women, with discounts for models.

The site's side pages explain the platforms. A guide to cam sites describes the two chat formats, free chat that lives on tips from many viewers and private chat paid by the minute, and the factors that move a model's rating on a site: viewer ratings, audience size, tip totals and regular broadcasting. It then gives the studio's view of LiveJasmin, Flirt4Free, Chaturbate, Stripchat and MyFreeCams. It describes LiveJasmin as a private, premium site with a long promo period and high demands on interior and equipment, Flirt4Free as a private site with strict rules where an account can be created only once, Chaturbate as a free chat with fierce competition, Stripchat as open to women, men, trans people and couples with phone streaming, and MyFreeCams as women only, with no phone option and a rating that controls traffic. These are the studio's opinions, and the site does not publish which of these platforms its own models are placed on.

A second guide compares Fansly and OnlyFans for a model who wants a subscription platform next to cam work. It walks through Fansly's verification with an ID photo and a photo holding a dated sheet, the difference between free followers and paying subscribers, and promotion routes such as social networks, shoutout swaps and a link in a cam profile. It warns that agencies often lure models with a good percentage and then take the account. The guide is general advice; the studio does not present account management as a service it sells.

Money and rules

  • Share: the pay model is a revenue share. In October 2026 the conditions block gives the payout percentage as 55-70% of the streaming revenue, and a line at the foot of the page reads "Ежедневные выплаты 70% для всех новых моделей", daily payouts of 70% for all new models. The site does not publish what places a model within the range after that.
  • First week: in the first days salary is handed out in cash right after the stream. The FAQ says new models take their money after every shift for the whole first week, and that the whole sum is paid at once without delays.
  • After the first week: the FAQ and the income section name Thursday as payday, while the conditions block says daily or every Monday, so the page is not consistent on the weekday. The FAQ adds that a model who works more than 4 shifts a week is paid at once for each extra shift.
  • Advances: if money is needed earlier, the administrators give an advance.
  • Currency: earnings are counted in dollars and paid in rubles at the current rate.
  • Earnings claims: as of October 2026 the FAQ says a model on a schedule of 4 shifts a week makes from 100 000₽ a month, and that successful models receive more than 300 000₽ a month at a load of 35 hours a week. The site says it can back these numbers with real payout statistics. They are the studio's claims; its own income calculator carries a note that the result is for information, is not an offer, and that actual income depends on the platform, the schedule and activity.
  • Age: the vacancies block sets 18 to 30.
  • Privacy: the studio says it works only on foreign sites and blocks all CIS countries by default, plus any other countries on the model's request. On the first working day it gives a detailed briefing on confidentiality and safety.

Who it suits and who it does not

The studio suits someone who lives within reach of its rooms and wants fast cash and a staffed workplace. The cash-after-shift rule in week one lets a newcomer test the arrangement quickly, and the advance option covers a gap later. The shop with discounts, the makeup lessons and the English courses help someone who wants support with image. The four shift types and the short shift length suit someone who studies or has another job. Men are explicitly recruited alongside women.

The caveats are straightforward. The payout range is published without the rule that moves a model from one end to the other, and the top figure in the banner is described only for new models. The page contradicts itself on the weekday of the regular payout. The monthly income lines are the studio's own and are tied to a set number of shifts or hours. The work is done in the studio rooms, so it is not a remote job, and the vacancy stops at 30. The mentor system and styling assume a model who is willing to take direction on her image.
