What Choco Studio is
Choco Studio, which brands itself in Russian as the webcam studio Шоколад, is an online webcam studio that signs women and couples to broadcast from home. Its pages say it is an online studio, that a model can work with it remotely from any point in the world, and that the application form is open to people 18 and over. It pays a progressive share of earnings that rises with the amount earned and the hours worked. The application itself is a short form with a consent to the studio's agreement, and the pages mention no joining fee. The pages are in Russian, and the footer carries a copyright from 2017.
It is a studio in the employer sense and not a platform: it recruits, trains and supports models, who then work on webcam sites. Besides models, the vacancies page also lists a curator or mentor of models, marked as closed for now, and an agent who finds new models for the studio.
How earning works here
The earner is a webcam model, working alone or as part of a couple. The form says the studio works with "girls and couples" and that a laptop or computer is needed. The applicant can attach 2-3 photos if she wishes, and the studio replies on WhatsApp or Telegram. The FAQ describes the job as conversation in video chats with visitors of adult sites, and says each model sets the limits of that conversation herself.
The studio describes what it provides in a short list: a personal mentor, detailed training, technical support and a share that grows. Training is the studio's own. The home page says it has developed 2 training systems of 10 lessons each, one for working on premium sites and one for free sites, and the FAQ adds that the studio first picks a site with the model and then the course built for that type of site, with theory alternating with practice and talks with the mentor. The studio provides a personal account with manuals for the sites and the instructions a model needs. For technical problems it gives setup instructions in writing and on video, and if more help is needed, a technical specialist connects remotely to the model's PC. The FAQ extends that support to help choosing equipment, cleaning a computer of viruses and tuning a weak machine. The vacancies page also lists special prices on Lovense products.
The studio leaves the style and the sites to the model. The home page says the model chooses the style and the sites she works on, and that the studio will pick sites together with her where she is most comfortable and help choose an image. It also claims long experience promoting accounts on popular platforms and says it designs the working profiles. The site does not name the cam sites it works with.
Several FAQ answers set out how flexible the work is:
- Schedule: the model decides when to go online, and the studio only recommends keeping regular hours. The FAQ says the work combines with study or another job.
- English: basic English is enough at first, per the home page. The FAQ says translator programs can be installed on the work computer, and the calculator notes that a model with no English needs serious preparation or can be given an operator.
- Conversation only: the FAQ says a model can work without erotic content, calls that the peak of the craft and says it takes good English.
- Mask: working in a mask is allowed by the studio, but the FAQ warns that not every site permits it, so the choice of sites narrows, and that it calls for strong English and creativity.
- Phone: a phone with a good camera and a ring light with a holder can replace the computer, and the FAQ makes English mandatory for mobile work.
For a home setup the studio lists a stable internet connection, studio light or a ring lamp, a gaming computer or laptop, a good webcam and a reliable VPN. It tells models that picture quality drives views.
The studio's earnings calculator asks for the number of days a week (4, 5 or 6), the hours a day (5, 6 or 7) and the level of English from 0 to 5. Its notes are practical: working fewer than three days a week makes no sense, a seven-day week wears a model out more than it earns, and a four-hour shift spends more time on preparation and makeup than it is worth. The home page says what a model earns depends on the length of the broadcast, the number of viewers or subscribers, the number of sites she works, her experience and her languages. It adds that a beginner earns less than an experienced model because it is hard at first to build regular clients and hold viewers.
Beyond pay, the studio says it holds a draw of certificates and themed prizes for its models every two weeks.
Money and rules
The pay model is a revenue share that rises with results, with income counted in dollars. In October 2026 the home page says: "У нас система прогрессивного процента от 80% до 86%", a progressive percentage system from 80% to 86% that depends on the amount earned and the number of hours worked. The site does not publish the earnings or hours that move a model up that scale.
The schedule is in the FAQ. For the first 5 shifts in the first week a model can be paid daily. After that, salary is paid twice a month, and the FAQ says advances are also available. The site does not publish the payout method or a minimum.
On income the FAQ is restrained: it says the studio will not promise mountains of gold and that success takes effort, study of the training and better English. As of October 2026 the FAQ then states the average salary of its models as 1100 USD a month, and the footer of the site advertises earning from 1000$ a month. Both are the studio's own figures and neither is a guaranteed income.
Age and identity: the application form requires confirming you are 18. The FAQ explains why a passport is needed: registration on webcam sites requires proof of majority because the work is on 18+ platforms. A passport, a driver's license or an international passport will do, and handwritten passports are not accepted.
On countries, the FAQ answers a model who is not from Russia with a yes and says women from many countries already work with the studio, listing Belarus, Kazakhstan, Poland, Thailand, Lithuania, Latvia and Moldova. The model vacancy gives an age of 18 to 30, and the studio looks for someone with a good character, a confident manner and a wish to meet new people. The FAQ says experience is not required and that looks matter less than charm and friendliness.
Who it suits and who it does not
Choco suits a woman, or a woman and her partner, who wants to work from home with training, a mentor and remote technical help, and who prefers to choose her own style and sites. A newcomer gets a structured start through the two 10-lesson courses and daily pay for her first shifts. The progressive percentage rewards a model who works many hours and earns steadily. A model outside Russia is explicitly welcome, and one who wants to stay clothed or masked has the studio's consent, within what each cam site allows.
It is a thinner fit for a man working alone, since the pages say the studio works with women and couples, and the model vacancy is capped at 30. Someone with little English faces more preparation, because the studio ties conversation-only, masked and mobile work to good English. The steps of the percentage scale and the payout method are not on the site, so a model learns them from the studio after applying. The income lines are the studio's marketing and describe an average, not what a beginner starts on.
