What it is

Premium Studio is a webcam studio that employs women to broadcast on foreign cam platforms from its own premises. It has two offices in the center of Saint Petersburg, called Nevsky and Ligovsky on its site, and it says it has worked for more than 8 years. The site is in Russian. The studio pays models a share of their earnings that grows over time, settles weekly or per shift, and runs a bonus scheme that includes a reward for a new staff member. Models can work in the office or remotely, and the site says no experience and no investment are needed.

Besides models, the studio recruits administrators, with a separate vacancy that also asks for no experience and promises training.

How earning works

The model streams live on foreign webcam platforms, and the FAQ describes the job as informal conversation with site users in a live broadcast. The studio's page says it cooperates only with foreign platforms and that users from Russia and the CIS are blocked on them. It also promises full anonymity and says it respects a model's boundaries and listens to her. Under the heading of safety it adds that its staff regularly remove unwanted content about models from the internet.

The studio sets up the work around the model. It says it will create a profile that reflects her personality, run photo sessions and provide makeup artists, help with promotion and with growing income, and train her in the skills she needs. The aim stated on the page is to help models reach the top of the platform listings.

The studio describes its workplaces in detail. Each model gets an isolated work space with a stylish interior, comfortable furniture and proper lighting. There is a rest area with free drinks, and the page lists regular cleaning, disinfection of all surfaces and quartz treatment of each room. Equipment listed on the page includes Intel Core i9-12900K processors, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics cards, Logitech BRIO 4k webcams, a Lovense webcam, and widescreen monitors of 29 to 32 inches. The model does not have to invest in anything, since the studio says it has what is needed for good results.

The site offers a flexible schedule, either in the office or remotely, and says it provides everything needed for remote work. It does not impose a dress code or appearance requirements, and it says body modifications, tattoos and piercings carry no restrictions. The FAQ says any appearance is welcome because each model finds her own audience. Experience does not matter, and neither does English level. The studio says it teaches the details of webcam modeling, and it pitches conversation with foreigners as a chance to practice languages.

The page lists the broadcast styles it recruits for, each as its own vacancy card with a short profile of who it fits:

  • Shy / Innocent: a quiet, girl-next-door manner with simple clothes, soft colors and light makeup.
  • Couples / Duo: paired shows, marked as only for women, where each pair chooses its own style from a friendly atmosphere and role play to more adult content.
  • Fetish / Kinky: for models who like unusual requests and are ready to work with a narrow audience.
  • Nude / Erotic: for confident models comfortable with an erotic atmosphere.
  • Hot Flirt / Tease: for models with charisma who can hold a viewer's interest.
  • No Nude / Soft: for those who want to earn without full undressing.

The FAQ confirms that a model can work in any style she is comfortable with, including non-nude, and that the studio does not push its own ideas on her.

Applicants leave a name, phone and Telegram contact on the form, choose between the Nevsky and Ligovsky studios, and go through an interview at the office, where the page says any question can be asked. The form carries a consent to the processing of personal data. The page says quick training is available, that it is possible to start work right after it, and that a model can collect her first money after the shift.

The page also has an income calculator that takes days a week, from 4 to 6, and hours a day. The studio says it is computed from the real income statistics of its models over the last year. It frames the result around goals such as a new phone or a holiday, which is sales copy and not a pay scale.

Money and rules

  • Payout share: the pay model is a revenue share that rises with time in the studio. In October 2026 the conditions list reads "Растущий процент выплат: до 85% от заработка", a growing payout percentage of up to 85% of earnings. The site does not publish the starting percentage.
  • Schedule: the conditions list promises payouts every week or per shift, at a favorable exchange rate and without delays.
  • Bonuses: as of October 2026 the same list says bonuses come 2 times a month, plus $100 "за нового сотрудника", for a new staff member. That second part is the studio's referral reward, and the page gives no conditions for it. A banner also advertises a gift of 30 000 rubles toward the first salary.
  • Calculations: the studio calls its settlement system transparent, with earnings itemized to the cent.
  • Earnings claims: in October 2026 the headline advertises earning from $3000 as a successful model, while the FAQ says average earnings start from 1000 $ a month plus a system of bonuses for top results. Both are the studio's claims and neither is a promise.
  • Advances: the studio lists a flexible advance system, including large advances.
  • Age: the FAQ gives age from 18 and without an upper limit.
  • Extras: a birthday gift and holiday presents, an annual contest among the studio's models with valuable prizes regardless of length of service, and New Year parties.

Who it suits and who it does not

Premium Studio fits a woman within reach of its two offices who wants a staffed workplace with strong equipment, who does not want to buy gear, and who wants the option of working non-nude. The weekly or per-shift payout and the advance system suit someone who needs predictable cash and does not want to wait a month for the first money. The referral reward suits a model who has friends who might join. Women who want to work as a pair have a category of their own. A model with tattoos, piercings or no English is told plainly that none of it is an obstacle, and the FAQ sets no upper age limit.

There are caveats. The headline percentage is a ceiling that a model grows toward, so a newcomer starts below it. The two earnings claims are far apart, and neither is a promise. The site names none of the platforms it works with, so a model who wants to choose her own sites learns the options at the interview. The paired category is open to women only, which leaves out mixed couples and men. Remote work is offered, but the page describes the offices in far more detail than the remote arrangement.
