It hires women aged 18 to 30 as webcam models and also recruits a woman administrator. The site is in Russian and signs its vacancies as Selfie Studio Webcam Agency. The pages mention no joining fee, and say experience is not that important because the studio trains from zero.

The studio describes itself as more than a webcam studio: a producer center that creates first-class stars of streaming webcam services and chats. Its 2 headline promises to a new model are daily payouts, available from the very first shift, and a high income. As of October 2026 the home page advertises the job with an income from 150,000 rubles, which is the studio's own marketing figure and comes with no stated conditions.

How earning works here

The model's work is livestreaming from a studio room to the members of video chats and streaming platforms. The studio says it works only on foreign sites, using a VPN and high-speed internet, and that a model can even choose the countries in which she is shown. It describes the studio as fully anonymous and files those points under a heading about safety. The platforms themselves are not named, and the pages do not describe how members pay on them.

The pitch is the support around the model, and the list is long. Trainers work with her continuously on communication skills and style, and the studio says that this is why a model's rating grows over time. Stylists build a successful model image together with her. Training in the job is described as a theoretical and practical base proven over years, with help at every stage. The team also teaches the psychology of communication, and even English. A personal psychologist works at the studio, a point the page ties to care for the model's mental health, and a model can turn to the psychologist free of charge. The studio also says its models already sit in the top lines of the ratings, a claim it makes about itself without naming a rating.

The rooms are a selling point. The page describes 7 spacious, fully equipped and soundproofed apartments, each room with its own design, and offers a video tour. The studio calls them premium locations with designer interiors, and says it knows how to produce an attractive picture for the members of the chats and platforms. It presents the rooms as a way to work comfortably and feel at home.

Language is handled by the team. An operator-translator adjusts to the model's schedule, so a model without English does not work alone. English is a plus, but a translator program is installed on the computer in any case, and the FAQ says that after a couple of months a model can talk on her own, since skills come quickly with frequent practice.

The schedule is set by the model. She fills in her week in advance, choosing morning, day or night shifts, and has to arrive on time and warn the studio ahead about cancellations or changes. The studio says streams can be combined with study.

Joining starts with an application form, which the page links from nearly every block, followed by an interview. The page has a section for reviews from the studio's models. The FAQ argues for working in the studio, not alone: a model is a full part of the team and works closely with stylists, translators and other models, and the studio claims she starts earning well much sooner that way.

The vacancies block lists what the studio gives: a flexible schedule, free photo shoots, a friendly all-female team, designer interiors, bonuses and gifts, training for new models, free training sessions, a personal psychologist at no cost, career growth, and a location in the very center of the city. It does not itemize the bonuses and gifts. In October 2026 the same block repeats the income from 150,000 rubles. The page for Nizhny Novgorod carries the same text under a local heading, so the offer reads the same there.

Alongside models, the studio recruits an administrator. She must be a woman aged 23 to 30 with at least 1 year of experience in the field, as a model or an administrator, a confident PC user, able to work with people and find an approach to them, responsible and punctual. The vacancies block read in October 2026 also prints a salary line, paid twice a month, of 100,000 to 150,000 rubles, which sits with that role.

Money and rules

The pay model is a studio payout to the model's card, and the studio advertises it as fast. The home page names daily payouts as one of its headline benefits and says a model can receive payouts from her first shift. The page's income calculator, which takes English level and shifts per week, words it differently: the net income for the period is transferred to a card every 2 weeks. Both statements stand on the same page, and the site does not explain how they fit together.

The studio does not publish the share of member spending that a model keeps, a payout minimum or any fee, and a card is the only payment route it names.

A promotion was running on the page in October 2026: it adds 10,000 rubles to the first salary of a model who sends the application form, and the banner dates it until October 15.

On the calculator, the FAQ says its numbers, unlike those of most competitors, come from real statistics of the studio's models with minimal experience, up to 6 months. The same answer says a model's earnings always depend on her experience and her ability to communicate. The statistics themselves are not shown, so the income figures stay the studio's own claim.

Rules are few. A model must be an adult, 18 or older, and up to 30 on the vacancies block. The FAQ says almost any woman who has reached 18 can become successful, with appearance mattering little and charisma, sociability and a positive attitude mattering more. The requirements list also names pleasant appearance, sociability, a focus on high income, punctuality, basic PC skills and the desire to learn and develop. Vacation has no day limit, but the studio wants 2 weeks' notice and warns that long absences hurt earnings. Leaving works the same way: the model gives 2 weeks' notice, after which the studio deactivates the accounts and pays out the money. That wording shows the streaming accounts are held by the studio and closed when a model leaves.

Who it suits and who it does not

Selfie suits a woman in one of the 3 cities who wants a managed start, with a trainer, a stylist and a psychologist built in, and who prefers a team environment over streaming alone. A beginner fits the offer, since the studio trains from zero and says appearance and experience count for less than energy and charisma. A student fits it too, given the self-set weekly schedule with morning, day and night shifts. A model without English is covered by the translator program and the operator-translator. A model who needs money quickly is the one the first-shift payout promise is aimed at.

It is a weaker fit for someone who wants the split in writing before an interview. The 18 to 30 age range excludes older models, and the offer is addressed to women only, so men and couples are not catered for. Someone who wants to work from home will not find that offered, because the whole model is a studio with a team. A model who wants to keep her own accounts when she moves on should note that the studio deactivates them on leaving. The stylists and trainers are also part of the deal, which a model who only wants a room and a computer may not want.
