What FanCentro is

FanCentro is a fan platform where creators and agencies sell content to followers and subscribers and are paid a commission on those sales. Its creator terms put the arrangement plainly: "You are to be paid a commission based on the total revenue from the sale of your published User-Generated Content." The site has a "Join Free" button, a public creator directory and a separate creator help center, and its help center says payouts go out once a month once a balance reaches a stated minimum.

Pages are in English. Fan billing runs through Centrobill Ltd or Hadsten Ltd, according to the user terms, and the DSA contact address is CentroBill Ltd in Matawan, New Jersey, while the help center footer also names a company in Nicosia, Cyprus. Separate terms of service cover creators and agencies on one side and users on the other. A 2021 post on the FanCentro blog presents the platform as an option for creators looking for an OnlyFans alternative.

How earning works on FanCentro

The creator directory shows how the audience is split. Each profile carries a count and a button, either "Followers" with a Follow button or "Subscribers" with a Subscribe button, so a creator has two tiers of fan: people who follow for free and people who pay to subscribe. The directory is titled "Browse The Official Creator Directory" and has a filter, which gives new fans a way to find profiles inside the site. The creator terms add that a profile "may be searchable by other users registered through the Website and others partnered or networked with us."

Tips are the second confirmed income line. The help center describes its Earnings & Payments section as "From tips to payouts; manage your money with confidence," and a "Fancentro Tips" article explains how tips work. Messaging is built in, and it is the only channel the terms allow: "Communication between a User of the Website and you as a Creator may only take place over the Website's messaging system." Swapping emails, phone numbers or other off-site contact details is "strictly prohibited." The terms also address live performance: a creator who plays recorded video while implying a live show "will be immediately banned, and any unpaid commission will be forfeited."

The help center sorts its articles into Getting Started, Managing Your Account, Earnings & Payments, Optimizing your Account (described as "Tips to enhance your profile and grow your audience") and Trust and Safety. Under Earnings & Payments it lists articles on tax information, reading the earnings tab, "How much will I earn?", the payment methods offered, payment frequency and minimum payout, and setting up a payment method and beneficiary.

Agencies have their own route under the same contract, "Terms of Service - Creators and Agencies." An agency registers its "affiliated Creator(s)," submits the government photo ID of its authorized representative or beneficial owner, and agrees to have that ID checked by a third-party verification service. The terms hold agencies responsible for training their staff to spot and report prohibited conduct, and say a failure to do so can end the agency account and its creator accounts and forfeit "all unpaid commissions."

Promotion off the platform is limited by the terms. Creators may mention "your own profiles, homepages and wish lists," but may not advertise competitor websites or try to draw users away from FanCentro. The blog has run since at least 2017, when it announced the team was exhibiting at the Venus Expo in Berlin, and it later published tips for creator success in 2025.

Money and rules

FanCentro pays commission once per month, and only once a creator's balance clears a minimum. In October 2026 the help center article "Payment Frequency and Minimum Payout" puts that at "the minimum threshold of $100 USD." If the balance is under the minimum on the last day of the month, "the amounts will roll over to the next month and will continue to roll over until you reach the minimum."

Cosmo is the payout method documented step by step. The help center calls it "free, safe, and offers global access," with ATM withdrawals, card purchases and statements in the Cardportal app. A creator registers on Cosmo's website, gets verified, then selects Cosmo under the Payments tab in Core Settings and enters the 9-digit SAN number Cosmo issues. A general article covers the other payment methods.

Verification comes before the first sale. Creators must submit, in color and front and back, a government-issued photo ID with date of birth, expiry date, photo and full legal name, plus "A clearly legible, color photo of the Creator holding their photo ID beside their face," and a Tax Identification Number or place of birth and/or proof of residence. US creators add a social security number and a copy of the card for tax purposes. These requirements "apply to every person who appears in any media on your profile," and creators keep their own 2257 age records and give FanCentro a copy.

The prohibited content list is long. It bars, among other things, any depiction of anyone under 18 or who appears under 18, content without proper age documentation for every subject, revenge porn, incest, violence, scat, bestiality, people who appear unconscious or intoxicated, and anything that "Discusses or arranges dating, prostitution, or escort services."

Unpaid commissions can be lost. They are forfeited if an account is terminated for breaking the terms, and an account with no login for 12 or more consecutive months may be disabled with unpaid commissions forfeited. Commissions can also be withheld if a creator fails to supply requested payment or tax details. Changes to country of residence, minimum payout or banking details can only be made by FanCentro staff, and the terms give a 14-day period after a change, after which continued use counts as acceptance.

Who it suits and who it does not

FanCentro suits a creator or agency that wants a platform with a public directory, a free-follow and paid-subscribe split, tips and on-site messaging, and that is comfortable with full photo-ID verification and a monthly payout cycle. A creator whose balance clears the minimum each month is paid every month. Someone who wants a card with ATM access can use the Cosmo route, and agencies get a written contract covering every creator they manage.

It is a weaker fit for a creator with small or irregular earnings, because balances under the minimum roll forward until it is reached. The strict off-site contact ban and the rule against promoting other sites limit a creator who sells across several platforms, and the 12-month inactivity rule means a creator who steps away must log in to keep unpaid commission.
