What LoyalFans is
LoyalFans is a fan subscription site where creators earn from subscriptions, live streaming, a video store, paid messaging, tips, pay-per-view content and per-minute calls. Its payout page states the creator's share for live streaming, subscriptions, video store sales and messaging, and the terms deduct the platform's fee from each fan payment. The terms are an agreement with TLFPAY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and the site is in English. The payout page says it is free to set up a personal paid fansite.
The about page describes LoyalFans.com as "a privately held company whose foundation is built on over 35 years of experience in the adult industry", and as "an all-inclusive fan club platform that enables artists and creators of all types to turn their unique efforts and perspective into thriving, interactive businesses online". Adult content is in scope: the footer carries a 2257 exemption notice and a statement that everyone appearing on the site has represented that they are 18 or older.
How earning works on LoyalFans
Subscriptions and pay-per-item. The site describes itself as a "Fans Subscription Site for Content Creators", where fans "can subscribe or pay-per-item for access to the latest photos, videos, audio recordings, and blog posts." The terms define a Creator Interaction as a subscription, a payment for pay-per-view content, or any other payment between a fan and a creator's account. "Creators are solely responsible for determining any pricing applicable to Creator Interactions", and all prices are charged in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically at the current rate until the fan cancels, and a fan who cancels keeps access until the end of the period. Fans can also preload Wallet Credits and spend them on fan payments.
Paid calls. The "Call a content creator" directory lists creators with a per-minute call price beside each profile, shown as a dollar amount per minute, plus a message button. The price is the creator's own, since creators set pricing for all interactions. Directory tags show niches such as findom and femdom, so a creator who sells calls in a niche can be found by fans browsing that page rather than only through their own social links. The creators section also has Recently Updated, Popular, Live, New and Video Store tabs, and a Shout Outs page.
Messages, tips and custom content. Messaging is one of the earning lines on the payout page, and the terms mention messages, tips and custom content as interactions between fans and creators. All fan payments, tips included, are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Live streaming and the video store. Both appear on the payout page's earnings line, alongside subscriptions and messaging, and the creators section has a Live tab and a Video Store tab.
Lifetime referral program. Under the heading for its lifetime referral program, the payout page read in October 2026 says a creator "may earn commission FOR LIFE by referring content creators and/or fans". The page says that when a referred creator signs up and begins generating revenue, "you will receive 5% of what they earn", based on that creator's earnings and coming "from LoyalFans (not from the Creator)". When a referred fan spends with other creators, the page says the referrer receives the same percentage of what that creator earned from that fan, paid by the platform as a "Thank You".
Co-authored content. A creator who uploads content featuring others must either tag each person as a LoyalFans creator or hold proof of identity for an individual at least 18 years old, and the site may withhold earnings if requested information is not provided.
Money and rules
The payout model is a revenue share: the platform's fee comes off each fan payment, and the rest is paid out twice a month by bank transfer or Paxum once a minimum is reached. In October 2026 the payout page lists "80%" against live streaming, subscriptions, video store sales and messaging, and the terms state: "Our fee is 20% of the total Fan Payment and will be deducted from each Fan Payment." Creator Earnings are the share of a fan payment left after fees and taxes.
"LoyalFans pays out twice per month." Earnings from the 1st through the 15th are paid within 7 working days after the 15th, and earnings from the 16th to month-end within 7 working days after the month ends. As of October 2026 the payout page sets the minimum payout threshold at $50.00, and earnings below it roll over to the next period. The terms add that minimums, fees and methods vary by payout method and country of residence and are shown in the account. Listed methods are "ACH, wire transfer, SEPA, and/or Paxum", and changes must be made "at least two business days prior to the completion of the current payment period". Some methods carry processor fees deducted at payout.
Creators must confirm compliance with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including records showing every person depicted was at least 18. Valid refunds or chargebacks are deducted from Creator Earnings, and fans who make unjustified refund or chargeback requests in bad faith risk suspension. If earnings cannot be paid for 12 months because of inaccurate account details and the creator cannot be reached, they are forfeited. Creators handle their own taxes. Payouts may come from TLFPAY Services, Intermark or other affiliated entities that process payments for the operator. A creator who closes the account stays active until all fan subscriptions expire, after which unpaid earnings are paid out and the account is deleted; a balance below the minimum at closure is reviewed case by case. A forfeiture decision can be disputed under the Complaints Policy, and account or content decisions under the Appeals Policy, within six months of notice. A DMCA copyright policy, an anti-trafficking policy, a US Take It Down Act compliance policy and a content removal page are published.
Who it suits and who it does not
LoyalFans suits an adult creator who wants a stated revenue share, a published payout threshold and a fixed twice-monthly payout calendar, with Paxum or SEPA as options alongside US bank methods. Its about page says "All forms of positive, consensual creative expression are welcome on the LoyalFans platform", and the site has run an annual International Content Creators Day every August since 2020, which suits creators who like a platform that markets them. Creators who sell time get a call directory with their own per-minute rate, and those with a network get a lifetime referral commission paid from the platform's side.
The caveats: payout method fees vary and appear only in account settings, the operator states it does not represent the site as available outside the United States, and a creator who leaves bad account details for a year can forfeit earnings.
