What the business is

Agentur Frauenpower is a German-language agency that places women as home-based callers (in German, Callerin or Telefonistin) on an erotic and flirt phone line, working as self-employed business partners. It recruits from Germany and Austria, asks for fluent German and a trade registration at contract signing, and says joining costs nothing: its home page lists "Sie haben keine Kosten, Gebühren oder ähnliches" (you have no costs, fees or the like) among the benefits. The site is entirely in German and calls the agency "die Agentur mit Herz", the agency with heart.

The agency is an intermediary rather than the line itself. Its FAQ says "Wir arbeiten mit einer der marktführenden Erotikline zusammen" (we work with one of the market-leading erotic lines), which is the agency's own description of its partner, and it registers each new caller with that line. A reader should be clear about that structure: the agency handles the contract, the training and the support, and the calls come through a partner line.

How earning works here

The FAQ explains the work model in detail, and it is a callback system. The caller dials into the line with a personal dial-in PIN, hangs up, and is then called back for each conversation. After the call she hangs up and waits for the next one. The FAQ says the agency "currently" offers only this callback system. It also defines two other formats, to say what is not on offer. Live moderation, where the caller stays on the phone while a moderator announces each call, is explained but is not listed as offered. A "carousel" format, a virtual room where callers chat with several people, send telephone messages and hold separate two-person conversations, is flagged in the FAQ itself as not offered.

How a woman starts is also laid out. After an application, the agency handles the contract formalities, registers her with the line and runs an induction training by telephone. This covers the dial-in procedure and the line, and, depending on her prior knowledge, some theory on how to hold a conversation. The FAQ stresses that she will not be thrown in at the deep end. When she has settled in she receives further training. Training is free, takes place in an agency telephone conference room that she joins from an ordinary landline number, and does not require her to leave the house. The agency sends training folders ahead of each session, with separate material for induction, for the erotic area and for the BDSM area. The FAQ says an experienced instructor wrote them.

Hours are the part the agency is most specific about. An applicant should be able to work at least 12 hours a week regularly. The agency deliberately has no rota, plans around regular online times instead, and lets her place her hours freely across the week, Monday to Sunday. The minimum dial-in is always 1 hour in a row. The FAQ describes the work as pressure-free but insists on self-motivation, since the woman is there to earn her money. The agency wants callers who will work nights and weekends too, and its recruitment text says it is looking for women who are flexible.

The agency also sets a tone about how to do the job. The FAQ asks callers to take the work as seriously as any other job and rejects the cliche of moaning into the phone while writing a shopping list or ironing. It says the work calls for empathy, understanding, attention and respect for customers. Support does not stop after onboarding: the home page lists individual coaching, regulars' meetings (Stammtische) and workshops on particular topics alongside the free phone training, and says the agency is reachable for questions and problems at any time.

The home page also tells readers they always stay anonymous to customers, that they work from home and never have to leave the house for the job, and it points to a short podcast with information about the agency and the caller job. In the FAQ the agency adds that it will never leave a caller on her own and always has an open ear for her.

Money and rules

The home page sets out the structure of the money. It promises a regular income and "sehr gute Verdienstkonditionen mit Boni und Sonderkonditionen" (very good earning conditions with bonuses and special conditions), and it gives the payout rhythm in one line: "Auszahlung erfolgt zuverlässig immer im Folgemonat", payout always follows reliably in the next month. So a caller is paid in the month after the one she worked. The page also promises an attractive starter bonus (Starterprämie) and links to a page with the conditions for it. Costs run the other way too: the home page says callers have no costs or fees, and the FAQ says the training costs nothing. The site does not publish a per-minute rate or a revenue share.

The conditions to join are clearer. The agency works with self-employed partners: the FAQ says women work "auf selbstständiger Basis als selbstständige Geschäftspartnerin mit Gewerbeanmeldung" (on a self-employed basis as an independent business partner with a business registration) and receive a correspondingly drafted contract, and that a trade license (in Austria a Gewerbeberechtigung) must already exist when the contract is signed. The language requirement is good, fluent German. The agency says it is currently looking urgently for self-employed women from Germany and Austria. The home page says the job suits any woman aged 18 or over, including students and housewives. It lists training as free, and states that experience is not a barrier, since newcomers are trained intensively before their first call. Applications go by telephone or email, through the Bewerbung page in the menu, and the site has separate menu sections for training (Schulungen) and for existing callers (Intern).

Who it suits and who it does not

Agentur Frauenpower suits a German-speaking woman in Germany or Austria who already holds, or is willing to obtain, a trade registration, wants to work from home and values structured onboarding. The free training with materials, the coaching and the regular meetings are real differences from a line that simply hands out a PIN. The agency pitches the work as a second mainstay (a "zweites Standbein") alongside other income, from home, in telecommunication on a flirt and erotic line. The home page uses the word "seriös" for the work more than once, and the recruitment text asks for hard-working women who want to work reliably and regularly.

It does not suit someone who needs to see the rate before applying, because the pay is described only as conditions, bonuses and a payout month. The registration requirement means a newcomer must sort out the business paperwork before she can sign. A commitment of at least 12 hours a week, in blocks of at least 1 hour, rules out occasional or very irregular availability, and payment arrives in the month after the work, so a new caller needs to plan around that gap. Women outside Germany and Austria, and callers who do not speak German fluently, are not who the agency is recruiting.
