What the business is

Job-Welt24, which writes its name JOBWELT24 in its own ads, is a German operator of erotic phone lines and text chats that recruits its own home-based staff. It hires telephone operators for its erotic line and flirt line, chat moderators for its flirt chat, erotic chat and SMS chats, which run under the name The Ladys Chat, and advisers for an esoteric line offering card reading and astrology. A gay line is part of the phone offer. The site is entirely in German, and the work is done from home anywhere in Germany. A notice on the home page also asks for operators from Austria and Switzerland.

The durable terms are stated plainly. Phone operators are paid by the minute of talk time, chat moderators are paid under rates set out in their contract, and chat payouts go once a month to a bank account. No trade license is required ("Keine Gewerbescheinpflicht"), no experience is needed, training is free, and the ads say "Keine Kosten, keine Gebühren", no costs and no fees. The company calls itself the provider of the largest erotic line in Germany, which is its own claim.

How earning works

The phone jobs are the headline. An operator does not receive calls on her home number. The site's question-and-answer text explains that both sides dial into the company's line, so caller and operator meet inside the line and both stay anonymous. Each operator has an access number and a personal PIN. She logs in with the PIN whenever she wants to work, and the PIN records the minutes she spends talking to callers. She is paid on those minutes, at the rate fixed in her contract. Dial-in is free around the clock, with no shifts and no timetable, and the company says it works full time or as a side job.

The company runs several call systems and lets the operator choose among them: "Callback, Livemoderation, Karussell und Chat-Call Kombisystem", meaning call back, live moderation, a carousel system and a combined chat and call system. The phone job page adds an S/M line and describes the combined chat and call system as one built around regular customers. Earnings depend on the system, and the contract describes each one. The ads also say the call back system runs "komplett halteschnittfrei", which means without an average call length to meet, a point the company repeats for operators who want that. A dated notice on the home page says that from 02.10.2020 the call back erotic line can be worked with a mobile phone and no landline is needed any more. Another ad puts it as mobile possible, landline ideal.

Training is part of the offer. The site says new operators are trained in writing and orally, in sessions with several operators, always free of charge, and that training material costs nothing. It stresses that the team for erotic line jobs is exclusively female and made up of trained phone operators, who pass on their own tips. What the company asks for in return is time for the work, an open mind, a ready tongue, a phone line and legal adulthood. It adds that an operator also has to be able to simply listen, because many callers like to tell their own stories.

The chat jobs work differently. A chat moderator writes in a 1 to 1 text chat from home, without a timetable, and the page says the chats can also be worked from a phone or tablet. An applicant first receives an introduction that includes a test access to the chat. If the work suits, the person gets their own access with their own profiles, on which only that person writes. The moderator should respond to the wishes of the chat partner but is otherwise free in what they write, how long and how often. There is no webcam work at all: the page says the chats are writing only and the moderator stays fully anonymous. Photos are a second source of income. The page says men like to see photos of the woman they are writing with, that these are not the moderator's own photos, and that a man has to pay to see a photo sent with a message. Sending photos is optional for each moderator.

Support for chat staff is described in some detail. Every moderator has a contact person, the Chatbetreuung, who keeps fixed phone consultation hours and answers email within 24 working hours. Only that contact can reach the company's technical team. Inside the chat an administrator is responsible for the legal rules and for making sure they are kept. The team says it works without messenger pressure on its staff and is reachable by phone or email from Monday to Friday.

The company makes a point of where it sits. The chat jobs page says a moderator has a contract partner in Germany and tells applicants "Ihr seid sicher, Ihr werdet immer bezahlt, wir sitzen in Deutschland" (you are safe, you are always paid, we are based in Germany). It promises payouts in full and on time under the contract, and advises applicants to be careful with firms based abroad that promise very high rates, because claims are hard to enforce there.

The esoteric line is a separate, non-erotic job with stricter conditions: a landline, internet access, adulthood, real skills in card reading, clairvoyance or astrology, and at least 15 hours a week.

Money and rules

The pay model is per minute for phone work and contract prices for chat work, both fixed in a contract that an applicant can request by email before deciding. In October 2026 the erotic line and flirt line ads carry the tag "Verdienst bis 72 Cent/Min.", earnings up to 72 cents per minute, and the home page qualifies it as system dependent, with a maximum of 72 cents and an average of 55 cents per minute by the company's own account. Those are the company's advertised figures, and some older ads in its archive still read up to 55 cents. For chat work the page gives no rate; it says the contract and the introduction show every way of earning in the chat with the matching prices.

Billing works with or without a trade license. An operator without one is paid by credit note ("Gutschrift") on a commission basis, and the site asks her to arrange that with the team so the paperwork is issued correctly. Chat payouts are made once a month, always to a bank account. The phone job ads leave the payout date to the contract.

Requirements the pages state:

• Age. An operator must be 18. The site says there is no upper age limit and that starting at pension age is fine.
• Equipment. A telephone connection, mobile or landline, for the phone jobs.
• Status. The site describes erotic line work as self-employed, with working time and place chosen entirely by the operator.
• Location and language. Applications are welcome from all of Germany, callers come from all over Germany, and every page is German.
• Cost. No costs and no fees, with free training.

Who it suits and who it does not

This suits a German speaker who wants home-based work on a phone or in a text chat, with no trade license, no experience and no fixed hours. The company addresses pensioners, people on reduced earning capacity pensions, benefit recipients, housewives and people with disabilities or anxiety who have trouble leaving the house, and it welcomes both beginners and experienced operators. A person who prefers typing to talking can take the chat moderator route, and one who wants to speak can take the erotic line, the flirt line or the gay line. Someone who values a German contract partner and a bank payout will find both stated.

It is a weaker fit for anyone who wants every rate in view before making contact. The phone rate is a ceiling and an average that vary by call system, and the chat prices are shown in the contract, so requesting that contract is the first real step. It does not suit non-German speakers. Chat moderators write on profiles the company provides, with photos that are not their own, which will not appeal to someone who wants to work under her own persona. And the site's ads vary in age, as the 2020 notice shows, so the contract is the document to rely on.
